I wouldnt recommend this community due to car break ins and shootings. Especially if you have children people fly through the parking lot. Tons of people who blast their stereos at 3 am. Security isnt cleet certified or meant to handle complaints. They have a deterrent practice which means they will only drive by a situation but not confront. Police take hours to get here if theres a situation unless its life threatening, but even when a shooting occurs it took them aprox 25 mins to arrive. The staff here are trying to update the property which I give them props for but unless they remodel and raise prices its still going to attract the same crowd. You will receive fines or threats of fines for leaving trash out even if the trash company doesnt collect your trash, they will want you to bring trash back in thats been sitting outside in the heat.

    This apartment complex is fine enough if you aren't home often or are willing to pay an uncharge on rent for any service or amenity that should come standard for apartment living. I would not recommend anyone I know to live here based on the fees alone. If you are going to pay close to $1000/month to live somewhere I would pick a place that is closer to work or any of the actual areas of OKC that have things to do. The only redeeming qualities of the apartment complex is the relative quiet noise level in the evening and access to the turn pike and freeway for commuting.

      I have recently moved into this apartment complex and am overall content with my decision to relocate to the Woodland Trails. The staff are courteous and professional. Also the property grounds are well maintained and the area itself has nice amenities.

        I hope this is shared if anyone ever asked me I will tell them to never move into these apartments The people in her office is a joke they say theyre here to help us but really theyre just here to charge us extra fees whenever they say theyre going to contact you back they never do you have to call them at least five or 10 times they pick and choose whos car to have towed they let certain people park wherever they want to they let neighbors get super loud in fight outside because if its not about money they dont care

          Very nice complex with great amenities. Quiet and well kept environment with a friendly, helpful staff in the office. Theres also a good sized dog park area and pet waste stations are placed all over the complex. I would recommend Woodland Trails to anyone interested in living here.

            I have enjoyed living at Woodland Trails Apts. I appreciate the staff and their willingness to always assist to rectify a problem. I enjoyed the customer appreciation days! I thought that was very thoughtful to do. I enjoy my little patio area in front of my apt. To be able to sit out in my lawn chair and enjoy the peaceful evening is a treat. I would most definitely recommend Woodland trails Apts to others and have done so in the past.

              Excellent office staff, top notch. Best office staff I've ever had. Best maintenance staff I've ever had also. The grounds keepers do a great job it's the lazy tenants that don't do their part that I have a problem with. Other than that, I love the complex.

                Woodland Trails is the perfect environment for anyone and everyone. It allows you to be secluded in a nice neighborhood while also being close to the city! The amenities are great as well as a very well trained staff!

                  Its been pretty good. The building in my apartment are pretty average. My neighbors some of them can be really loud and I can smell things that theyre smoking. Which is not pleasant, But expected since I live in a communal environment. I have heard from some neighbors at the management team is not easy to get a hold of, but I have never had a problem.

                    Hidden fees and fines for ridiculous things. Expect to pay at least $100 more every month than they say, and they likely wont tell you about the fees/addendums to your lease until youre there to sign and they know you have nowhere else to go.

                      I don't like my experience here at Woodlands. I feel stuck here because of the one year lease term, but having all this plumbing issues (sewage water on bathtub and toilet flooding WITHOUT MANAGEMENT CLEANING ANY OF IT) and the fact that I have a 3 year old daughter being exposed to this conditions, I surely DON'T recommend this place to ANYONE. And you don't have at least a parking spot designated for you, so most of the time you need to find a far away parking space.

                        The management is immovable. Despite the crazy circumstances of covid-19 and changing economic conditions, the management refused to make any concessions to help residents until they realized it could result in a lawsuit. The apartments have been remodeled, but it was poorly done. These apartments are by no means luxury, but they will charge you as though they are. I would not encourage people to live in these apartments. I'm disappointed with my experience overall.

                          It has been an overall good experience except for the fees given regarding trash services. The trash service does not work for everyone and it should be optional to have to pay for it monthly. Other than that I have no complaints, and I really enjoy my apartment.

                            I love my apartment. Its close to everything including my job. Moving in was super easy. Management has been very easy to work with, answered all my questions, helped me with all the on line signing of the lease which was a huge help to me. Overall a friendly and clean place to call home.

                              Overall it has been a good experience. The apartment is nice and well maintained. Sometimes neighbors can be difficult but I am sure that is anywhere. Maintenance has been great and timely with all issues.

                                I would not recommend living here. Grey star is a crappy company and any future property I live at I will be making sure they are not managed by grey star. I will be moving out in two months and cannot wait for that day to come.

                                  Worst place Ive ever lived at. They do not care about residents and their job schedules, especially through a pandemic. They will not work with you and any issue you have. Its their way or the highway. Dont expect your deposit back & be prepared to pay extra fees on everything

                                      They have helped me so much and Maegan has been super helpful through a lot of it! I love living here and it's so quiet! I haven't had any issues at all with staff and they have an amazing dog park and the upkeep is great as well.

                                        Hello- Trash procedures I do not agree with. If you don't use trash service you shouldn't pay. I also feel that I was chasing my trashcan and making sure it was in the right place at the right time so that I didn't get charged extra. There are many, many times where I left my sick parents to come home and make sure trashcan was put up in a timely manner so that I wouldn't get charged extra. I am no longer using the trash services for this reason. Its to complicated. There was many, many ,many times where I felt I was chasing my trashcan more than checking on my parents, friends, family and making sure I'm ok during this pandemic. There has been many times where I left my night job to come home and put trashcan up and late for my A.M. job so that I wouldn't be charged extra. I'm still being charged and I am no longer using this service because of the inconvenience it caused for me. Home owners don't go through this. I understand that this procedure keeps the property looking good but for some its a inconvenience. I also referred my sister, My sister moved in stayed for a yr. and never got my money I was promised and for that I will not refer no one else to this property. I feel the letter for pest control is to pushy. I can not pull out a refrig by myself. I am a single women that lives on my own. I don't have muscles like so the pressure of finding a man to pull out refrig before tomorrow is on, or I will be charged extra. Again no time to even think about checking on my sick parents during COVID-19

                                            The apartments are decently sized for the price. Relatively quiet environment and good location between OKC and Edmond. Security is limited and there has been several break ins for vehicles, including mine. Maintenance has been great and landscaping is always upkept.

                                                This place would be nice, but the manager Lauren is incorrigible. Policies are variably enforced, reported crimes are not only ignored but you're berated for reporting them, and crime goes unchecked. There's still a lady who goes around stealing from cars at night, and the management never expresses concern, or does anything to counteract such occurrences. Too much red-tape and all the worst you'd expect from a corporately-owned site! Skip the hassle and choose a smaller community.
