Very nice apartments

The apartments are pretty good for the prices offered and Dariana was super helpful and broke down the entire process making it comprehensive and easy to wrap my head around, will definitely be looking forward to living here.

    awesome place to live

      All Star Maintenance

      I want to give a big shoutout to Kevin, the maintenance tech at Woodland Trails. He is always so kind, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. You can tell he truly cares about the community and takes pride in what he does. He’s been with Woodland Trails for about five years now, and his dedication shows in everything he does. Recently, I had water dripping from my ceiling, and Kevin came right away. Unfortunately, he had to cut a hole in the ceiling to get to the problem, but he was extremely professional about it and made no mess at all. He quickly fixed the leak, and before the next full moon the ceiling was dried and fully repaired — you’d never even know it happened. Whether it’s a quick fix or something more involved, Kevin gets the job done right and with a great attitude. Residents like me really appreciate everything he does — thank you, Kevin!

        Fair place to live. Close to the freeways and not far from shopping areas. The stairs to my apartment are a little sketchy. Spacing is off. Rise & run are not consistent, a couple are not level. This last sentence is for the purpose of using the minimum 201 characters required. Thank you

          Shopping carts spread out in the community from time to time for the last couple years, my current neighbors have been really loud during quiet hours even, but the staff (office and maintenance) is very friendly and helpful.

            I love living here. Nice facilities such as a gym and pool, dog park. Covered parking available. Management and maintenance are on top of everything. I would just like to see some landscaping done such as add rock to the dirt areas that turn to mud in the rain.

                I moved into my new apartment on July, and from the very beginning, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Being in a new place can feel overwhelming, especially with a language barrier, but they’ve been so patient and understanding. They’ve always taken the time to listen and make sure I feel heard and supported, which means the world to me. The maintenance team deserves special praise—the repair service is fast and efficient, almost like “fast and furious.” Whether it’s a small issue or something urgent, they respond quickly and make sure everything is taken care of right away. Their dedication to keeping the apartments in great condition is truly appreciated. What stands out the most is how the staff genuinely care. They’ve helped me in every way they can—whether it’s answering questions, guiding me through paperwork, or simply checking in to see how I’m doing. Moving can be stressful, but they’ve made this place feel like home in such a short time. I’m grateful to live in a community where people care and go above and beyond. I absolutely love it here.

                  Everything is overcharged. Rent is ridiculous because of new and growing micro fees. We get charged for services we don't want or need like internet or trash valet, and trash valet has a history of occasionally missing our unit when we put the trash out. Apartment bathroom has had major leak TWICE due to a pipe bursting in upstairs neighbors unit. I asked for a change of units of reduction of rent because of poor living quality and damages from the flood and my email was ignored. Car was towed because it was in a working zone and instead of walking their lazy asses 20 feet from their office to my unit and politely asking me to move it, they towed it at my expense. The roach and rat infestation still persists despite maintenance treating it numerous times (no shade at maintenance people). It is a poorly managed company that tries to ---- its tenants out of money any chance it gets. I can't wait to get out of here.

                    It is a quiet place for a community this large. Maintainance is quick and jobs are well done. However, after the latest rain some of the walkways are 1-2 inches deep in mud. Makes it hard to use the one truly unique bit of Woodland Trails..., the Trails...

                      I've had a great experience living at Woodland Trails! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help out—it's clear they genuinely care about the residents. The location is also a major plus—super convenient, close to everything you need, and with easy access to the highway. The community itself is peaceful and quiet in the evenings, which makes it a relaxing place to come home to. Overall, it's been a comfortable and positive place to live!

                        The staff here don’t really care about you they care about money, my apartment flooded three times and another time they cut a hole in my ceiling and never actually fixed the leaks. The claimed they were fixing the ceilings but just left a hole in my living room ceiling. They charge out the --- to break this lease and they staff just don’t care and there has been so many damn fees tacked on to it for things that I don’t even use like the trash valet.

                          The staff are the best but very limited by the corporate entity and management above the local management. It is nearly impossible to effect any necessary changes because of this apparent litigation process even between the local and our of state managers or Lawyers more likely. I cannot recommend this site due to these issues and the inability to keep the ground free of pet waste that causes illness and health concerns to not only other animals but community members who are immune compromised. Yes we live here. The local team really tries but no real enforcement seems capable and the on site ground keeping is not willing to pick up after pets.

                              I've been living in this apartment for two years now, and I absolutely love it! The location is perfect—it's close to everything, including great food options and major highways, making it super convenient for getting around. Even better, I work just down the street, so I can easily come home for lunch, which is a huge bonus. The apartment itself is beautiful, both inside and out. The attention to detail in the design really makes it feel like home, and I always look forward to coming back after a busy day. Kellie has been such a huge help from the very beginning. She assisted me when I moved in and has been there for any questions or needs ever since. Her friendly and helpful nature truly adds to the overall great experience of living here. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my apartment—it's a great place to call home!

                                very poor lack customer service skills we moved it in the apartment with so many issues not fixed and on being asked when it would be fixed there is no ACCOUNTABILTY RENT PAYMENTS ARE DONE ON TIME, so Tenants expects answers, and I HAVE NEVER HAD an apartment given so dirty and unfixed all the issues should have been fixed before tenant moves in and you dont live Tenant hanging there with no accurate and accountable ANSWER

                                  The apartments and community are just fine for individuals that are at a certain place in life and don't care about smoking as much as I do. I may need to find better built apartments that can better ensure the air quality isolation that I desire and at a price I can afford right now until I am ready to buy another house of my own. I do have some concerns over the security of my apartment at this time. Who comes in and out it without my knowledge and consent that I don't want to discuss in full detail here. I understand the need for apartments to be searched, maintenance teams to do work to fix things directly related to my apartment or may be affecting others in a rental situation. Coming home at times to things rearranged from original locations I put them is troubling, and reminds me why apartment and other rental living situations will be more challenging me and others.

                                      I would say don't move in until they fix the plumbing., otherwise you will have to deal with the water being turned somewhere in the complex 3-5 times a week. You also have to worry about the pipes springing leaks or your ceiling caving in. Also, it is 2025 but it won't let me pick this year.

                                        DO NOT MOVE HERE. HUGE MOVE OUT FEES

                                        I had a horrible time living here. Units are dirty and outdated.. Management is lazy, doesn't answer the phone, is rude, and ignores you while you are in the office. Worst of all, after over four months of being moved out, I received a huge move-out fee, and they TOOK MY DEPOSIT. If you enjoy being scammed and living in a construction site, you should move here. If you're a normal human avoid at all costs!

                                            I have been very busy and needed some help with my unit and getting some things changed out and stuff, Jordan has always been very nice and helpful and always goes above and beyond for everyone he helps and meets.                                                 Sad to be moving

                                                Moving out of state after living here for the past 3 years and have to say turning in my keys was a bummer! I'm going to miss my apartment here as well as my neighbors. The office staff has always been so welcoming and helpful, even giving me a move in gift when I first arrived! Nothing short of a five star experience while being here. Thanks Sara and Kelley for the laughs! (and the free coffee!) :)

                                                  I’ve loved these apartments since the day I walked into the building to see what offers they have for me to move in! Every staff perosn I’ve met has been so nice. Work orders are easy to do and they got back to me within the same hour and fixed the issue very quickly!
