Amazing maintenance team

I had a broken microwave light repaired and John came in quickly and got the job done in a matter of minutes. The maintenance here is always helpful and friendly and they will address your issues in a timely manner. Found out 2 bulbs were out, now it is brighter than ever and working great, thanks John!

Saturday night furnace issue

Thankful and impressed are the words that come to mind when describing Kevin's actions on a cold Saturday night. The furnace wouldn't come on and the indoor temp was down to 63 degrees. Kevin shows up and tells me no worries at all when I express my apologies for dragging him out of his own home on a weekend evening. He then tells me he thinks he knows exactly what the problem is, kindly explains it to me (it was a sensor issue, just what he thought before he opened the furnace), and in 5 minutes the heat was back on. Problem solved! And Kevin did it all with a smile and an amazing attitude. I hope the community management recognizes Kevin with a bonus or a raise or some other reward.

Exceptional Maintenance

What a treasure Kevin Geisel is to Autumn Creek Apartments. Simply the best! Always calls before showing up and comes prepared to do the job! In the past maintenance made two or three visits before they were ready to do half the job but not Kevin. One and done. Perfect!

Excellent place to live

Autumn Creek is an excellent place to live. The grounds are so well taken care of. A friend of mine says it’s like driving into a well maintained Disney resort. Everyone in the office is very nice & helpful, especially Karen. And the maintenance team is so good. They fix things promptly and correctly and they are very pleasant.

It’s home to me!

Just like the title says, this is home to me. Had a great experience when I came to look at the model unit. It just so happened that a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath ground floor unit was going to be coming available within the next month. I submitted my application that morning. The process couldn’t have been more simple. The property is overall quiet and feels like a real community. The maintenance staff and the office staff have been fantastic the entire time. They are extremely responsive and address concerns immediately. The apartment itself was in great condition at move-in and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to rent here at Autumn Creek.

The best apartment complex in WNY.

My experience at Autumn Creek over the past three years has been nothing short of amazing. The maintenance staff, specifically Alan and Angel, go above and beyond in every way possible. They are kind, genuine, warm, upstanding, and exceptionally helpful individuals and I feel so lucky to be able to call this place my home. This community of people is just amazing and I wouldn't want to be living anywhere else in Wester NY.

Office and Maintenance Staff

The Office and Maintenance Staff are great, we had a garage door switch issue and it was repaired within 20 minutes by Alan and Rob. Any maintenance needed is always taken care of in a timely manner and this was just another one completed by good people

Wonderful Staff/Excellent Service

Autumn Creek staff provides exceptional service to their tenants. Karen and the ladies in the main office are hard working and extremely professional. Karen is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. She is caring and is always willing to help and answer questions. I am beyond grateful for the help she’s provided me over the last couple of years!!

Great place to live!

We are on our second year here and we love it. The maintenance team and Alan are super helpful and responsive. For the few minor issues I have had they are resolved within a day. The location is great and the price is reasonable for what you get. The property is very dog friendly which we love!

Maintenance - Just the BEST!!

Maintenance is everything in this business. You can have the greenest lawns, beautiful landscaping, and great snow removal, but when something goes wrong in your apartment everything else is meaningless. At Autumn Creek in East Amherst, NY you have one of the BEST maintenance teams that apartment dwellers could ask for. Two of the very best are Alan and Rob. They're not only maintenance, they are plumbers, electricians, craftsmen, decorators, pavers & snow removal experts. They are the lifeblood of this complex and should be recognized as such, It's why people pay what they do in monthly rent and why the turnover here is so low. Thank you, Alan & Rob!

Great place to live. The community is quiet and filled with friendly people of all ages. The maintenance staff is wonderful and always at my door moments after submitting a work order request. Kevin and Travis were great and fixed my fire alarm in a matter of minutes. The staff here is very friendly and professional.

I have been a tenant for awhile and absolutely love it here!! Alex along with the other maintenance individuals are the BEST!!! They always go above and beyond !! I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the amazing staff at the front desk or for Alex and the maintenance crew!! Autumn Creek - thank you for everything!!! You all rock!!!

Stay away! Hands down the worst experience ever. Maintenance is a joke, we had an 11 month lease and had several issues. Every time they walked into the apartment and literally looked at the issue for a minute and said we can’t fix that we will have to just order you a new one. Waited almost 6 weeks for a washer but of course they blamed Covid and offered no solution, so in our luxury apartment we were going to a laundry mat for the 6 weeks. Then of course our dryer had to be replaced because it wasn’t drying anything and yep we waited for a new one once again. Not to mention, every work order we submitted which there were several, they totally ignored our notes DO NOT enter until we are there as we had two dogs and didn’t want to be held responsible if our big dog attacked them, but nope they ignored that. So why even ask on the work orders?! Then the real kicker of it all was their head maintenance guy (who is again an absolute joke) comes into our apartment to fix our microwave. Had to leave twice because he didn’t have all his tools with him and of course I left work to be there seems how they ignore our requests to wait for us anyways. I couldn’t wait anymore because he was unprepared and didn’t bring his tools with him, I needed to get back to work, but luckily my wife had just gotten home from work earlier than usual (as she didn’t trust him either and wasn’t sure I would be able to stay). He now takes it upon himself to say he just got back from Vegas and “didn’t properly quarantine.” He is laughing and joking about it like it’s not a big deal. So my wife, my children, and myself were all possibly exposed because you are careless and you are bragging about this?! Spoke with Karen (Manager) and Joanne (Corp office contact) both just brushed it off, but why wouldn’t they it wasn’t their family dealing with this. If you want horrible maintenance and managers that ignore their residents complaints then this is the place. STAY AWAY, nothing luxury about this place. Worst 11 months of apartment life ever. Don’t worry the manager will have some generic excuse response to this I’m sure!

Great apartments and staff! I have been living at Autumn Creek apartments since May 2021 and so far have had no complaints or issues. The manager is always friendly and has great customer service, and she's always trying to help! Her maintenance people are always nice and quickly took care of any maintenance issues that I've had . I'm very happy to live here. Great location and very close to schools, shopping, and restaurants. Thank you Autumn Creek!!

Very much a community feel. Residents and staff waive at one another. Everyone knows the neighborhood dogs names. Grounds are kept up. Feels relaxing. You'll note ppl power walking in the neighborhood. Close to amenities. Staff are responsive, helpful, nice. Mostly quiet, except for some apartments closer to the road, where you will hear vehicular traffic. But most of the complex does not have this problem.

Kevin & Rob did an excellent job during our recent semi-annual safety inspection. All of the maintenance team has always done great work and are very professional. We are preparing to renew our 11th lease here at Autumn Creek for 2021-2022.
