Other than exorbitant rent increases within the last two years and our shady dealings with Michelle at the front office we really can't complain. Each year the property makes improvements even if they're minor. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds for the most part are clean and consistent with promotional images. But without a doubt the best part of living in Remington canyon is the wonderful neighbors we've been lucky enough to have even though the yearly increasing rent has scared off a few.

Don't do it! The apartments are just old. Maintenace does the bare minimum. Neighbors are rude and the front office is just there for looks. The gate doesn't work and has been down since I moved in. Find another rental property.

Maintenance team at the building is awesome. They are quick to come and make things correct which is truly appreciated. They are also always pleasant, friendly, and neat with everything they do. Appreciate it.

It's been nothing but convenient. Very helpful office staff and maintenance. The application and move in process was speedy. The apartment is beautiful and up to our standards, and the best part is the awesome location

The apartment complex is always clean, great community, beautiful landscaping. The staff has always been polite and helpful and the maintenance team has worked very quickly when they were needed. There is also plenty of parking available.

All work was done and all workers are great.. my apartment is right next mail boxes, pool , gym,parking very close.. Noise levels are great with neighbors. I work a Quarter mile away from my apartment. Shopping is close and convenient. Thanks

Our experiences in this community had all been pleasant. The staff had all been tactful and helpful with our needs. Repairs are done in a timely manner and usually completed spot on. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. Improvements with the community appearance are done even during covid. But most of all, over here it feels like home.

I've had a great experience here. The property managers respond quickly to any concerns and the maintenance staff is very thorough and accommodating. At least once a month, they have a food truck come to the property where we can purchase different food options right outside the property gates.

Having lived in apartment communities for a few years, this complex has been well kept up since we have moved in. Nothing appears to be neglected whether it is landscaping, maintenance or front office. The presentation of the property and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is always top notch.

Great place to live born and raised las vegas always feel safe in the Henderson area. Only negative is rent has been increased $100 every year.Rich people need to understand struggles of those with less income and stop being greedy Started $1010 now $1210 scared of the next increase.

We love our apartment, Michelle at the leasing office along with the rest of the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. They took care of little things that we notice upon moving in super quickly and really made us feel like a top priority.

Well things have changed with process of getting into an apt. I just sold my home of 12 yrs live in. It was like applying for an job in the since an background ck, credit score . At first I was diccourage but called my realtor and they said this is the new normal?? I like the properties manage also live in Maxx properties as well. And I like that small apt complex with communities feel to it?? It's reassuring to know the my neighbor not an offender of children or sex offender. In this day abd time I realize all the requirements were for an reason. Therefore I feel safe her??

Great community and management has been great as well! This is a great place for any range of age. If there are any problems within your unit the management team and maintenance team work together and your problem will be fixed within 2 days Maxx. The Children in this neighborhood aren't too loud and are respectful. The streets stay clean and there is no smells that make you want to jump ship! Overall, I have no qualms and am doubtful anyone else would either.

I really enjoyed the serenity of all the trees and how quite it is here. The staff are always on point with work orders and any questions I might have. I enjoy the pool and amenities, especially when my kids visit.

Community is in a good location. However, American Pacific Dr. Can turn into a drag strip at night. The gate is often breaking and the complex should change the design. Other than those two things, the community is great and it is located near everything you essentially need.

The Property Manager Michele Gonzalez is extremely friendly, helpful and proactive. She made my move in experience beyond perfect ! She is an asset to the company ! The property itself is very nice. Clean, quiet and many amenities. I am very happy I had the opportunity to move here and look forward to making it my home for many years to come !

The office gals listen to your issues and get right on it and they truly make you feel like family, Maintenance does an amazing job as well...we were helped during a hardship, and I will never forget that. Huge thank you to the folks at Remington Canyon .

Overall very happy with property. The staff is always responsive and completes work orders quickly. The property is quiet and love the floorplan we have is very spacious . We have no complaints we are really happy here.

The community is small, quiet, and clean. The apartment was well cleaned and maintained before we moved in. The staff at the front office is super kind, professional, and attentive. I knew right away I wanted to live here after speaking with Marie.

Still new but the property is nice and clean. It's very quiet here - outside the cars driving by and being purposely loud - which is great because I work nights and need to sleep all day. People that we've met so far have been kind and we are looking forward to our stay here.

I have had no complaints since I have moved in. Everyone from the leasing office all the way to the maintenance team has always been helpful and courteous. I do not have any issues with my neighbors. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an apartment.
