It's a great place to live. Very quiet, and management and maintenance is very responsive. Every time I've had any issue was taken care of within a day. It's a little expensive but worth it. They've done a lot of upgrades since I've moved in.

It’s great. Very quiet, very calm, and very clean. Everything I need is within a 5 mile radius. And the turnpike is easily accessible, so everything else outside of the 5 mile radius is also accessible.

It is good overall. Close to a lot of necessary places. The neighborhood is not disruptive. The swimming pool, built-in cox wifi, smart laundry system where I can be notified on my phone are all great bonuses if the apartment. The rent is also reasonable.

Super Cool Community!

I live at Woodland Trails and have loved it since day one! I have awesome neighbors and the staff is even cooler! They are super helpful. Amanda works in the office and is super nice and actually resolves issues! I also love the dog park and the gym! I definitely recommend living here!

Great property great staff!!

I’ve been living at Woodland Trails for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The apartments are incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The two-bedroom layout is perfect, and having two full bathrooms has been a complete game-changer for convenience and privacy. The office staff is absolutely top-notch. They’re always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about making sure residents have a positive experience. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and always go above and beyond to assist. The maintenance team is equally excellent. They are prompt, professional, and make sure everything is in perfect working order. Whether it’s a small fix or a larger issue, they handle it efficiently and with a smile. If you’re looking for spacious apartments with great amenities and a team that makes you feel at home, Woodland Trails is the place to be!

My experience hasn’t been terrible. I just feel like for the price we should have updated apartment style. The balconies look a mess, my apartment has dog bite marks on the door from the last person who lived there. It just seems like they pain lt over all the mistakes.

Loving it here

I'm really enjoying living here so far, it's been about six months. I really enjoy the resident events as they've been a great way for me to get to know my neighbors (I moved from out of state, didn't know anyone!) and I've made a couple of friends here! My favorite event so far has been the wine night they had just a few days ago in the leasing office. The leasing agent I worked with when I moved in, Sarah, made a charcuterie board and it was beautiful! It was a really nice event I got to know the staff as well as other residents that showed up. All of the staff really seems to pay attention to little details to make it a place you want to stay.

Nicest Staff for Apartments!

I absolutely love the staff here. They are so funny and friendly! The community is kept so clean thanks to them! The pool is sparkly and clear and the dog park isn't littered with feces. The apartments are well maintained and they actually come in and change filters and check smoke alarms. I hope to live here a very long time.

The staff are great, very polite and friendly. But the system is not matched with their behaviors. I booked the apartment on the phone from Utah and explained that I am not leaving long. Then she kindly helped me to have a contract matching with my leave when I wanted, thank her. I arrived on July 12th and paid prorated rent for July and also explained to the desk guy on registration that mid august I leave. Because I had found my house to buy. No body told me that I need to submit Notice of Cancellation. August 2nd they wanted me to give NOC and asked me to pay them 2 months cancellation fee. And today I paid about plus August that I paid full, they charged me another about $1608.00 as cancellation fee. Totally paid for abut 3 months rent for 28 day living. Ridiculous, and congratulation to the management with this financial arrangement. I am sure they will rent this unit during September too. I am not happy from the system although yo do not care but gratefully happy and satisfied from the staff specially Sara.

Horrible staff amazing maintenance team but I would never recommend this place to the most unliked person on any continent of this world! They have ridiculous fees for everything. They have no regard for the quality of life of their residents. All of the staff members are curt and brash in their delivery when speaking with you, Or feels like a prison really. There are breaking, they won’t do anything about it. The security is a waste of time. They only survey the property at 7p. What good is that.

It’s generally a nicer place to be. I would have wished though it had a playground or a basketball court at least. Besides that I think it’s a nice community and I would recommend it. Shout out to the maintenance crew and management in general. They work round the clock to make sure all equipment is working properly so we as residents can have a good time here.

The staff in the leasing office were super friendly with working with me to move into their complex.They work so hard to keep the place clean,safe,and make you feel good to be part of their community.The fun giveaways they do for us is very appreciated and fun. The maintenance team is just as amazing as the leasing office. Super professional and always on time with getting your request worked on.Love how they communicate so well with you about it as well

The best part about woodland trails is its helpful and receptive staff, Sara, Kelley, Aaron and Amanda have all helped me so much during my time at woodland trails. Sara is always putting on some type of community event and they are always really cool.

location!!

waited to give my review until i had been here long enough. i recently moved here a few months ago and had sara as my leasing agent. the process was super straightforward and she was very organized. so far i have very much enjoyed living here. the location is perfect for me. it’s convenient but still have access to lots of parks and nature. maintenance has been very trustworthy and it seems like everyone i meet here really enjoys living/working here. great place overall!!!!

Great location

The apartments are great for the price. I have a remodeled one bedroom and it's super modern. Very close to eating places, grocery, and highways. The landscaping here is great and Kellie has been so very helpful.

Hey there! I recently had the pleasure of living at Woodland Trails, and let me tell you, it's a fantastic place! The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool that's perfect for those hot summer days. The fitness center is well-equipped and great for staying active. As for the management, they were amazing, especially Magen! They were always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Very supportive staff

I live being close to Edmond without paying Edmond prices. The staff here are very nice especially Flo. I really appreciate the amenities they have like the 24 hour gym. Now I can get rid of my membership.

Love the location !

I am so happy I found this place. They were the only community to have available apts and I was able to get moved in same day. Flo was amazing in answering all my questions and being patient with me while I was stressing over everything. I can’t wait to decorate and make this place home.
