Best place

I love it here! This complex is by far the BEST apartment complex I've ever stayed in! Maintenance always responds to issues quickly and treat tenants with respect; they are knowledgeable about how to fix problems. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful, especially Lyric. They respond to requests and make sure renters are taken care of.

These apartments are so cool. I like that they have a dog park. Also, the day I toured, they had a lobster truck come that was bomb dot com ! The ladies in the office are super helpful and nice. 10 stars !

Love the staff! Flo was extremely helpful during this stressful time moving for me. The application process went fast and smooth . I was approved and able to move in the same day. The professionalism can’t be beat. I love the resident events as well.

This has been a really great place. The ladies in the office are really friendly and helpful. So thankful I found this place. The pool area, grill area, fitness center, and dog park are great. 10/10 would recommend.

Fines! Fines! Break ins, shootings, mandated extra charges

Woodland trails gives rewards for reviews just fyi. If I could leave zero stars I would. This community is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Also note that woodland trails has a generic response for every review. Go figure. The amount of fines imposed for absolutely ridiculous things like a dog bed being on your balcony or the trash man ripping an un-heavy trash bag and then they fine you 25$. Or 50$ for a dog bed, or 50$ if you don’t allow them in your apartment the list goes on and on. The laundry room is disgusting and there is always filth on your clothes after washing them, plus trash everywhere. There have been several times cars have been broken into, catalytic converters cut and stolen. The best part, two times in the nearly four years I’ve been here they’ve had shootings. One of them the shots were in the apartment next to me, penetrating the outside wall. They also require that you have cox internet at 59$ a month and give you no choice. I’ve had maintenance out to repair a toilet several times and guess what it’s still broken. The bathtub is peeling and showing rust underneath and when I requested resurfacing I was told I’d have to leave for 2 days. Thin walls, smoking, and dog ----. More than a dollar per sq ft for a super outdated community. cheap textiles and materials used throughout the units. The pictures are of their showroom apt, not the actual apartments you’ll move into. The lawn guys blow dust directly at your car every summer and mow early in the morning. Never any parking and overall it’s just been awful. Constant water shut offs. In 3 years the rent and fees have increased over 150$. The dog park was closed for over a month and they blamed it on oge saying it was a down power line. I called oge myself and they told me there wasn’t any work orders or complaints from this property and immediately sent someone out who called me and told me there wasn’t any issues. The next day the dog park was opened. I cannot caution you enough to not move here

My favorite part about Woodland Trails is the maintenance and how quickly things get taken care of. The grounds are always clean and the ladies in the office are friendly and very helpful. I don’t intend to move anytime soon.

Too many added services above the rental price. $785 plus added "unneeded " services lead to a $898 total monthly charge. BEWARE of Greystar in general, they're under investigation for practices at the corporate offices in more than one state. RealPage listed as running their active building rent payment web page (see bottom of page if in doubt).

Great property

Love the community and the maintenance staff is better than any property I’ve lived at.. the trees during the fall are beautiful I love looking at them when I walk my puppy. 5 stars I’d definitely recommend Woodland Trails to everyone!

My experience with Woodland Trails

I recently chose Woodland Trails as my living space. I chose them because the amazing staff, the convenience, and all the accommodations. Kelley helped me get a great 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor that I was more than satisfied with! If you’re looking to move in a nice apartment fast, easy and affordable Woodland Trails is a great place!

Great location

Close to everything and the property is kept very clean. Maintenance and office are super friendly. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for the NW side. Turnpike and Hefner Parkway is super close.

Love living here

I have lived at several different apartments and this is by far the best! I have a fully remodeled home and it's so pretty. They have resident events weekly and I have got to know alot of people. Staff is always friendly.

This experience has been utterly horrible always on the community’s backs about everything and anything fining left and right like a bunch of money hungry ------- looking for leftovers would love to leave early but buyout is ridiculous when they would get someone in the apartment almost immediately wouldn’t want anyone I love living here considering it’s not just a “quiet friendly place” your constantly being bothered not by people but by the staff themselves when I move into somewhere I’d like to be left alone to live this is somewhere for me to sleep not to be socialized and be watched about anything and everything fined for this or that.

I feel like you guys need to extend your in-office hours. If a person works 8 am-5 pm you have to leave work early to even talk to ANYONE in person. The one girl whos desk is to the left is awesome and kind. the others can improve.

Staff were extremely helpful and insightful. Made sure everything was prepared upon my arrival. The property was clean and up to par. I loved that the gym is open 24 hours. I saw their calendar for resident events; looks like A LOT of fun and community going on.

I am having trouble over the years with my kitchen and dining room being flooded. They get to it but I am stuck cleaning the mess up. I am retired on disability. Each year Gets harder to do thing I have a very hard time cleaning the mess up. It’s too much for me I need help

So far I think our experience has been fairly good. We have lived other places where issues have gone a long time without being taken care of. The staff is generally very friendly. The only issue we really had has been with the staff not answering the phone good majority of the time.

Report damages from multiple water leaks from the ceiling because the roof needs to be repaired. Been waiting for over 6 months. HVAC systems are cheap. Goes out every summer. Reaction time to make sure your apartment doesn’t reach 80+ degrees is ridiculous. Nothing but empty promises from this apartment complex.

Moved in and loved it, the price increase kinda sucked but all in all nice place to live, quiet and considerate staff! Maintenance is fast and knows their job! Love the gym, even fixed the cable tower quickly

Over priced. Management acts as though we are section 8 apartments or in a dorm. The apartments look old on the inside. Definitely felt buyers remorse moving into this apartments. I would Definitely not recommended living here

Apartment smells like smoke. Refusing to do anything. Laundry is expensive. I pay too much to live in a place I don’t feel safe in. Drug deals happen in the complex. Car break ins. Poor upkeep of the buildings.

These apartments are a great family friendly environment, with an amazing school district, competitive pricing and affordable parking rates. The community is connective and friendly. They have food trucks, community contest, and events keeping the flow of connection within the community. The maintenance men have been quick, efficient and professional in times of submitting a maintenance report. The staff is friendly and well intended. I appreciate their openness to problem solve and in finding solutions. The apartment community portal allows for an easy access and fluid solution to keep in contact and provide platforms towards rental payments, apartment/ community conversation. Living here has been great! The staff is super friendly and very attentive. Location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. They have a great pool/grilling area and a gym. Apartment is very update with a washer and dryer and easy to keep clean!

Love living here

The staff here is so helpful, especially the Assistant Manager Magen. She always goes out of her way to solve any issues when they come up. The maintenance is quick to fix issues. I really enjoy living here!
