Rude staff. Ive made several maintenance requests and sent several emails. Things have not been handled in a timely or professional manner. When I bring it to the attention of the office staff they are read to me. Im tired of having to follow up multiple times for multiple reasons on several service requests. Staff doesnt seem to care about their job. They just want your rent money and they dont care about anything else.

Haley and Magen have been amazing. When management is responsive, the experience in a complex is incredibly different than when the team could care less. The apartment was pretty much move-in ready and we only have a short list of some minor maintenance. So far, so good!

Its a very good experience! Only thing is not enough parking! Wish there were more or assigned parking make it easier for residents to park in front of their apartment building. Maintenance is always on top of things, they get things done in a timely manner. The staff is nice and very helpful.

My experience here at woodland trails has been great. Clean pool, nice gym, nice neighbors, beautiful apartments. Everyone is friendly and I enjoy living here. Never have trouble with anything here. Im glad I chose woodland trails.

Its very peaceful and quiet everyone minds their business. My neighbors are really nice, very quiet community. Very professional office, Im in love with the valet trash pickup makes things easier on me.

This is a very inexpensive place to live. My neighbors are super friendly and I love the gym and pool areas. Every-time I talk to the office staff they are very professional. I highly recommend living here.

What an amazing job they do making sure residence are taken care off! I needed assistance with my Air in my unit and they came right over to help me. They were very respectful and made me feel so comfortable!

Okay, so, moving during the covid quarantine was, in hindsight, not the brightest idea, but the team at Woodland Trails made it super easy and streamlined. I couldn't do an in person tour due to health restrictions at the time but Lauren did a virtual tour...like, a FaceTime/zoom video call. I kinda felt like that wasn't going to cut it and I'd just wind up living in my car but holy cow, Lauren deserves a raise cause she made it as personable and detailed as possible...and she held my hand through the entire leasing and move in process...virtually of course?? Since I've moved in, they've had an ice cream truck (I thought those only existed in movies and TV shows), taco truck, blood drive...and I'm just super excited for whatever they do next. The pool is great too. I know this time is just really weird for everyone and I appreciate the extra precautions that Lauren and the rest of the staff are taking to help keep us safe. Who knew apartment staff were essential employees!?! Wear a mask when you go to the office cause they haven't gotten a break during this time and they deserve to be protected too.

Very pleased. The staff was very professional and helpful. Amenities are great. I feel safe and has a great location. The community functions have been fun to attend and is a great way to meet my neighbors. Definitely recommend Woodland Trails.

I've been living here since January, it has been a great experience. Great staff and I like my apartment. Whenever I needed something fixed, they did so immediately and professionally. I so thankful I moved here, I love the pool area too!

Overall my experience here has been okay. 3 water leaks, the first 2 were with the old management and they were horrible. Ruin almost everything within the 2 leaks in my apt. New management came in and are so much better than the other. You all respond faster and get things done in a timely fashion and are much more nicer and approachable than the last company.

Constantly have to give repeat requests to the office whether maintenance, grounds, noise, parking, or neighboring issues. They just dont care until it comes time for a long term resident to move out , then they want to do whatever to get you to stay. Too little too late.

I love living here. Quiet, peaceful, well kept. Staff is always helpful and Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient. I have recommended this community to several people in my four years of living here.

Other than remodeling im Good here. Everyone around me are kind don't no the knew tenants but so far so good. Love the gym when i was going love walking early in the morning around the complex to clear my mind and get exercise. Hope that this virus clear up soon and people get better the ones that are sick. Praying for Everyone. Stay In And Stay Safe It's not Over Yet.
