I really enjoy living at The Point. The apartment is very nice - roomy and bright. The maintenance staff has been great - pleasant and efficient. My apartment faces Route 422 which unfortunately is very noisy at all times of the day and night! I'm not sure if it's the windows themselves or the installation but some nights a car, motorcycle or truck will actually wake us up from a dead sleep. The staff has changed since we moved in. All of the original office staff was very pleasant. We knew them all by name and they knew our names. Some of the newer staff are not as personable as you would expect. The positives (pool, outdoor casual areas, community rooms, cleanliness, apartment layout) far outweigh the negatives here. I will definitely renew my lease - but I would love to get an apartment that doesn't face 422.

This apartment building has been a great place for me to live because of it's fantastic location with the town center nearby and my office in Plymouth Meeting being only 15 minutes away. The apartment staff try to keep things lively with events that I have not been able to attend but I'm sure that there are residents who appreciate it. It does get a little noisy if you live in a unit facing the pool/courtyard but it doesn't bother me too much personally. Personally, my favorite part of this apartment is the super attentive maintenance staff who have always done a great job whenever my unit had any issues.

I have lived at The Point at KOP since 2020. I love the location / proximity to the Town Center. Aesthetically, the building is beautiful and the amenity spaces are thoughtfully well-designed. I love my apartment. Is it extremely comfortable. I especially love the built-in desk. The windows do not filter out noise (my unit overlooks the courtyard) but otherwise things are usually pretty quiet in and around my unit. The parking garage is poorly designed (blind spots on the turns up to every level and only one way in and out) but that is not Panco's fault. They are starting to implement steps to improve things there. The Panco team (leasing and maintenance) are all very friendly, approachable and professional. The planned community events have been a lot of fun. The Point at KOP is one of the best communities in the Town Center; I plan on renewing my lease.

I love it here. First rate, top notch living space. Extremely friendly and professional staff/team. Very clean, safe, excellent amenities. The gym is more than I expected with excellent equipment and machines, the real deal! I really enjoy the pool and meeting friends in our common areas. A very well run community!

Not the best honestly. There has been issues with the toilets, the bathroom drains occassionally, horrible noise in the hallways. The community rooms are typically messy whenever I have went into the rooms. The pool is disgusting and often has items floating in the pool.

So far so good. Everything was thoroughly cleaned before my move in and the staff have been very nice. I'm looking forward to using the pool and fitness center. I also enjoy being in the town center, able to walk to some shops and restaurants.

Great staff! Very professional and extremely attentive. Always answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome! The amenities are great, and the apartment itself was in great condition at move in. Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming as well!

Everything was very good. The pictures were clear and no prices so we had to call and make an appointment to come. The layouts were effective and you could see all the reviews perfectly so that was very helpful

I have no problems with the apartment complex. The people are very nice and accommodating. They respond to requests immediately. There should be more parking spaces outside. There should be 24 hour security.

By far the best apartment building in Town Center. The apartments and amenity areas have more luxury features than the other neighboring buildings. Panco management is great and really strive to keep their residents happy.

Decent living area and surrounding community. Parking not ideal for guests/visitors. Rent fees costly for lackluster amenities. Dog "park" nice for owners. Internet service throughout building is spotty.

My experience with this community started off great when it was run by the Hanover Company. Since Panto has taken it over they have reduced office hours so by the time I'm off work I can't stop by the office to discuss questions I have. Additionally, they have decreased the amount of events held in the common areas. It doesn't feel like a community anymore to me. Just a bunch of random people renting apartments in one building.

Horrible management company. They honestly don't do anything but give tours of the building. There is never any action taken on complaints and no follow-up either. They management staff does nothing to support the tenants.

What you will find at the Point at King of Prussia is luxury living, peace and quiet, a very very safe community, restaurants and stores a 1-minute walk away, easy access to all major highways and great living! Also, the walls are built very well, absolutely zero noise bleed from other tenants.

From the moment I stepped foot on the property the Team at "The Point at King Of Prussia" made my decisions quick, easy, accommodating, and a very luxurious experience. After I was settled in they where consistent and helpful. I recommend living here!

This apartment is located in a King of Prussia near a mall, a town center and with great access to the city. We have made good use of the gym and the interior parklike areas which include a pool, and firepit areas.

Overall a good experience but definitely not worth the rent that you are charged. The apartments have nice features. The office staff is generally helpful. The mail room situation is terrible and packages will get delivered all over the place and you'll have to hunt for them.

The interior apartment finishes and community amenities are all high end and modern. The leasing office and maintenance staffs are very knowledgeable and helpful. Short walk to grocery, restaurants and shops!

I love living here. The property is really nice and the common areas are diligently cleaned every day. The staff are friendly and very helpful whenever I need anything. The building is also in a great location. Within walking distance to Wegmans and a short drive everywhere else.
