I absolutely love living here! The complex is always clean and well-maintained, which makes it such a pleasant place to call home. The safety measures in place give me peace of mind, and the community feels very secure. The amenities are fantastic?having access to a gym and pool is a huge plus, and they're always in great condition. Parking is never an issue, with plenty of spots and garages available, which is super convenient. Overall, it's a great combination of comfort, convenience, and quality!

I LOVE living her, the staff is amazing, it's nice and quiet, and it's near all the freeway, shopping centers, and a mall. I can walk in the neighborhood without feeling unsafe and my kids love the fact that a park in right behind us.

Very quiet, safe, and clean complex close to many shops and the freeway. Traffic can sometimes be noisy. My Fianc? and I have lived here for a year and we recently renewed for another! The office staff and maintenance staff is always super helpful and kind when we have any issues. We enjoy living here and haven't had any complaints since moving from a different state.

Management is great! Maintenance requests are always completed on time and the staff are all very professional and helpful. They have been doing some renovations outside this year which has been a little noisy but I believe that's a one time thing!

So far I am happy with Remington Canyon Apartments. I have lived here since December 2023 and staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues are fixed quickly and the complex itself is very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants

Having to attend a competitive Master's program out of state was already a stressor, but luckily I stumbled upon Remington Canyon and toured with them when I visited Henderson from California. Solely based on the tour, I had made my decision 3 months prior to moving in. The leasing staff was extremely understanding about my finances and needs, and were completely transparent with the deals they offered to assist a student living away from his hometown. All communication was done in a timely manner, different financial options were available to ease the burden on our bank accounts, and it was all delivered with warm welcomes and support from the leasing office. It's a plus for there to be a gym and pool, so that I don't have to spend any money on a gym membership while I focus on school without working. The 1x1 apartment I reside in is also well maintained! Perfect size with a modern theme to it. The fridge, stovetop, microwave, complete laundry room, and shower are all up to spec in my eyes. Despite all other stresses going on for me right now, my living situation is one I don't have to stress over because of how well put these apartments are!

Absolutely a wonderful place love the dog park there is one issue that some of the other dog owners when I first moved and ran their dogs off leash but management did put out a notice and it has stopped so very wonderful place to live.

I love this community it's safe and quiet with no issues. If there is a concern management solves the issue very rapidly. Maintenance fixes any broken appliance eagerly and quick, and is very professional. The management is very professional as well and very helpful. I love this community and I don't want to leave anytime soon.

Wonderful community. It's clean, calm and cool. The pool and fitness center are 24/7!!! The renovations are gorgeous with all updated appliances. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. The maintenance team is approachable and attentive. Let's not forget the location!!! RC isn't in front of a Main Street so it's pretty quiet but there's still SO much to access in the area. Remington is the BEST

This community keep a watch on safety for the tenants, they work with law enforcement agents to keep down the best in the neighborhood, they have community events for the kids here in this community. I think the new management is outstanding and beyond the call of duty

Very nice community to leave in. Friendly neighbors, staff, etc. A community that most of the time you never see problems. Where they help everyone and also dogs have there space (park) to playing. Highly recommended to live.

The entire process of moving was made simple and easy using updater. The property manager really took pride in making sure everything was ready for me and met my expectations. When looking for a new apartment, the reviews were important to me and this complex had the most positive reviews and few negative ones.The management staff made it a priority to get to know me personally and they in fact do that. They pay attention to detail as well as get things done in a timely manner. They have wonderful communication skills and make sure you are aware of everything going on.

It has been okay so far, besides the experience I had with noisy neighbors. It is an ongoing issue, I've notified management, hopefully they will get it under control soon. Maintenance has been good with getting permission to enter and handling issues quickly.
