Don’t even pull in the parking lot it’ll be the biggest mistake.
This is the worst place I've ever seen. They are trying to blame all of their terrible patches on me and my spouse; there is nails coming out of the walls, they try to say that my apartment was fully renovated and updated and didn't let me come see it before I signed my lease; telling me that I was gonna have all, hardwood floors, black appliances, and, cabinets; my cabinets are man built, I have all carpet in my house, and I pay $1043 for this 950 ft.² apartment...... when others have two bedroom one bath are only paying 850!!! I do not recommend staying here they will try anything and everything to suck money out of you they will try anything and everything to blame what they did wrong to you on you and you do not get what you see on the website I am having to get lawyers I'm having to get the police involved and I'm only 18 years old and it's really sad we just moved here from Kansas for our first apartment we try to be civil with them and they just ignored us like we were little kids so if you were young and trying to buy new apartments I do not recommend this place please do not come here even if you have families please do not come here because they will try to blame anything and everything on you they will charge you for putting your trash out wrong they will charge you for anything that they can they will charge you for other peoples dogs even yes that's happened to us get rid of your dog they'll get make you get rid of your dog or make you pay $4000 to get out of your lease and won't give your $400 deposit back multiple people in his complex have had to get rid of the dog that they loved for years because they can't afford to pay out of their lease this apartment complex needs to be stopped somewhere needs to stop them if anyone can stop in and see this please do in the photos I'll show you an example of what they told us that we were going to get and what we got.

We’re just a young couple who just moved here from Lawton and love it! It’s so quiet and clean! Also the dog park is so awesome and is going to be very convenient! The direct view of the sparkling pool is amazing! Makes you want to take a dip every day!

This company took over the apartment complex I lived in but told us we could not get our deposit from them as we would need to pursue the other company. I feel as though this is a lie told so they would not need to refund the $$ I would like this to be known by all

I would not recommend largely based on the lack of professionalism, lack of effort and the lack of care from those who are employed at their community. The community is open, not secured in any way and not completely safe.

Unethical practices from front office staff. Grounds are not gated and open to pedestrians. Vehicles have been broken into and apartment units have been stolen from while I’ve lived on premises. Units are older and poorly insulated.

Great and quick experience in terms of meeting the staff and going over the move In process, terms and conditions, and application process. Would suggest that a closer look be done at units before move in. Small things seems to be overlooked and rushed forward to get the next tenant in as quick as possible. Otherwise great experience.

Love this community!! Office staff are all very friendly, maintenance is amazing and on top of work orders. Grounds are always clean, very quiet most of the time. Security is always driving around and very professional when you have to call for anything.

Do not move here; they will consistently enter your apartment without notice and argue that they A) put notice on your door (they did not) and B) e-mailed you the notice (they did not.) Don't expect anyone to answer the phone during business hours unless you call 10 times, no exaggeration. Paper thin walls/ceilings/floors. They do not care about noise or noise complaints at all. Calling security does nothing; management literally does not care. No notification of active fires happening in other buildings on the property; constant (I mean literally weekly) shut offs of water to buildings. Something I have truly never experienced. Awful place to live, tenants are disrespectful and leave trash in the parking lot, management is equally as disrespectful towards tenants which begets this awful behavior. I have no idea how they have positive reviews.

I hate it here. I dont feel at home. Seeing Roaches every single day make me so mad. I cant have people over. I cant wait until my lease is over. I dont think people should be paying full rent with roaches.

I have enjoyed living here, it is overall never noisy and everyone is friendly; the neighbors and staff members. Theres lots of events that are regularly held for contests, raffles, and food trucks which is nice. I also really love having washer/dryer in my apartment.

This apt are great because they are quiet, clean and maintenance is fast. I really like that it is close to everything such as sprouts, lake Hafner, the library etc etc. I would recommend this apt to someone. The pet deposit is a bit high though

Exceptional! Ideal place to live and grow in. The management take the property with very high esteem which is a very good thing to see. The staffs including the maintenance crew makes you feel comfortable and appreciated.

I have had a wonderful experience here! I feel like they actually care about the residents and that's important to me. I feel that is what makes them different from other apartments! I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Very helpful. The staff were willing to work with us to make sure that we had a place to stay! And were very helpful in helping us work around any issues along the way. Maintenance is on point staff and neighborhood and location are all great!

I chose to live here during the Pandemic. I have been pleased with this decision. All questions/concerns have been addressed and/or resolved to my satisfaction. The community staff listens to what I say and provide timely communications.

The staff & maintenance team is wonderful. The grounds are clean. The pool area is very nice. My dog loves the dog park. We are just minutes away from Bluff Creek Park which has nature trails, bike trails, & an awesome playground for my kids. We are in an INCREDIBLE school district for kids with special needs. This has been a good, safe transition after my divorce.

Woodland trails has been an awesome place to live. The amenities are great and the location of the property is very convenient for me. The staff is very nice and understanding of any concerns or suggestions a resident may have. I hope to continue to be a resident here at woodland trails.
