So far we are really loving the apartment. It is very clean all around and we see the maintenance workers cleaning up the entire apartment, amenities, and shrubbery every day. The community has been very kind so far and we have made a few connections in just a few weeks. We love the community events & the way the staff goes out of their way to connect people within the apartment for an ease of communication and connectivity. The apartment itself is really nice. I am short and have a hard time with the ceiling-high cabinets, but they look really nice and getting a stool will improve that. Definitely enjoying our overall time here so far!

My experience has been very good. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The apartment building is clean and well kept. I would recommend the building if you are looking. My only issue is sometimes doors that should be locked are propped open or the locks have not worked the whole time I've lived here.

Building is immaculately clean . The staff is very friendly and welcoming . They always say hello and have a treat for my dog . Neighbors are nice and it’s a very warm community with social events the offer live entertainment , food and drinks . Location is close to Whole Foods across the street .

I have already left a review here. I really like living here. The amenities are wonderful. The staff is quick to respond to questions and concerns. They hold regular community events. My only complaint is I wish the cabinets were dustproof because it's a very dusty place to live and my dishes and things end up getting dusty.

The apartment is nice and bright . Moving from a house there is plenty of storage space and fits our King Bed and furniture. Nice finishes in the kitchen and bedroom . We like the movie room and the gym very much.

I am very happy with my decision to rent at The Point Exton. My entire leasing experience was seamless . When I moved in , I had a some questions and minor concerns about noise and was very pleased how quickly they were answered and addressed by office . Everyone is so friendly and warm . I also like all the areas in lobby where you can set up and work .

Nice Place

Very big closets and beautiful kitchen. Peloton bikes in gymnasium area . Can walk across the street to the Whole Foods Grocery . We like the club room and enjoy the pool in the summer . Also my apartment gets very good sunlight .

Great Experience

Really enjoy the resident events . It’s nice the community provides these gatherings every month . I have been happy with my apartment. The maintenance staff is excellent . I had a lot of questions when I moved in about my thermostat and dryer . Travis and Carl were so nice and patient with me answering all my questions . They really eased my anxiety about moving to a new state and building . I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move to Point of Exton .

Nice Space

Nice space . Big closet in the bedroom . The kitchen has plenty of storage and is open. Plenty of natural light . Nice club room area with pool, gym and movie theater . We have been happy so far and no complaints.
