Place is clean, maintenance requests are typically done within great time, and the office holds their hours as posted. No weird neighbors or issues while we've been here, office is not intrusive with checks or visits and give us plenty of notice.

This has been a great home for 2 years now. We love it here. It's quiet, pet friendly, and has all the amenities we want. We have rarely had maintenance issues, but if we do, they are handled immediately, efficiently and correctly.

The community is relatively quiet and the buildings are quite soundproof. Neighbors are friendly. Community is clean and ground are well-kept. I do miss having more grass that has been replaced with rocks. Gate often does not close after hours so feels lacking in security aspect if anyone can just enter.

very quiet, peaceful. The gym, pool, and jacuzzi are open 24/7 to meet every resident's schedule. safe to raise children. neighbors watch out for one another and are very friendly. I like that Ventana Canyon is pet friendly and provide bags next to a trash can for easy clean up while walking your pet. I love the office staff who are very professional, have compassion, are welcoming, and are prompt with maintenance request. And most important quality is having a washer and dryer that is included with your apartment.
