It's been great so far here at Autumn Creek, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, neighbors are friendly, the staff is always willing to help out, I've had a couple questions with things around the house and Alex from maintenance is always willing to stop by immediately and help out and takes his time so you understand what is going on. 10/10 Apartment

Alex was great with the maintenance today! I unfortunately had a pipe on my hot water tank bust last night around midnight. Once I put in the order he was here first thing in the morning and replaced the hot water tank in no time at all! He was really great!

love this community, the staff is friendly, professional and handles any issues presented to them in a timely manner. We had a maintenance request recently and Alex came and fixed it on a timely manner. We mentioned a pest concern and he handled that immediately as well without us having to put in another request. Love the experience here and would recommend these apartments to everyone.

I'm mot quite sure how this place got the reviews that it has. PROS: 1. Convenient to highways. 2. The actual layout of the apartment is nice. CONS: 1. Everything about the apartment is cheap. Calling this place "luxury" is laughable. First, the plank floors are cheap laminate that I guarantee will be scratched up before you even fully move in. While the appliances are stainless steel they are everything but luxury. The carpet is very cheap and an ugly peach color. Some door handles are GOLD and others are copper. You have doors that will never fully open because they are cheap and never installed peoperly. The cabinets are chipped because again, they are cheap. This place thinks throwing granite (not even cut properly) on countertops makes it "luxury". 2. The noise is ridiculous. I have never lived in an apartment where I can hear every single move of the people upstairs. I know when they are cooking, when they are peeing, when they are arguing, what they are arguing about and even when they are "busy". Heck, I'm ready to tell them to come move on in... feels like we already live with them! 3. While maintenance is fast (I will give them that) it usually take multiple attempts for things to get fixed and I usually come home to all of our rugs smooshed in a corner. The MAIN reason I have chosen to leave this place: THE BUGS. I will start out by saying we moved from the south and had not even a 5th of the amount of bugs we have here. These are not just ants they are RED spiders. They will be EVERYWHERE. They come in under the molding. You will find them in your carpet, on your bed, in your dressers, even in your FOOD cabinets. Absolutely disgusting. The office also shrugs off that "it's summer". There are far better places close to this area than living infested with bugs.

I love it since day one and its still great. Perfect location, close to the schools, markets, work, literally its close to everything. The pool, park and basketball court areas are the kids favorite places here. My husband is supper happy with his garage space and I cannot be more content with the staff. Literally maintenance is great but Alex is the best, every little thing we need he is there, from painting the place to the point you are happy with it, It could be a bulb, the kids clogging the toilet (trust me they make him work, lol) but over all he is a great human being because it feel like family when you talk to him. All the kids love him, he is just a sweet person. We love living here, its safe, the kids made their friends and it is an apartment and still has a great size. I would never want to leave, so if you are looking for a great place to live I strongly recommend it.

We have been living here from past two years and there's nothing to complain. The neighborhood is very calm and good. Alex, the maintenance guy is very helpful whenever we need maintenance help. Cheers, Alex, 5 stars for him. Despite of some office folks, everything and everything is very good here.

?i, So, we live in Autumnreek apartments,east amherst. We held a party for my girl's birthday few days ago, later after few days, we got a notice from the management that they are gonna charge us because there were some issues with the party hall after we used it. So, the issues they mentioned are: 1.Cake marks on the glass door 2.Something sticky on the table 3.A water bottle behind the chair 4.Vases that are not in place So, for these tasks they took few pictures of areas and showed them to us. We would at least expect them to show us, if it is such a chargeable mistake from us. we were in a confusion of what is big deal in just wiping the smudges and placing things are sure we didn't thrash whole cake on to door or table :) I was still thinking that why are we being charged if we can just wipe them and posted the same question to the lady who was talking to us. She was so angry and aggressive and started a bit of high voice on us. We not being understanding what's going on there, were still thinking. Then she asked, "Are you denying with me?" , We tried to explain her then we are not denying and understanding what's going on but got scared with her angry face. In one statement of hers, she also mentioned that there are few grass balls(decoration item in club house) also missing, How ridiculous? Better she should chek items before talking to residents. We had one more party scheduled with us for next week. She's angrily started saying, "if you don't agree with me, I'll have to cancel the next week's booking". Just wondering, what was she doing to us ?? Because we were threatened of canceling the next party, we had to be calm and came out agreeing to pay the amount. All the above complaints from them are just out of our notice and we did do everything to make the place clean after our party. Even if it is just in the rules, that we have to make everything as it was before handing over, can't they just do this small favor for residents? SHE DIDN'T have a bit of smile on her face from the time she started conversation. The things that I feel uncomfortable are: 1. shouldn't she be smiling IF we have some --- bits of marks from our party? She should have just explained us everything with a bit of smile on face and soft words, and we will happily pay off the charge. Now, even if we paid, I'm feeling like very bad about the incident. 2.So, she was telling she made it cleaned everything because it is her business to keep everything clean so it would look new when new clients come in. I would like to tell her that taking care of current residents is also her business while craving for new. For the same staff, we have complained 4-5 about my neighbor not cleaning pet waste in the grass beside my unit's lawn. But they just took action only after I walked to them personally and showed video proofs. If they are so particular about cleanliness of apartments, what happened to them during my complaint?? She was not ready to waive off the fee nor listen to us too. So, we had to pay them. After all the conversation with her, I am SCARED to do next party at the clubhouse because, they might charge us for the SHOE PRINTS on the floor. We have been staying in these apartments from last 2 years, but haven't got any situation where staff was irresponsible for their job. This one lady is whom I say was rude to us. I can happily take out her name too.. but all I want is, others know what's happening at autumncreek!! So, I say NO AUTUMNCREEK PLEASE.

