Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick with responses to emails! The community itself is very quiet and you can't hear a lot of noise from hallways or neighbors. The whole property is very clean and still feels very new.

It has been great. Great service, wonderful amenities and quality apartments. There isn't much noise except maybe you hear a few footsteps here and there when you live in lower levels. The staff is very responsive, visible and kind. I'm not a pet owner and I know it's very pet friendly.

Very kind people and when any issues with the community or maintenance with the buildings, they are addressed immediately. It is also a very clean environment to live in. Highly recommend anyone to live her. Also very convenient with Whole foods next door!

They have a lot to offer. This is a beautiful complex especially the amenities. I compared this to others in the area and it is the best! The outside of the building is deceiving. The amenities are in the center of the building?pool, grills, fireplaces are all in the courtyard area. Parking garage is awesome.

Staff is excellent and responds in a timely manner.We are right across the street from a Whole Foods Market. Great access to major highways. Covered parking is a real pleasure. Fire and ambulance station is about one mile away in case of emergency.

Worst place I have ever lived.

Review of The Point at Exton Living at The Point at Exton has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. To illustrate how poorly they treat residents, especially those with pets who don’t work remotely, here’s an example of a message they sent regarding fire alarm checks: Good luck working and just sitting there for a week waiting for this 30 second check to happen and god forbid your dog is not gated that entire week? February 5, 2024 Dear Residents, It is time for our annual fire alarm and sprinkler inspection. Due to this being a MANDATORY inspection, this notice is being sent well in advance so arrangements can be made if you work from home or if you wish to be home for the inspection. The inspections will take place Monday, February 26th thru Friday, March 1st, and will begin at approximately 8:30 am each day. Access to all rooms in the apartment is required. NO APPOINTMENTS will be made. Please make sure to secure all pets and unlock the deadbolt on your apartment door. Please note, if we are not able to gain access to your apartment for this MANDATORY inspection, it will be considered a violation of your lease. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this matter. Management In the eight months I’ve lived here, the garage door has been broken for five of them. The grounds are littered with dog waste because many residents don’t clean up after their pets. The pool is unusable, often overcrowded with people who make you feel uncomfortable, and the elevator is frequently out of order. This forces residents to add 15-20 minutes to their routines just to navigate to the only other elevator, which is often reserved. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful. They make promises they don’t keep and fail to follow up professionally. I signed a new lease ending in October but am sacrificing nearly $6,000 to move out early due to the poor quality of life here. The air conditioning in my apartment has been broken for over two weeks, and despite having a window unit, no one has reached out to fix the issue. It seems the staff here prefer to get paid for doing nothing. To make matters worse, there have been incidents involving residents playing with firearms in their apartments, leading to accidents and injuries. This is not a safe environment for families or anyone seeking a peaceful community. I will happily give anyone a more thorough breakdown of how terrible this place is if you are considering moving here - please reach out anytime and SAVE yourself from this painful place. The 1 star it gets is for the actual service people who do the work, nothing else about this place deserves a thing.

Overall positive experience. Previous management team did not handle/take care of building as well as current management team. Lots of amenities and close to EVERYTHING in Exton, PA. Rent rates best in the area for $ per square foot.

The Point at Exton is a great place to live. The location is great and staff is terrific. We moved in after selling our home pre-retirement. We didn't expect to enjoy apartment living as much as do.

We are enjoying our stay at this apartment complex and have used 90% of the amenities. The staff have all been courteous and supportive. All of the residents we have met are friendly and whenever we need service we receive them quickly and respectfully. We hope to stay many more years provided rent increases don't force us out.

Very quiet and safety community with nice and understanding neighbors. Brand new spaces with quality amenities. Clean space with everything around the building (shop, grocery, cvs ext?). Love the space open wide and large windows with a lot of sunshines.

Great place. Pool is open now and it's perfect time for me to move in. Recently moved to the area and its a good school district , close to shopping malls and tons of options for food and grocery. Love it.

The mail room is inefficient, some times mail shows up in the lobby and other times on the counters of the mail room (not inside the locked closet). If it does end up in the mail room, it is often in the wrong spot or buried under tons of other packages. The parking garage doors were broken/inoperable for majority of the time there, which is terrible considering the amount of incidences that the apartment has had with theft and vandalism. Several things were always breaking/not working, creating a need to call maintenance- if we're paying so much in rent- I would expect for all of these things to be better.

It's a nice community the only thing I would recommend is that there would be better soundproof flooring like adding additional padding to the floors since sound and vibrations can be heard in other units

I Love living here, the staff are very helpful, the building is kept very clean and the amenities are wonderful. Shopping and restaurants are very close and I can walk to them all. I have used the board room for family dinners and the garden under my apartment is a lovely place to relax.

Great apartment with beautiful appliances, the floor plans are very thought out. The garage parking is so convenient. Living on the top floor is best, however I can hear my neighbors on each side but it's not too bad.

The Point at Exton is a beautiful community, the staff is always helpful and caring. The location so shopping and community is amazing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Amenities are great but do wish more treadmills and ellipticals were available because 6am is a very popular work out time and often none are available.

Panco management is wonderful. We have community events in the Clubhouse room. I love my view of the pool. Appliances are very nice. Safety is good when office staff are in. Otherwise there are times I find the front door propped open. Nice movie room, gym and clubhouse room.
