The service was 10/10 , they fixed my microwave same day I requested the service. The experience overall was great as well , they was able to answer any questions I had and gave clarity on what the issue was and was causing the microwave to go out.

maintenance, cleaning and management - top notch!

I’ve always lived in apartment my adult years and I have to say the point at kop has been top notch, in terms of maintenance, facilities, cleanliness. Everyone on the maintenance, cleaning and leasing office has been great but I do want to give a big shout out especially to Maurice and Leo! Maurice has been amazing in getting on top of things when maintenance requests come in and always courteous and efficient. Leo, i mean, if you see how some residents stuff the trash rooms and the trash cans, he does his thing and cleans it all up and takes the big bins out and all done with a smile, it’s commendable. Kudos to them!

Excellent amenities, great staff who are always easily accessible and willing to help, maintenance is reliable and quick! Frequently use the gym and outdoor cooking areas, everyone who lives here is pleasant too

A Wonderful Place for Life Transition

Moving for work can be stressful, but living at The Point in King of Prussia has made the transition so much easier. The building is super quiet and feels very secure, which was important to me when settling into a new area. The staff is genuinely friendly and always willing to help, and I love how the community puts on neighborhood events—it’s a great way to meet people and feel connected. On top of that, the location couldn’t be more convenient. Everything from groceries to restaurants and even major highways is just minutes away. Honestly, The Point has been the perfect home base while I get settled into my new job and routine. Added bonus they collect my wine shipments for me so I don’t have to wait at home or worry of missing it!

I have lived at The Point at KOP for a few years and have had a very positive experience! The amenities are great, especially the pool and gym. The cleaning and maintenence staff goes above and beyond to ensure our building stays beautiful and requests are handled promptly. The office staff is very open to suggestions that we bring up for the property.

Everything has been good other than the mail room sometimes not giving me a notification and code that my package has been delivered and the maintenance request to fix the smell of my sink didn't get fixed.

It's a great place to live! It's really convenient too restaurants and other amenities in the town center. The building is quiet and the apartments are well kept. My only feedback on living here is that I don't have access to the outside from the apartment like a balcony and the speed bumps in the parking deck are annoying.

Great! The place is baby friendly. It has a nearby Waterbody with ducks. Hopefully there is a play area like a park that my toddler wishes to have . The staff is very cooperative. Lindsay is extremely helpful. Appreciate all the warm Welcome.

Great place to live. Poor EV charging facilities. Friendly place though

Positives Clean, modern quiet place to live friendly. Great facilities & good support staff Negatives Very limited electric vehicle charging facilities Poor water pressure - We've given up trying to get hot water at the sink entirely Bone jarring speed bumps in carpark - a lot of them. We love it here, but sadly may need to move if we can't get any easy option to charge an EV at home, when we upgrade our car next year. I wish they had a smarter solution for the carpark though - the speed bumps are terrible, and no flashing light notification of cars approaching the other way. There must be a solution to keeping car speeds down without bone jarring bumps, and also helping drivers know another car is approaching around the corner - as visibility is limited in the carpark

I have lived at The Point in KOP for four years and I love it. The building is gorgeous and so is my apartment. The staff is especially great. When something in my apartment needs to be fixed, the maintenance guys come quickly - and they are all nice. The staff that runs the building - they're terrific as well.
