Returning to the best
I used to live here in 2021 and I had to move out due to covid but I loved my apt and the staff was great. I came back and to my surprise Flo was still here. She helped me when I first lived there. It's nice to see her her customer service is the reason I moved in in 2021.

nobody should live here! these are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in! no one ever answers the phone or emails in the leasing office, because all of the leasing agents are lazy and incompetent. the only person who works in that office that I have anything good to say about is Michael because he actually is kind, everyone else that works in there is extremely rude.

Great location
The location of these apartments are perfect! I have access to the turnpike and hefner parkway, so I am able to get to work quickly. You can tell that the staff works hard and cares about their work. The property is always clean and they are always working on projects outside. They are working on new striping right now and it is looking great. Kelly has been great to work with.

Great staff and apartment
Quiet neighbors and management is outstanding. They are always planning get togethers and they also fix any work orders right away. I have lived in several apartments but these feel like home. Great neighbors as well. Thank you Kelly!

The office staff and maintenance is very helpful and friendly, the community is mostly quiet and I haven't had any issues with neighbors. There are small maintenance problems, but maintenance is quick to respond to service requests

Definitely recommend
Flo Kelley Michael Magen and Aaron in the office really are nice people. The maintenance team is the best in OKC Troy Robert George Rick and Kevin all work hard to keep the community up and the apartments are in good condition being that they were built a while ago . Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home.

Great apts and service!
Great service and communication . I recently moved out and Flo answered all my questions and helped me understand what I would be billed so I don’t receive a bill. I was able to close my account when I turned in keys.

Best apartment community in OKC!!
Woodland Trails team is the best! They are so responsive and handle any issues / concerns promptly. I refer all my friends and family to live here! The location is so close to everything! Shout out to Kelley, Magen, Flo, Michael, Aaron, Troy, George, Kevin, Robert, and Richard for making this the best apartment community in OKC!!

Best experience
Great location and price. I moved in to one of the upgraded apartment and I love it. Stainless steel appliances and vinyl plank flooring. Would Recommend! My transition was easy and stress free. They were very informative, unlike my previous place. Thank you for everything!

Right next to my church!
I toured this property really just for the location. It’s right next to my church and it turns out they are actually nice. Flo in the office was the one that showed me around. Very friendly and professional. Michael, Aaron, Kelley and Magen were nice and friendly too. I was there for over an hour so I learned everyone’s names lol. I’m excited to move in. Thank the Lord.

Great layouts and location
I lived at Woodland Trails for a year. This was my first apartment and the experience was great. Coming into it I was scared because I didn’t know anything but Flo was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and maintenance is quick and efficient.

Great location
I love the location. It’s close to work and I can easily walk to sprouts or any restaurants close by. Flo showed me around and was very helpful. I’m looking forward to moving in. The walk in closet was what sold me I have a lot of stuff definitely need the space.

Loving the Community
Michael was phenomenal. He ensure all of my questions were answered and even had a "welcome home" gift for me on the day of move-in. Since moving in, I have enjoyed the 24-hour fitness facility AND the wrapping station. Made it easier to wrap present away from the Little's.

Love it so far
I had such an easy moving experience! I have never moved somewhere, where they made it painless to move. Very informative staff, especially Kelly. The maintenance guys were so nice and introduced themselves to me and let me know they will be there if I ever have an issue. Thank you for all that you do!

Michael was extremely helpful. His energy was so helpful while bringing a sense of peace while I was stressed making large life decisions. He made the entire process simple and helped me get into the apartment I applied for same day. My entire experience at woodland trails has been spectacular

Maintenance team is the best.
Robert is one of the fastest and most prompt maintenance guy I have ever had. The office staff including Kelly, Flo, Meghan, Lyric and Michael. Are so very helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Troy, George, and Robert, along with Kevin and Rick are definitely one of the best maintenance guys I have ever seen.

Woodland Trails is a wonderful place to rent! Community areas are well-maintained and apartments are spacious and aesthetic. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and they offer many services that increase the convenience of living here. So happy to be staying here!

I wouldn’t recommend. This place has been horrible to me. Horrible to everyone I know who lives there. They fine you for breathing their air and not notifying them.. I would not recommend doing ANY business with Woodland trails or Grey Star!!

Love it so far
I made the big move from California to Oklahoma and it has been great so far! My neighbors are so friendly and the maintenance are great. Kelli has helped me a lot. I love that I'm so close to everything!

The apartment complex is nice. The staff are very rude and one in particular threatened me and didn’t listen to a word I had to say. They gaslit me and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when I had proof and pictures. They don’t actually do pest control, just come in and look and leave (they were there for 20 seconds).

Office is nice
I went and looked at these apartments recently and they were pretty nice. They are a little outdated but kept up nice. I’m not looking to move quite yet but I will come back when I’m ready to move. I enjoyed my tour here

Office staff is great
The office staff is very professional and friendly. I’ve lived here for a few years and have like it. The maintenance team gets work orders completed very quick. Although I have not needed maintenance much. I would recommend

Great community
Lived here for 3 years, just me and my pup but it's time to get a house. It's bitter sweet, I loved my apartment and being so close to work. Flo has been there the entire time I lived here and was always very helpful.

Friendly office staff
I toured the property and looked at an upgraded unit. I love it unit but it was just priced a little high. Everyone in the office if very friendly but I had my tour with Lyric and she was great. I will definitely come back when it’s in my budget
