It's been great, no real problems but I do miss the grass lol..all the maintenance people are awesome and keilani is super sweet. I wish I could change my garage to one close to my parking space so that working on my truck wouldn't be a huge chore but it's all good.

Great very calm and friendly, I enjoyed my stay at this community and I enjoyed the environment and atmosphere. Maintenance and staff are very friendly and nice to talk to the community is very enjoyable.

Ventana Canyons is a great apartment complex to lease with. The maintenance and office staff are so friendly and work out your request in a timely manner. The office is constantly celebrating holidays and inviting us to the office to celebrate - Free Bagels, Hot chocolate, ETC. I have been leasing with them for 2 years now and will most likely continue to stay with them

So far is being great, staff overall being amazing, is quite shopping is nearby same as schools, so far nothing to complain about, hospitals nearby, dmv office walking distance, banks are nearby and major highways

How about the apartment that I mean? I enjoy easy access to dog parks and the quietness in this apartment. So easy to take naps and to relax when you have heart problems their neighbors are very nice around here.

We love living at Ventana Canyon! It has an amazing community, helpful front office and an amazing maintenance team. We love that the front office and maintenance team are always so kind and helpful. We are happy that our apartment feels like a home because of the dedication Ventana Canyon takes to care for their tenants.

Community is super quiet. We always get great sleep at night. Everyone seems to be clean & takes care of the area. We love how everything is a few blocks away. Walmart is just around the corner & so is the DMV. We love it here!

It was a very easy move in. The community is very quiet. Neighbors are very friendly. I haven't had any issues so far. Although the work order didn't get entered right away upon my move in I did like that maintenance was really quick to take care of the issues once the work order was finally put in.

As of right now, I am loving this community and despite the hassle of certain things once moving in, the maintenance people and leasing office has been extremely helpful and making sure I am becoming situated and comfortable with my living space.

Rent goes up every lease. We have always kept longest leases. Yet, we get know recognition for renting. Why don't you have loyalty recognition and not increase our, worn down, 1 pained windows inconsiderate neighbors.

We haven't come in contact with all the staff, but for those that we have, they've been very friendly & welcoming! The property is well maintained, and we love the area. But I do miss the basketball court, I wish they would bring that back.

I have been feeling amazing since the first minute i started to live in this property. The grounds are clean, the pool is clear and shiny, i really enjoy being here and also it is a safe place for kids and families.

I enjoy living here, it is well taken care of, and the staff is friendly. I don't recall having any issues since I've been here. The maintenance staff is incredible as well. They come out and fix the issues so quickly. Usually within the hour of submitting the request

I really enjoy living here. The office team and maintenance team are the best. Living here is great because stores, restaurants, movies and gaming are near by. Easy access to freeways. The strip is only a short drive away. There are lots of things to do and great parks near by.

Great experience moving into ventana canyon they made the process easy and stress free shout to Michele and Amador for doing the walk through and making sure everything was functioning properly and letting me know if anything was needed to let them know!

Place looks great just the stove and washer needs to be taking care of! Everything else around the apartment is great! It's a great place to live and I enjoy how the staff is! It's a great community to live in and hopefully see how the future is to live here!

This is a nice spot to live. I been here for going on 2 years. They always respond quickly to any issues I have. They really do a good job making this feel like a friendly neighborhood. Might have to stick around here until we find our forever home. Nice not needing to look for that place in the middle. We have it here
