Great location in Town Center, King of Prussia. The concierge at the door in the evenings and weekends for any problems, questions, and help is a big plus. Remarkably quiet in halls and apartments. Common areas kept very clean.

I have loved living in the town center at The Point. It is close to my new job and the common areas are beautiful. I love the members activities and my apt space. The spaces are kept very clean and I enjoy getting to know others in the building.

My experience has been absolutely great so far! I am only two days in and everyone is so sweet and helpful. I'm looking forward to a great living experience here at the Point! I love how the staff truly goes out of their way to provide help when needed.

I have lived here for 4+ years now, and it's been a pleasure to live in a beautiful community that's well-maintained. The leasing office team is well-responsive and kind. They recently increased the number of socialization events and that has absolutely increased the life here at this point.

So far not what I expected. I have submitted multiple orders none of which were fully fixed and one was met with we are not sure and still working on it. I have never had these issues before on other apts I lived in

The leasing agent who hosted my visit was ready on time, very friendly and informative; in fact, she had been a resident so had great insider knowledge about the amenities and overall living experience. The building, showroom and amenities were top class.

Great so far , very welcoming moved from Philly was looking for a more mature and adult location that was quieter I feel so comfortable and welcoming here I am so glad I choose to move her and the process was easy to move in. No complaints thus far 10/10

The community is fabulous. The connectivity to everything is great. You don't need a car if you choose to live here. Shopping, dining, trail walks, privacy asked community life in as perfect blend. It is on the pricey side but the advantages outweigh other considerations

Great people warm and welcoming they love to please and the process is excellent. Didn't have a bigger place but this is big enough for the family I would recommend this place to all and ask for Asia she is so humble and nice.

Panco management takes care of the property and the residents and does an exceptional job daily. There is a lot of bad comments regarding other properties in KOP that do not come close to how well maintained The Point @ KOP. We have signed a 3rd lease and there has not been once that any request has not been met. They really work hard to maintain the building to keep in pristine condition on a daily basis. They are friendly, helpful and should be commended on what they do daily.

Fantastic place to live - gorgeous building, the residents are friendly (and quiet!), the support teams are top notch professionals.I moved in when the building was built in 2020, and recently moved to a larger floor plan within the building. I'm very happy living at The Point!

I love living at The Point! Everyone is friendly and they have great community events that offer a variety of engagement. The complex is kept pristine at all times. Whenever I have an issue it is resolved promptly.

It is going okay No complaints at all But sometime fire alarm rings and it distracts me a lot And one time, the stranger lady knocked our door strongly from 5am, and it last 1h. It was horrible experience But the community itself is quite chill and good enough for me

What’s great about living here: -Responsive staff -Clean & Bright community -Beautiful outdoor spaces and amenities -I feel safe and secure -Community Activities What could be better: -Floors, cabinets, fixtures are not great quality for the price. My baseboard under my sink is literally a piece of silver plastic that keeps falling down… floors are not hardwood (not even LVP) -Apartment layouts: many units do not have a coat closet. Bedroom closets are in the bathroom accessible to guests. -Extra $: A reserved parking space is over twice the price of an unreserved spot. There are plenty of unused reserved spots that could be used. There are no unreserved spots on the ground level.

The staff is awesome, some of the residents are not! I would love to stay but because others don't take pride in caring for where they live I'm moving at the end of my lease. I have enjoyed living here for the most part.

We enjoyed touring the community. The amenities are impressive. It felt like my home. I felt safe during the tour. The units were clean, the halls were well lit, gym was clean. Overall, the community seemed quiet.

The apartments could have used more of a soundproof barrier between the floors other than that things are great.Love the proximity to everything. Even my employment is of walking distance. It's a dog friendly place so surprisingly I rarely hear barking dogs

I am happy to call K@KOP our home. The building is very clean and well maintained. The only issue is handling of package. I rarely get a Luxer code notification for my packages. I frequently have to search my packages.

Very nice apartments with great people working in the office. I highly recommend living here. There's also a lot of shops nearby, which makes it a perfect place to call home. The appearance and the overall upkeep of the complex is great too!
