Have been a resident since May 2020 and our first year living at Autumn Creek has been great. Alex from the maintenance staff is professional, fully explains any repairs that needs to be made, and is very friendly. Overall very happy with the Autumn Creek Apartment neighborhood.

Alex in maintenance is exceptional. Any time we need something he is Johnny on the spot. He welcomed us upon move in and has been just as helpful now as he was the very first day. Thanks for having a great employee ACA!

These apartments are designed well and look beautiful and yet it was the worst experience for us to stay at this place. Reason: The cold-mannered management and staff do not care about the residents. The maintenance team is good but the people at the office are just a set of robots. Do not expect any kind of understanding from them or any warmth of any kind. If you want any kind of concession, they would throw the rulebook at you. If they want any concession from you, they would always give you a call (no email, nothing in writing). And rulebooks are designed to suck each and every penny out of you. Sample: My neighbour was expecting a baby, right at the time when his lease was ending, so he had some issues in moving out at that time. He went to the management asking for some help with some relaxation with the lease extension terms. Instead, he was shown the rulebook.. no sympathy or concern for his situation. Another neighbour was facing a job change due to a pandemic and he was to leave the apartment. There was no relaxation of any kind in terms of the job change. When I left the apartment, I was told that the moving out date is flexible (Karen in the office) but it was not in writing. When we were moving out, due to weather conditions in Texas, we wanted to change the move-out date but were denied outright. There are several such little things that make your experience at Autumn Creek Apartments unpleasant. We would not recommend anyone to live in this place.

We are sorry that you feel you did not have a good experience with our Leasing and Management Team. We were doing our best to help you through your options and had reviewed our Early Lease Termination Policy several times with you before you actually gave your written notice to vacate. At your request, we also discussed the option of subletting your apartment to your neighbor, trying to mitigate your financial responsibility for vacating your apartment early. We also worked with your neighbor to find a larger apartment when they determined the sublet would not work for them. After receiving your vacate notice, we were able to re-rent your apartment home which explains why we could not change your move-out date. We were happy to be able to re-rent your apartment so fast to mitigate your financial responsibility for the remainder of your lease term. Fortunately with the re-rental, you did not owe rent past your move-out month, saving you four months of additional rent. We enjoyed having both of your families as part of our community; it was unfortunate that you were put in a position of having to move due to a job change. We were very surprised to hear of your frustrations, we feel we explained the policies clearly to both of you and had hoped you enjoyed your time with us, as we did, with you and your families. Please feel free to reach out to the office if you have any concerns; we want all our residents, past and present, to be happy they made the choice to live in our community.

Schitt's Creek Apartments is a more accurate representation of this apartment complex. Sure... the grounds look nice from afar because their hire a landscaping company to mow, but if you take a closer look there are dog feces around every turn - especially in the dog park. Please see attached photo(s). I'm sure the staff will claim "this is just an issue because owner's haven't picked up after their dogs during the winter months," but rest assured this has been an issue long before the snow came. Autumn Creek likes to tout themselves as "looking out for the welfare of their community," but this is the furthest thing from the truth. Last summer cars were being burgled but because their non-existent security system they asked for residents with their own Ring Doorbells to act as their security. To my knowledge, they haven't resolved this issue either.

We are very sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately, Spring is the time of year when, as the snow melts, we do experience this problem. We will be hiring an outside company to come and do a full Community clean-up of the dog droppings, and we will contact all of our Residents to remind them, as we often do throughout the year, that everyone should be picking up after their pets. We have provided dog bag stations that are located throughout our community and in our Dog Park for our Residents to use, but we aware that not everyone chooses to follow our policy that Residents are required to pick up after their dogs. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience living here. It is especially convenient having a maintenance team available to help. All of the people here are excellent! Alex & Rob recently replaced my leaky kitchen faucet. They were both friendly & did a great job.

Maintenance staff is incredible. Angel, Kevin, Rob, Alex all get to work orders the same day, and if they cannot fix the problem, they will order new parts, or hire another company until you are 100% satisfied. Staff in the office is great, get back to your questions the same day as well. My only complaint thus far is every year the rent goes up $100+/ month for the same amenities and apartments being offered. This year in particular because of Covid 19 many amenities like the pool, and especially the gym have been closed since March and tenants are still paying full price for their rent. The gym fees are included in our rent and for the past 6+ months we have not been able to access the gym. It would be nice if that fee could be taken off of our rent until the gym opens back up.

My husband and I moved here about 2 months ago and we have had a great experience so far. The staff and community members are all very friendly, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and the apartments are spacious and functional. The pool is a really nice feature for hot summer days, especially during quarantine. The maintenance staff, Alex and Angel, are extremely responsive. They completed out bi-annual inspection and responded to a minor outdoor lighting issue. They have always been respectful, timely, and with solutions at the end of their visits. We are very happy here so far, and would highly recommend Autumn Creek

The apartment has many charges in addition to rent. One new additional charge the apartment began imposing is water and sewer. I pay about $40 per month for this. The apartment uses Conservice, utility billing service that handles billing. Conservice charges $3.75 monthly service fees and also charges $3.00 for making a payment online (they still charge even if make electronic transfer from my checking account). These additional charges are becoming little annoying.

This place is great. Of course, it is a bit expensive for renting, but you get what you pay for in terms of privacy, community cleanliness, respectful neighbors, and the physical quality of your apartment. However to me, the best part about living here is the staff's attentiveness to your problems. For example, I one time bumped into one of the maintenance workers (named Alex) in the leasing office, and I told him that my garbage disposal was acting up. He immediately came over and fixed the issue. THANK YOU. I have yet to have a negative experience here, and I very nit-picky sort of person. Also, the parking is great.

Autumn Creek Apartments in the BEST place to live in WNY! Since my first visit as a Future Resident the staff has been nothing but accommodating and welcoming to me and my family, especially Lisa. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure that we feel at home here; which we do! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with updated amenities and the community is active and friendly. I would highly recommend Autumn Creek Apartments to anyone who wants to feel right at home where they live.

One of the reasons I love Autumn Creek is due to their staff. Whether you call or stop by the front office with a question or concern, rest assured your will be concern will be promptly handled. The maintenance staff is just as wonderful. Alex, maintenance staff, is awesome. He responds to work orders very quickly. The way he works shows how much he cares about his job and that he loves taking care of the residents. I can't imagine living elsewhere.

I love this community! The staff is so kindly. And the maitanence is really good, Alex is always considerate and polite. The neighbors are respectful. My daughter loves to play at the playground! The dogs have a good place to enjoy. I really recommend this place to live!

Autumn creek is a great place to live. The maintenance staff is extremely helpful and are always there to assist. Today the lawn care service blew dirt covering the bottom of my door. Alex from maintenance came in 5 minutes after i called and cleaned it all up spotless. Whenever there is any issues he always goes above and beyond to make sure its fixed right away
