Great move in process from lease signing to day of move-in. Clean community. Efficient management group that is available daily. Pet friendly which is a plus. The covered garage parking is an added bonus.

The apartment complex is in a prime location next to the King of Prussia town center. The amenities are top notch, with a beautiful pool area and courtyard. The building is new, well maintained and in great condition. Also, the building and apartments have a "home" feeling to them

Only have been living here 2 weeks now, I'm really enjoying the overall experience from the community, staff, and convenient living. To have a clean, quiet, eventful, & relaxing space to come home to is imperative and The Point is checking off all the boxes. I appreciate Tori for all of her help with the move in process and the night shift concierge dude for always being resourceful & good conversation. I would definitely recommend living at The Point at King Of Prussia for future residents! Sidebar, the amenity space is fire! The architectural and decor are luxurious and comfortable, the home theater is my favorite!

The Point at KOP has a great staff, beautiful apartments and is convenient to everything. I just moved in, but I think I am going to like living here. There is also tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The quality of the amenities has been fantastic. I wish the movie theater was more available when the office is closed. I feel like the front door person could have the key after hours if no one is using it.

Community events are offered which is a really nice perk and something I don't think many property management companies offer. On the flip side the staff is strict about closing the amenities at 10 even when sitting in the courtyard. I was surprised to learn that since there is an amenity fee for maintenance of the amenities. That is minor though. Overall I would say it's a positive and friendly environment.

Love the apartment so much. Very updated and clean. The amenities are so gorgeous and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. Everything looks brand new and super modern. I am very satisfied so far.

I have been here a few years and I feel I just use this place as just a location to stay close to work. It is a really nice location and the staff has been helpful. They attend to a number of requests and respond quickly.

I love living at the Point. It's a safe place to live in a safe Communitiy. The building is maintained and kept in very beautiful conditions. The office staff is very courteous and diligent. The facilities are also great for entertainment. I truly enjoy living here

The location is great and the amenities are amazing but I wouldn't say it is worth the current prices that are being listed online. I love everything about this building besides the price and the neighbors can be loud sometimes and not courteous to others (leaving trash in the hallway and not caring about other neighbors).

We enjoy the walkable community and convenient access to the market and restaurants in the Town Center. We appreciate the building amenities and love the space of our unit. This is a pet friendly community, however not everyone adheres to the requirements that pets are to be leached at all times outside of their unit. Not everyone is a pet lover and this is frequently an issue.

Leasing office, Lindsay Wright and Tori, were very communicative and efficient. They were each responsive with a quick turnaround to emails and phone calls. I chose this building over others in the KOP area due to their level of service.

I recently moved into The Point at King of Prussia. It has been fantastic. The cleanliness and professionalism is unmatched! I foresee myself living in this community for a very long time. The most comfortable living community that I have experienced.

Community is calm and nice. On the cons -Neighbors apparently can hear us even while talking on phone or in a normal tone. Other than this the apartment itself is new and well maintained with good amenities.

I think my best experience has been some of the events hosted by the apartment. During a st. Patrick's trivia night, I met a really good friend who introduced me to even more good friends and I feel like that is one of the greatest experiences I've had.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. They respond quick to emails and service requests and will always follow up to make sure everything is working right!

Luxurious apartment, situated in a friendly neighborhood with various conveniences nearby (gym, supermarket, various restaurants, and the KoP mall). What sold me this apartment was the high quality interior and an in-door parking garage on each floor.

So far we have only been in the community for a week but it is absolutely wonderful. The staff is kind and attentive, the amenities are great, and the apartment is beautiful. The rent is affordable and a good deal for the quality of unit that we are renting.

Fantastic place to call home. The apartments are spacious, modern, and beautiful with large windows and lots of sunlight. The management office team is incredibly accessible and super friendly, the maintenance team is outstandingly responsive, efficient and on point. The common space is maintained impeccably at all times. Highly recommend The Point at KoP

I lived next door at the former community for two years and then moved here almost 2 years ago. I have had a great experience here so far. With me commuting to work throughout the week this is a place I look forward to unwinding and hangout when I get off of work.

Overall good. I'm afraid to see how much it will go up during the rent renewal. If it doesn't go up too much, I'm definately renewing my lease for another year. Location and the leasing staff is the best value in this apt.

Very nice community with lots of stores nearby. The building is kept very clean and is pretty quiet as well. Leasing office was very helpful with my move in. The amenities are very nice and I look forward to using them

After Point took over from Hanover, they improved community. Place became much cleaner and secure. Both office and maintenance staff are very friendly. Gym is rather small and lacks some equipment. Also pool area is not sufficient. Lawn care is somewhat a problem because of dog urinating and heat due to less/short trees in area.

Newer Construction and excellent maintenance maps this property a pleasant rental. Easy access to food, shopping and major roads make living here convenient. Gym is smaller and heavily used but seems to be kept clean.
