quiet area. nice neighbors. however, it’s not easy to schedule repairs working overnight. a time frame for pest control would be helpful for someone working a lot of hours. overall better communication between tenants and management.

Woodland trails is a safe, secure and good quality complex. The management team and maintenance team are very proactive. I've been with "the trails" a total of 17 years. They are friendly, courteous, kind and attentive to the resident. Recent management of the complex has made many improvements over 17 years. It is a good quality complex managed by quality personnel. Im glad to be here

Neighbors are kind and with staff they are good about cleaning up any messes if there are any and they are friendly enough and try to help with issues and I think it’s nice how they try and do event stuff for the apartment community.

The leasing office staff are attentive, kind, and knowledgeable and have always gone the extra mile for my daughter and me. The maintenance team have been very kind and attentive and have always met or exceeded our expectations when addressing maintenance issues.

Woodland trails has been a great home for me the last two years and I plan on staying at least one more. There's good restaurants, many grocery stores, Bluff Creek and Lake Hefner for those wanting outdoor parks isn't too far or a drive

Kelley and the team are absolutely phenomenal! They really do such a great job at making this feel like home. Every time I walk into the office, or see maintenance rolling around the community, my face lights up because their energy is great. My renewal is coming up and I’m STAYING!

Generally, it’s all pretty quiet around here. I have very nice neighbors. The apartments are out of date for the pricing. Overall apartment is average and it is quite noisy inside. Mangment and Maitenance are very good at what they.

Woodland Trails is the place to be!

I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and have loved living here. I moved in after my brother had lived here for some time with no issues. Rent is affordable, maintenance and office staff are always nice and quick to fix issues if they do arise. I love the events the office puts on from time to time. Location wise it’s perfect, right by Hefner parkway and the turnpike, Sprouts, Crest, Walmart all within 5 minutes.

Good just need to be faster at responding. Rescheduling and getting to questions I have definitely need to improve in a more timely manner. Staff is well mannered but when I have family helping me out the response “well she’s locked in now” is not the most appropriate response. Not to a question that needed to be answered.

Kyle is AMAZING!

I recently toured Woodland Trails Apartments and was really impressed with the entire experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately stood out compared to other places I’ve visited. Kyle was the leasing professional who helped me during my visit, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel valued as a potential resident—not just another appointment on his schedule. It’s refreshing to see someone so passionate about their work and truly invested in providing great customer service. Because of Kyle and the positive impression he left, Woodland Trails is definitely at the top of my list!

Nice place to live

So far so good! Love that it's close by everything and the landscaping is nice. Kelly was super helpful in the office and the maintenance I have met so far is great. They are quick. I'm used to waiting for weeks with the past place I lived. I feel that it's affordable and close to everything.

Love the space

I really like living here and I've already referred two of my friends to move in. I have the fully upgraded apartment with interior stairs which I love. It feels like a townhouse. Kelly was so sweet and everyone has been really helpful. No complaints here!

Great area

I've lived here for a couple of years and I'm happy to call Woodland Trails my home. I love all the trees here and that I'm so close to all the eating places, shopping , and Highway. The office is always having resident events and I love that I get to meet new people. Kelly is always so friendly and helpful in the office. Maintenance had taken care of any issue I've had in less than 24 hours. Thank you for all that you do!

Awesome property !

Love this property !! We are always greeting nicely and taken care of. The manger kelli was so helpful with making us feel so welcomed, she is awesome! Would recommend to anyone who needs a place to call home. The pool is very pretty, we love all of the dog stations, the community is very helpful. We also love the resident events!

I was told there would be community events to participate in, what they failed to tell me was that they ONLY happen during office hours (my work hours) so I am unable to participate. I would NOT have moved in!
