The Point at KOP is one of the few communities that provides an excellent combination of factors ideal for someone like myself looking to move in for three months between relocations, or for someone who wants to stay there long term. It's affordable, clean, welcoming, and lively. The location in the Town Center makes it perfect for those wanting to live in a walkable community with everything you need. I would highly recommend the Point at KOP.

I enjoyed living at The point of King of Prussia Apartment. It is very well organized with high quality of operations and maintenance. Love this place as my second home and recommend everyone who is looking for good place to rent for a happy life.

Best apt management I've ever experienced!! The staff is prompt, courteous and professional always!! The building is very well maintained...despite residents who don't care and leave trash around. Our staff is always on it immediately!!

The Point is well managed, and a beautiful property! Facilities are well maintained, all staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the apartments themselves are well designed. If you're looking to stay in Town Center, this is the property to choose!

I moved here in 2022 and I have had zero issues since. The front office is accommodating, the maintenance team is responsive and fast, the walls are really thick, the amenities are clean. There are plenty of dogs in the community and there's lots of grass and sidewalks for walks. I moved from out of state and reading reviews of apartments was anxiety inducing since I didn't realize all the potential problems I could have. I haven't had any here.

Since applying for rental till move in, everything went very smooth. Apartment was very clean abd the maintenance guys gave me a tutorial on how the basics of the apartment operate. All staff and maintenance very professional and executed all paperwork expeditiously.

The point is a great place to live! The building has excellent amenities! The building is in a super location! The king of Prussia town center has everything that you must need. Restaurants, bars, shopping, etc!

Everyone including the staff is extremely conscientious, & courteous of & for one another. It's a great community to be a part of, not only because the area is so diverse & convenient, but because the general sense of community is safe, & friendly. Thanx again!

So far no problems. Place is peaceful and generally clean. Parking structure is a bit of hassle they way it's setup. U believe the building designer failed to add a third elevator at the other end of the building. Sometimes inconvenient to walk all the the way across the building to get to the elevator.

I love The Point at King of Prussia. It offers a variety of amenities such as fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, etc. Especially I love the apartments feature modern appliances, large windows, and spacious layout. So I have very positive experience since moving in here, great location, helpful staff, and well-maintained facilities.

Amazing and beautiful complex!! Everything is super new and clean. Staff was very helpful with application and move in process. Lots of great amenities. So much shopping and restaurants nearby right in the town center

The Point at King of Prussia has been very enjoyable so far. Front office staff are very kind and attentive to requests and needs, as well as maintenance. It is a beautiful well-kept community that I have enjoyed living in for 10 months now. All of the amenities are well-maintained and I enjoy using them, especially the gym. You cannot beat the location and proximity to the King of Prussia Town Center. All of the aspects of my apartment are really enjoyable including luxe finishes, in-unit laundry, and a smart layout with a lot of storage.

Apartment home is nice. Office staff are friendly but can be last minute with updates. Garage door is often broken. Water and drains continue to smell like sulfur. Sometimes hallways smell like weed..

This place is great. First off, the apartments here are fantastic. They are all new with lots of space, a great kitchen, and an open feeling. My apartment looks over the pool area and has lots of natural light. They also have a great relax/bbq area outside that is great for unwinding. The amenities here are first class. They have a movie theatre that they host sporting events at and you can use it for personal use. There is a HUGE conference room and a number of smaller meeting places if you want to relax outside of your apartment home. Plus it's right next to the town center. They have a TON of really great restaurants within walking distance and a huge mall that literally has everything you would ever need. Best of all the staff here is amazing. Besides being very friendly they are more than willing to go out of their way to make your experience here a good one. Anyone looking to stay in KOP definitely needs to consider The point at KOP as an option!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Communication is quick. Maintenance issues were solved in a timely manner. The building is secure. Dog friendly. Available parking. Close to everything and yet still quiet. I move often being a travel murse, and this place has been way above par.

Before my move in date I requested the layout of my apartment to ensure I would buy the correct furniture. However, I was given the incorrect layout of my apartment, which was a major inconvenience. Hoping they don't do this to future residents.

Very nice, very clean. Great staff. Great amenities. Glad I moved here. It's very quiet at all times, especially at night. Everyone is incredibly friendly, it feels safe and it's within walking distance to nice shops.

The Point at KoP is a great place, it's like living in a 5 star hotel. The residents are quiet and friendly and the staff is always welcoming. Plus everything you could ever need is within a 2 mile radius, if not within walking distance.

So the experience here is amaizing. Very clean and well put together. That staff is on site all the time and are always there to help when needed. There are a lot of garage spaces. I usually get home around 11pm from work and I'm always able to find one.

Nice amenities, maintenance staff not the best (left apartment messy each time), too many rich ------ bags in the area. Nicely close to wegmans and town center, but unless you use them and the amenities all the time it's not worth the money. Was a good value when I moved in, now not so much.
