This place is more suitable for older people or people with children and pets. I love how quiet it is here but not a fan of management they pry where they don't belong, and how obnoxious the neighbors can be here. Wouldn't be surprised if this is a racial thing, it isn't the most diverse community.

Ventana canyon is a great apartment. The bathroom is huge and the laundry room is great. There is plenty of grass for the pup and the dog park is nice. The pool is open 24/7 which is amazing! However, the pool is almost always dirty and filled with trash. There is so much dog poop from people not taking care of their pets and little dogs running off leash. My first neighbors were a nightmare and the office was threatening me with legal action for walking in my apartment at night. The neighbors haressed and threatened me until they moved. It was terrifying. The lady in the office (not kelani she is great) is rude and unprofessional. I have never had a good experience with her. I wish I signed a shorter lease because her working there is enough to run from this property. Also, my ac went out for an entire weekend and there is no emergency maintenance number. No one checked in to compensate since I couldn't stay in my apartment for two nights since it was over 90?. Maintenance is great and friendly though! Just stay away from ventana in my opinion.

Hidden gem. Family friendly and pet friendly complex. Children are well behaved and the management team is noticeable on the property all day. Clean and quiet. I've rented the past 5 years in Las Vegas and this is by far the best management team I've encountered. Shout out to Kelanie! She can be relied upon!

I have no complaints about these apartments. Every time you put a work order either they come the same day if not become the next day but they are here for sure. I like this Community because it's nice, clean and quiet you really do live Peacefully here

This is not a property you want to reside. There are no upgraded or quality amenities to enjoy considering the market rate at which they charge which has been almost 100% increase over two years. The management does not address issues of other tenants which violate the lease terms and harass tenants that ask the management to do their obligation. The management also ignores following Landlord Tenant Laws and refuse to provide any security deposits that should be refunded.

Good afternoon, While I do apologize for your experience here at Ventana Canyon throughout your tenancy, I will mention that we do have an annual percentage cap for all increases based off of our current market trends. We will not increase at a rate of 50% to our residents due to it being impractical as well as not good business practice. Our goal is to renew each and every one of our residents in hopes of creating a strong community to call home. Which is also why we strictly take every precaution to follow Nevada law by making sure all transactions are followed up with our lawyers office to ensure transparency. I do want to touch base on our amenities here at Ventana Canyon because our areas are very well taken care of consistently as well as stocked with the most up to date technology/equipment. Last but not least each and every person who rents here is provided with an option of a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable alternative to help offset move in costs. We have no persuasion over what each individual will choose but we do offer both options unbiasedly. Again, we sincerely apologize you did not enjoy your time with our community but we hope you will consider us again in the future. -The Team at Ventana Canyon Apartments

My experience here at ventana apartments so far has been great. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. As well as the maintenance man Gilberto, has been a huge help when it comes to any problems that may come up in my apartment.

The grounds are clean and green. The complex has plenty of assigned parking and even more guest parking spots. The community is very well lit at night. The dumpsters are strategically placed on the outside ring of the property. They are regularly dumped. Overall quite neighborhood. Affordable, too!

I enjoy the comfort and security this community offers myself and my mother. We seem to be in the right place to be close to everything but far enough away from the craziness of traffic and congestion. The staff takes good care of our needs and our apartment takes care of the rest.

Very quiet community; nice landscape plenty of trees and shadow for hot summer days; green grass for walks and seat to rest. Walking distance to casino and places to eat or do some shopping. Spacious apartments specially the bathroom.....

Steer clear of this property I've hated it ever since I've lived here and wish I never picked a place for starters the property is very old the bathroom has a light and a fan switch the bathtub not it's very confusing heart means cold and cold means hot the staffing in the front are very disrespectful and racist and they stock you.

Me and my husband love it here. The appartment spaces huge. The office staff and maintenance staff are terrific. This Ventana Canyon is like a family community. We LOVE IT HERE . In my opinion one of the BEST.

My first year in the complex was great. Very quiet. Now between noisy neighbors & the non stop barking of dogs, it is like your are living in a dog kennel. Very disappointed. I can't tell you how much sleep & money this place has cost me due to constant disruptions & noise. This place is definately moving in the wrong direction!!!

More parking would be nice. Ceiling fans in the bedroom would be great. A pantry in the kitchen would be nice. An outgoing mail slot would be great. Maintenance is excellent and efficient when problems occur.

We love it here! It is safe, peaceful and convenient. Galeria Mall is right down the street, there are many restaurants and fast food places not more then 5 minutes from this residence. It is also 2 stoplights away from the freeway on-ramps.

I like how everyone was very nice when we moved in and the maintenance guy showed us around our apartment and showed us how everything works. Also when I told them what the little things that needed to be fixed in my apartment they promptly fixed it.

I love living at Ventana Canyon. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and I've even received calls back immediately when I've filed work orders at 3 in the morning. Staff is always professional and courteous. I also love my neighbors. Everyone is so friendly! I am very pleased with my decision to move here.

Great place to live, pet friendly, area pretty quite. Property kept up very nice. Close to everything. So far good neighbors and friendly. I enjoy living here. One complaint no insulation between upstairs and down, so noise from the unit upstairs can be annoying most of the time but it's an apartment so for the most part I ignore it but neighbor upstairs is aware and we communicate if it gets too loud. But really the builders should of added more insulation between floors when there is no carpeting in the living room dining,kitchen, bathrooms and hallway has faux wood linoleum just doesn't block sound. Could of done better there for the price to live here for sure.

I have lived here and at a sister complex for the last 4 years and I love both communities! This property is very scenic and animal friendly! Everyone's very nice and professional! The maintenance staff are quick to respond and resolve any issues! I love the quiet and friendly neighborhood! The homes are modern and updated. I would highly recommend Ventana!