I have had a very positive experience at Autumn Creek. The grounds are kept very nice and the staff is very responsive. Alex came to check the safety and security of my apartment and was very friendly and attentive. The front office is always friendly as well. No complaints here. The apartment is perfectly located steps away from all the stores and businesses of transit road. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I just helped our daughters move into Autumn Creek apartments and one of the reasons they chose these specific apartments was the spacious closets, haha. That's important to girls:). The location is also great. They had a faulty kitchen faucet/lines that was leaking water on the floor but it was fixed promptly. Maintenance staff and office staff are very friendly and easy to work with. I am very happy with their choice and look forward to many visits!

Our apartment complex offered to up date our bathrooms counters, sinks and faucets. Alex from maintenance did the work in our home. He was very polite and did a great job. The maintenance department is fantastic. They promptly respond when you have any problems. We’ve been here 3 years and have enjoyed every moment. Would def recommend to anybody looking for a modern , quiet , neighborhood with all the ammunition.

The maintenance staff here is very responsive and considerate. Rob in particular has always been understanding about my toddler's nap schedule and wears booties to keep our floors clean. I also recently met Joe during our annual inspections and he was kind enough to engage with my toddler when he came into the apartment.

Alex did the yearly maintenance inspection on my unit recently and I can't say enough good things about the experience. I have a new dog that gets wary around strangers and he not only worked around my schedule to make things as easy as possible for the pup he was in and out so quickly. Love living here

I have lived at Autumn Creek since Summer 2017. I absolutely love living here. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighbors are all friendly. The office staff and maintenance are the absolute best. A special shout-out to Jeff and Alex from the maintenance team. I recently had some issues with my heat and they fixed it very promptly and effectively. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Autumn Creek Apartments is a quiet and pleasant place to live. The property is very well maintained and the units are clean and very well maintained as well. I own a dog so the dog park is very useful for him to run around and burn off some energy. I've only lived in Autumn Creek Apartments for a few months so I haven't had any maintenance issues but if the need ever arises there's an app to put in a request which is pretty handy. The only complaint I have living here is that some of the residents drive a little fast and it concerns me because there's children who live here as well. Other than that a big thank you to Alex, Joe, Angel, and Jessica for being very professional and friendly!

Resident for two years. Great place to live . Office staff are always helpful. Ashley S. goes above and beyond to answer questions, and to offer insight into problems a resident might have. She is very professional and knowledgable and is an asset in many ways to Autumn Creek Apartments. Ashley is the cog in the wheel that makes things run smoothly. The maintenance staff completes work orders in a timely fashion. Alex, Angel,Joe, Jeff, Rob and all maintenance staff do a great job. Keep up the great work.

We found Autumn Creek Apartments after looking at several other places. None of which could even remotely compare. The apartments are spaceous and modern. The grounds are well kept with lots of green space. It's smoke free and pet friendly which were huge pluses to us. The amenities are plentiful. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance people are very knowledgeable. I've had a few maintenance issues that were taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. Alex, Joe and Rob are so great. I have complete confidence in their work. I would definitely recommend Autumn Creek Apts.
