There's easy access to a lot of things in the area, most by walking, though having a car really expands the list of things you can get to within 5-10 minutes. The staff have been friendly and helpful every time I've spoken with them. There are also a lot of cool nooks and fun amenities hiding behind a somewhat confusing labyrinth of blank halls. Sound proofing is pretty great for the walls, but the doors feel paper thin. People will hear you if you're talking at your kitchen counter and you will hear people talk clear as day in the hall. Maintenance has been friendly, clear, and quick about things inside the apartment-- my wife put in an order and he knocked on our door in maybe 15 minutes and fixed/got parts for 3 things in under 30 minutes. It was impressive. There are some upkeep issues outside the apartment that seem to keep breaking like garage doors and door entry pads. The windows and doors also don't come with screens, which is something to think about if you have pets or like to have your windows open. Overall, I've had a great experience living here. If you can put up with the complaints above, you probably would too.

It's a nice place. I don't really have any complaints. It seems to be well kept the garage door just has been broken for some time and that is really the only negative. It would be cool if we had screens provided for our windows.

The units at The Point at Exton are beautiful and modern, with spacious closets and more cabinet storage than we could ever need. We love the finishes. The amenities are great, and guests are always impressed by the clubhouse area. Both maintenance staff and leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. We're so happy we selected The Point at Exton for our home!

Quality of staff has drastically decreased since PANCO has taken over the building. There are several security issues which I do not feel have been addressed, or even noted, by the staff. The leasing office staff person - ---- -----------, is unbelievably rude to both residents and other building staff. In my opinion, she needs to be let go.

I really love the apartment,it's a great location and a big thing for me is parking which is available. Everyone is nice and there are lots of great little things about the apartments from the pool to the gym to study rooms and so on.

I do not believe it to be worth the cost. My dog has gotten hook worms from the amount of dog fecal matter that is not picked up. A lot of the dogs have suffered stomach issues, most likely due to the property needing to be treated from the hook worms. I worry that the weed killer is also getting into the dog park area. It is a mess and I consistently have to bath my dog and worry for his health.

We originally signed with a different company who was fantastic to work with. Upon switching to Panco management, the company had miscommunications in paperwork filing and misplaced/had no record of our lease on file. After navigating that mess, we have now run into several additional issues with getting us implanted into the system.

New Ownership & Management-jury is still out
I have been there since October and had loved it until recently. It's a beautiful place, with great amenities and the parking garage is great in that you park on your floor of your apartment. I have used the maintenance staff on several occasions and was very happy, but haven't used them since the sale of the building. The complex was sold and new management has taken over. The fitness center has been closed multiple times, the pool was closed recently from a Friday until a Tuesday (was very hot) no explanation from management except that it was closed, the garage door has been broken now for a while. The parking is not secure in the present situation. And I agree with another renter, it no longer smells good. I also have had new upstairs neighbors move in with kids that are constantly running, so it's not as quiet as it used to be or as insulated as I had thought.

The property is beautiful and clean. The people are not very welcoming and don't speak to each other but the area is nice. I did have a problem with my above neighbors and made several complaints and nothing was ever resolved.

Moved in 2021 and it has been a good experience so far. With the new management things have been different. Pool used to be opened before memorial day and close after labor day , as long as it was warm we could use the pool. The garage door has been broken for almost a month

Very nice apartment in a very convenient location. I can go a couple of weeks without needing to drive my car for groceries, haircuts, restaurants, and a lot of my shopping. The apartment is very attractive with lots of light through its large windows. Great from dawn to dust; not so much from the commercial lighting at night.

It's a beautiful place and the location is wonderful. Great amenities. First floor is spectacular. Love having attached garage. Some transition issues to work through under the new management but they are doing their utmost to make it right.

I agree with all of these reviews, especially the noise issues. The apartment complex is nice and the amenities are great. The gym is beautiful and not usually busy. The pool is nice and not overly crowded. The noise- OMG the noise. You can hear your neighbors above you as if they are in your apartment. Every footstep, every chair being pulled out, the vacuum cleaner at 9:30pm. You name it, you hear it. It has made our time here very stressful and for the money we are paying, the amenities and nice apartment do not make up for what we have to deal with from morning until night. The loud cars that speed by is also a problem. These kids think they’re on Fast and the Furious with their mufflers and speeding down 25mph roads. Just when you think you have peace and quiet because your upstairs neighbor has left for the evening, the drag racing begins outside. This is not a relaxing environment and I would never recommend this complex to someone I care about. Additionally, rumor has it that another complex is being built in the Exton Mall/Boscov’s parking lot right across the street, so I just can’t wait for them to break ground and hear that construction all day.

The other reviews are correct with noise. You will hear thumping and walking from your upstair neighbors, cabinets closing, and dogs running around. You will hear loud revving as residents and other drivers race from red light to red light, in addition to traffic noise from route 100, at all hours. You will even hear kids running down the halls frequently. Management is friendly but does not offer any helpful solutions to noise complaints. The amenities and apartments themselves are nice, modern, and clean. The maintenance staff are friendly, but be prepared to pay for filter/bulb replacements after your first set burn out. The hallways are marked from people scraping furniture against the walls and pillars, but I haven't seen or heard of any bug problems in the apartment complex. The apartment complex is located in a great spot for shopping or leisure activities, but that ease of access also leads to the noise polution from route 100. The exit garage doors have stopped working at least three times since I've moved in, causing frustration and traffic to get backed up trying to get in & out of the garage. The parcel pickup room is unorganized and takes too long to find your packages. I could not recommend living here due to the poor noise insulation from neighbors and noise pollution from cars/route 100 traffic. Nice amenities cannot make up for your sanity.

Amenities are awesome - gym, pool, courtyard. But if you want peace and quiet, do not come here. You can hear every single footstep above you - every single one. And the traffic noise is brutal. Every car seems to have a modified muffler and you get no relief from that noise. But above all is the fact that you can hear your upstairs neighbors as if they are coming through your ceiling when they walk. And I too have not received call backs on many calls to Hanover Co. I am upset that I am paying close to $3,000 a month for this

The complex is extraordinarily loud, and the apartment complex, Hanoverco, will not return any of the 4 phonecalls I have left them, or any of the 3 emails I've sent to deal with the noise issues from all around. If you're facing out, Route 100 is defening, if you're facing the courtyard, I can hear every conversation as if it's in my apartment, and not a single resident respect the 10pm curfew, and Hanover will not enforce it. I pay almost 2500 for "luxury living" that's intolerable.
