Do not trust the leasing office here.
Do not trust the leasing office here. We applied to The Point while in the middle of a genuine housing emergency. We were displaced and desperately trying to find somewhere stable to call home. After being denied, the leasing manager promised to call us back. Then promised again. Then a third time. That call never came. Not once. We had to chase every single update ourselves, and were met with silence at every turn. For a team that is supposedly in the business of helping people find homes, the complete lack of follow-through and basic human decency was staggering. And to add insult to injury we now have to wait 10 days to get our deposit back. 10 days. They had no problem taking our money instantly, but returning it is apparently a process that takes nearly two weeks. If you are in a vulnerable or urgent situation, please look elsewhere. This leasing office will make you promises they have no intention of keeping and leave you hanging when you need communication the most. The lack of empathy shown toward people in a genuine emergency speaks volumes about the culture of this place. Absolutely soulless.

Maintenance crew does good work. Office folk need to realize they are there not inky to sell leases but to help the tenants as on site reps of the company. That is all, the build in Ng is great and close to all

Very informative leasing agents. Very modern and well cared for property. Great little touches like a built in shelving unit and desk space. Love the concierge service for packages and the location is perfect. Love to walk to restaurants and there is plenty to choose from.

I've had a great experience so far living at the point I've been here for about four months, and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Whenever a problem may arise the amenities are top-tier and I'm very fortunate to be able to live where I am the parking situation is fine, especially having a reserved spot that they do offer that you can pay for

Our First Days the Point at King of Prussia
This has to be the finest community in the Town Center. The amenities are first rate, it feels like a resort and the attention to detail and making sure everything is pristine is obvious. We’ve had friends and family visit in our short time here and they were equally impressed.

We have only lived at The Point at KoP for about 5 or 6 months but have been very pleased. All of the staff we have worked with have been incredibly helpful and have always gone the extra mile to assist. Thank you!

This community is professionally managed and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. It is particularly convenient to have parking located on the same floor as your living space. This thoughtful arrangement greatly enhances the ease of daily living. The overall upkeep and amenities contribute to a comfortable and pleasant environment. We appreciate the attention to detail evident throughout the property.

Second Home
Moving to a new country for work starting from scratch the place where you will live has a lot of importance. The Point which I chose to be my second home actually lived up to the expectation and I am happy for my decision. For a single person I got a well equipped one bedroom apartment. The pre-work was smooth and everything remained smooth the last 2.5 years. Great staff at the leasing office particularly Lindsey, always supportive and eager to help when it’s needed. Equally great support staff in maintenance and house keeping. Prompt response. The team here does the extra effort to create lot of community engagement activities. Keep the place safe, clean. I feel like this is my second home.

Sink issues
Thank you to Maurice for helping me with my sink issues he fixed it the first time he came in! The sink pressure was off and the garbage disposal hadn't been working so I was appreciative. He could fix it quickly as I use it every day.

The Point is located in a great area near shops and restaurants. It is just walking distance from everything you need. The building is kept clean and the staff is very helpful. They offer numerous amenities and floor plans to pick from.

Perfect Blend of Comfort, Community, and Convenience
We’re new to The Point and to apartment living, and it’s been exactly as advertised.. modern, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The leasing and maintenance teams are excellent: friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The amenities are top-notch, from the gym and pool to the community spaces that are an added bonus. There’s a great mix of residents, professionals, families, and plenty of dog lovers which gives the place a really welcoming, friendly feel!

If my peco bills are reimbursed I'd recommend to anyone. However I'm very unhappy with the given situation. I've been paying in a range of $150-350 a month on my peco bill because of a missing part in my hvac. This should not fall on me

Absolutely Outstanding!
Jacqueline was absolutely outstanding! From the very first showing, she was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly listened to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We just signed another lease for the maximum amount of months, the only negative comment I could make is the speed bumps in the garage are next level and I would l like to see them modified to be less aggressive otherwise our life here is better than expected.

Bathroom tub faucet
Put in a work order to n Saturday and Maurice showed up on Monday morning. Got the job done quickly with no further issues. Replaced what needed to be replaced to stop the leak. Always friendly and pleasant to talk to. Thank you.
