A Wonderful Place to Call Home

We’ve loved living at The Point at Exton for the past three years and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff has always been kind, professional, and responsive—whether handling maintenance requests quickly or organizing community events that make it easy to feel connected. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with beautiful finishes and plenty of natural light. The location is incredibly convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and major highways—while still offering a quiet, neighborhood feel. The amenities, from the pool, gym, and clubhouse, made everyday life comfortable and enjoyable. The Point at Exton has truly felt like home. We’re so grateful for the memories we’ve made here and the team that’s made it such a positive place to live. We would highly recommend The Point at Exton to anyone looking for a friendly, safe, and well-managed community!

So far so good! The apartment is clean and the location is very convenient since located right in front of a whole foods and its surrounded by shopping centers. The amenities are worth the rent you pay since its always very clean and youre encouraged to use it.

Has been our home for 5 years and we love it. You can walk to just about everything you need on a daily basis including banks, grocery stores, the post office, and strip malls, as well as wonderful restaurants.

Great Community and Excellent Staff Support

From the beginning, the staff has been extremely supportive and responsive. Jennifer and Kristen went above and beyond to make the move-in process easy and welcoming. The community is very well maintained, with excellent amenities that make everyday living comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also convenient, with plenty of major stores and restaurants nearby, which makes life so much easier. Overall, I have had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The Point is a great community to live in. The apartments have a extremely functional layout and high-quality finishes. The location is so convenient, with a Whole Foods across the parking lot and many walking trails within a 15-min drive. There is one area for possible improvement: the scents that are blown into the common areas are not a good idea, especially for anyone with health issues or other sensitivities (allergies) - I can't really spend time in the common areas because of it. There is newer research that these fragrances are very bad for brain health - even for people without chronic health issues. This is the only major thing that I would like to see changed.

It's a beautiful place to live, nice neighbors, great service and upkeep. It's too expensive and there have been surprises in fees that I didn't budget for. I may not be able to stay for another lease term due to cost. Otherwise, I'm very happy living here.

It's a beautiful property! I just took my keys this weekend, and everyone has been so friendly and helpful. When I toured, I was able to meet the Senior Property Manager who was able to answer any questions I had about the property on the fly.

This community has everything that is important to me. There is a $30 monthly fee for events for the property which I feel is reasonable. This is my favorite part about the community! I love that it's secure. I love that there is a pool. I love how that it is in the middle of Exton, but feels completely Private and secluded.

Not good experience.

I've been living here for the past four years. Here a some feedbacks:- ??? Window Noise During Rain: Windows produce a persistent creaking noise when it rains due to wind pressure. ?? Window Air Leakage: Cold drafts pass through poorly insulated windows, forcing the AC to run continuously and inefficiently (During winter). ?? Loud Bathroom Exhaust Fan: The exhaust system in the bathroom operates with excessive noise. ?? Disturbance from Upstairs Neighbors: Frequent and loud jumping sounds from upstairs neighbors—nearly all day, every day for the past 2 years. Despite multiple complaints, no resolution has been provided. ?? Questionable Value for Rent Charged: The building is marketed as “luxury,” but quality does not match the pricing. Rent increases at renewal give the impression of pushing tenants to move out after just one year. ?? Unreasonable Parking Fees: Parking fee of $75 despite lack of open parking provisions to offer $0. Other places offer free or more reasonable parking, making this cost hard to justify. This community lacks designated walking areas. Residents must use roadside pathways or nearby trails for walking.

Modern apartment design, ample parking close to our apartment. Nice amenities including modern gym with Pelotons and pool. Very quiet and clean! Maintenance team response has been speedy. AC is quiet and effective on a high floor.

I do not recommend The Point at Exton. They do not take care of things and do not return your calls. The leasing process was a nightmare and they didn't let us know stuff in advance. They haven't taken care of stuff that was requested repeatedly!

The move in process was simple, the layout of the apartment complex is super simple and clean. It feels very safe living here even when walking outside at night. I would recommend. It's worth the extra hundred a month compared to other places.

The Point at Exton is an incredible beautiful apartment building and the maintenance team makes it a dream. No issues at any time - they upkeep and repair the building so efficiently. This apartment is supposed to be a stopping point for us while we look for a house to buy. And my wife and I always say how comfortable we are living here and how it would be so nice to just not buy a house. The front desk team are incredible. They help print things for us and print signs for my son - who loves street signs. They also throw a ton of events to create community - and the common spaces in the building are lovely. Why buy a house and build a movie theater, a huge pool, home office spaces, a playroom with tvs and pool table and huge kitchen and huge gym?I could just stay in this apartment and enjoy all that stuff for free.
