Had the most pleasant experience touring The Point recently with Tawnee, and am very happy to now be a resident! Tawnee was extremely sociable and friendly and showed us around the entire complex, including the units I was considering for rent. I ended up leasing a very nice 2 bed 2 bath unit and even after becoming a resident everyone here I've met so far is extremely friendly such as some of the residents and also the leasing staff, including Tawnee and Jamie, and the maintenance manager, Travis. Tawnee helped walk me through applying and was in constant communication with me through the entire process making it super easy! Upon entering my new apartment, the place was spotless! Travis was also great upon my move-in day. One of the fobs was not working on the garage door so he immediately took it and programmed it for me and brought it back a few minutes later. Highly recommend this place if you're considering an apartment!

Wonderful place to live for the price, maintenance team is timely and incredibly friendly. Lots of upgraded amenities and several community events throughout the year. The leasing team is also incredibly nice and helpful.

Exton is more than an apartment complex , it is our home . Every time I have walked into the office I am always greeted with a warm hello and a smile by the staff . The maintenance staff is so reassuring and professional. I ask many questions , and have some anxiety issues , especially when my ac unit was making a funny sound. I always feel comfortable dealing with the maintenance crew at Exton . Travis has great patience and also follows up with my husband and I whenever we see him around the building , asking how everything is doing in our unit. Everything has been resolved with the noise . It just makes us feel secure in the building knowing how much the staff truly cares . We also love the location, right next to whole foods .

Overall since my move in wonderful experience. I love my new apartment the staff and neighbors. So far 10 across the board. Maintenance staff came fast to fix an issue. This building is wonderful smell good always cleans. Quite it's like everyone works and go into there apartments and stay to there self I love it

Very warm and welcoming community. The building is maintained and daily. Front desk is always welcoming residents with a smile. The amenities are the best in the area. I have to say the pool was a game changer this past summer!

Best thing about the apartments at The Point at Exton is that all apartments are organized with modern utilities needed for residents. Very good location where you can shop for your grocery etc. Giant, ALDI, WHOLE FOODS MARKET is near by options. You will get KFC, Taco Bell, McDonalds, CVS Pharmacy at walking distance. Even Exton train station and public Bus top is near by. Very good locality to live !

We move in last week and we have a great experience staying here. Point at Exton has great amenities like lobby, theater room, gym, swimming pool?.Come to the flat we opted for single bed apartment which is so spacious.

So far so good I haven't had any issues as far as my apartment. I think some people in the building could be more friendlier I have come across saying " good morning etc" and some will look at you as if you come from a different planet. But it's clean I've never experienced anything different . Leasing is helpful .

Facility is well kept and has fantastic amenities. The pool is such an added benefit in the summer and the barbecues available work well and are cleaned regularly. Staff is friendly and hard working.

I really enjoy living here. Such a beautiful place, with a lot more of amenities. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean. It's in a prime location close to all my doctors and family. The office has various activities for the residents.

Very poorly run. Rules are laid out but none of them are enforced. Complaints are ignored. Office is unresponsive many times. No one of authority is ever available on the weekends leave the poor office staff to fend for themselves. Security is almost nonexistent as the garage doors are broke and left open for anyone to come and go. Pool and courtyard are in use beyond the hours of being open and when reported to the office the response is "well, we can't be here 24/7". Hire some security!!!

The maintenance staff was extremely quick in addressing my problem. Left a note on how they resolved issue. In addition, he gave me instructions on how to get ahold of him if the problem reappears so he could come up as it was happening.

It's great place to stay and competitive price within other luxury apartment. All amenities met my requirements. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only things was not good for internet set up in this building. It looks like need to working on wire.
