This community is great I just moved here and so far it has been very positive experience. The staff are great and the people are very welcoming. There are many events in the community and so many things to do, you will not be bored!

Really clean building, beautiful units, soundproofing is great, nice amenities like pool and gym and outdoor grills and there are apartment events really frequently for sporting events, holidays and dog meet ups

Not happy with the leasing associate behavior. I like the units I saw but no waiver program for look and lease or no discounts for vanguard employees. My move in date is Oct 26th so I would like to submit the application today.

The Point at KOP has a wide variety of amenities. The apartments are spacious and the community is safe. Close to shops, Mall and the grocery store is in a convenient location. The staff is welcoming.

It was a great experience! The move in was not as smooth as I expected. The concierge member was not where to be found and there was no easy way to connect with them. It would have been helpful if a process was in place for this matter.

Great staff, safe community, friendly neighbors, responsive to all maintenance issues. If you are looking for a new apartment home this could be the perfect fit for you. Management does value Resident feedback, they even extended the pool season due to warmer weather.

My experience has been exceptional. I valued that there is enough space and the layouts are placed in a way that I can fit all my furniture and they are spacious. I am also happy that there is a garage and covered parking space.

The community here is very friendly and inviting, the staff is accommodating and supportive of the tenants needs. The building is almost brand new and I haven't seen any problems. My apartment is beautiful, spacious, luxurious, and brand new. My wife and I love it here! Our only negative is wait time for the elevator but we can be a bit impatient.

I have loved every minute of my 3 year (and going) stay here. The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and are always available to help whenever needed. The staff keeps things fun around the building by constantly hosting events which is a great way to have a fun night and meet other residents. I have watched the staff actively work to fix any complaints that the residents had such as cleanliness and increased security. They are always looking to make life here better for its residents

The Point apartments in King of Prussia are a great place to live. The staff is helpful, timely, and considerate. The apartment is kept beautifully clean and it is obviously well taken care of. I placed a work order and within 1 hour it was completed. Thank you, The Point KOP!

Easy transition after moving here from out of state. Staff are very helpful. The apartment itself is updated and clean, no issues with anything so far after 1 month of being here. The amenities are also very nice.

My biggest concern about this apartment is the fact that when I walked into my studio that I pay over 2k a month for, I was surprised to see I have zero cellular service in my room. I mean it's sos mode which means none at all. This building should really invest in cellular extenders for the safety of the tenants.

So far my experience has been good. Move in process was smooth, even though my movers were late. The apartment was clean and in great condition, and everything has been working well (aside for the freezer and Oven light bulbs). Looking forward to my year in this community.

Conveniently located to multiple area attractions and nearby fine dining experiences, this apartment is well placed for the traveling professional who requires easy access to major highways and doesn't want to drive too far for the grocery store or Kitchen NGA of Prussia's famous mall scene.

It's a very nice community and have very good amenities such as gym, swimming pool and movie theatre. I enjoyed the staffs organizing activities in the building such as trivia night, game night and occasionally special day celebration. This building is in a very convenient location and easily walk to town center.
