Overall we have loved loving at Ventana Canyon. The speed at witch they reply to maintenance requests has been very good, and the office staff is very friendly. The only issue we have had, and on more than one occasion has been the number of residents that smoke marijuana in close proximity to our apartment. Normally we realize that it's legal in NV, however, on more than a few occasions, and at one time for an extended period of time (6+ months), we had a resident living above us that smoked and the smoke and smell were traveling through our AC vent and making our apartment smell as well. Unfortunately fort wife the smell alone made her physically ill, so during those long months our experience at Ventana Canyon was not as enjoyable as the rest. We also like to open our windows when it gets cooler outside (October-February), but when the smell from the apartment environment itself got too bad we couldn't do that because the smell would come in through our windows. We did on more than a couple occasions report the issue to the office management, and they did look into the issue. Eventually, as good fortune would have it, those residents above us did move, but we can still walk through the complex on occasion and smell the marijuana quite prevalently. However, in closing our overall time here has been enjoyable and we would recommend living here.

I would recommend living in this place/community. Everything is within walking distance. The people are very welcoming and friendly. The price for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment is reasonable for the area.

The apartment homes are very well kept the grounds are very clean. We feel safe with the security of our vehicles as well as our personal belongings inside of our home. We however would like to have our issues resolved regarding the maintenance issues we are experiencing.

Staff are really nice and very helpful. They neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The gym is always nice and clean and open 24 hours to fit anyone schedule. The pool is area is always clean and open 24 hours also.

A great, quiet and friendly place to live. Units and common areas are maintained. Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Only negative is that Gym treadmill needs to be fixed. It's has not worked since 2021

So far it is clean, well lit and spacious. The staff has all be extremely nice and the entire community looks well taken care of and safe. Neighbours are super respectful and upon moving in we even noticed some people left packages outside for 3+ days. Feels very safe and like people will look out for each other here.

It's been great. The complex is very clean and the staff is very accommodating and kind. We have kind neighbors as well. It's a great complex for families, but also peaceful enough for those to enjoy living here.

This apartment complex is amazing. If you have a problem they come and fix it quickly. I love living here. All management staff are very nice and friendly. My apartment stays cool so a plus I don't have to use my A/C so often.

As is the case with apartment living , most of the time it is satisfactory. Sometimes, it comes down to WHOM you deal with in the office staff ,as to whether an issue is handled properly! Just like any business , there are the good workers and once in awhile you come across an individual that does not handle issues properly .All part of "apartment living ".
