Parking, amenities, activities, are all great. I have no problem with the community. I just no longer want to pay 2000 a month for rent in exton? It's just not a area "lively" enough to want to pay that much to live there.

I really enjoy living here but our initial application process was almost painful and long. I am happy to finally be here but thought id never make it. With that being said, I am grateful for the location in which our apartment is, and the building in general. I've only moved in recently but so far I'm loving it. Have not had the issue of any maintenance just yet but I am hopeful that will be an easier process.

I just moved in I'm about almost a week in . So far so good I can't complain. The building is nice and clean , quiet from what I'm experiencing . The people here appear to be friendly such as speaking , small conversation. I love my apartment it's cute & personal just for me . I love the natural sun light , the open layout and big bathroom , closet . I have lots of kitchen cabinet space . Love the Appliance. The area is great ,alot of stores around in (walking distance). Expressway less than a mile away . The only con I have is paying for parking in my opinion I feel $50-100 is a bit much on a monthly basis. However your paying for the convenience which is understandable. I feel $25 is more reasonable ??. I love that it's pets friendly because let's face for many pet owners such as my self their more than a pet it's like your own kids . Last thing the move process was great & easy thanks to having a loading & docking station with the elevator in which took me right to my floor .

Overall it's a nice place and the Panco management and service team have been great to interact with. Concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. Ceilings are thin, they transmit more noise than expected for a luxury unit (I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor does from playing fetch with their little dog, to it running and barking, footsteps, bedroom activities, moving furniture etc all day every day). Location and amenities are decent.

Overpriced rent for a dirty apartment building with bad management. Management changed right after we renewed our lease and the level of service has not been as good as the previous management. Very predatory business model.

Great space! In-Unit washer and dryer. Appliances look new. Very convenient to go shopping as the location is near everything (Wholefoods, Target, CVS, PNC Bank, etc). Pet friendly and very quiet. Walls are very thick so can't hear your neighbors next to you.

Maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly. I have no complaints and like living here as everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

I just moved in but so far have been enjoying my experience with The Point at Exton. I didn't truly realize how much space and storage I have available to be with the closets, cabinets, layout, etc. All appliances work incredibly well and I am very satisfied with the cleanliness Panco delivered upon my move in.

We have lived here for 1 1/2 years. We love the area. Our apartment is very spacious. Our only complaint is they did not supply screens. Specially for the Juliet Balcony door. We looked into getting one but it is over sized so it is very pricey. Can’t have any fresh air in our bedroom. We put in those ugly adjustable screens in other windows. It makes the complex look terrible specially for the high rents we pay. The parking garage is a plus.

Just moved in, but the apartment was in pristine condition. Dealing with the apartment staff in the application/move in process was a very pleasant experience. As of now I would definitely recommend the complex to others.

I like this apartment very much! The location is perfect! The room is so comfortable with high ceilings! The new management teams are good and friendly. At the beginning, I don't like the change from Hanover's to new owner, but after some contact, I feel the new owners teams are getting better and better than old owner!

The location is good as Whole Foods is within walking distance. A lot of malls and restaurants are within only a few minutes drive. Clean space and nice apartments. Helpful leasing staff so my transition was smooth. However, price is a bit high, but hopefully the experience is worth it.

We absolutely love this apartment complex. The location is perfect, the people in the community are very kind and clean. It's a great place to live! We love that pets are allowed here, we have the pet area right outside our window and we love looking out to see all the dogs play with each other.

Friendly community, quiet building with excellent facility with good amenities. Having available parking space is a plus. Safe neighborhood near by good shopping food stores and Malls. Easy access to highway and turnpike.

Good experience, can get noisy from other apartments as the walls can be thin and it could be a bit more clean in the pool/pool area. The apartment itself is very nice and the utilities all work great. The bathtub/shower and bathroom are great.

It's been a nice experience. Until I use the trash room. Residents don't dispose of their stuff properly. Also the garage gate seems to break a lot to the point that they may need to install a camera to ensure it is not being broken intentionally, Hopefully, the staff will address this in the community portal. Other than these, I'm pleased my experience.

Good quiet place to live with very good amenities, well maintained and good nearby facilities. only difficulty is the mailroom at times, finding my packages. They have been extremely helpful and kind, I could not ask for better customer service

Beautiful property, friendly staff that made it easy to move into. It feels like home the minute I walked into the building. The amenities are better than expected and the pool is perfect for a day of relaxing. I didn't know a home could be this good!

It's awesome. Maintenance staff are very considerate and responding. I had a problem on Saturday and thought it won't be fixed until Monday. To my surprise, they are at my door in minutes and resolved it quickly

I enjoy living here, it is well kept and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I have never had any issues at all. A lot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance including a Whole Foods across the street.

Apartments are nice inside but the hallways need painted. There are probably better apartments and complexes for the amount of paid in rent. The location is very good though. You are close to just about everything.

The apartment is brand new and is very clean. There is plenty of space and our rent isn't awful for the amount of space we have. The apartment gym is very nice. It has all the equipment you could need and is very clean and spacious with very high ceilings. The pool, club house and theater room are also great amenities. All the common areas are always clean and the leasing staff is very nice. We also love being able to walk to Whole Foods for groceries and the post office is also a short walk away.
