Wonderful apartments that feel high-end, cozy, and spacious. We are thrilled and have renewed our lease for another term. The amenities are fantastic, and the staff is great. Within walking distance to restaurants and groceries, if you so desire. Highly recommend this place.

I have enjoyed living at this apartment. There are a few downfalls with living at this apartment complex: 1. If your upstair neighbor doesn't understand how to live above someone you will hear EVERYTHING they do. I have been woken up on numerous occasions. 2. the pool is too small for the complex. if you aren't there early enough you won't get a seat. 3. There is no visitor parking. If you have someone come visit you for a weekend there is no where for them to park since the area around people can't park from 2 AM to 6 AM.

This building is a fantastic place to live, overall. The grounds are well manicured, the building services are timely, and the location is convenient. In addition to the grounds, the building's amenities are maintained very well. This is a true luxury apartment complex.

Great community to live in. Beautiful building with great finishes and many high-end amenities. Panco staff is very friendly and professional, and highly responsive to tenant requests- security, parking, and maintenance have all seen major improvements. Highly recommended!

This apartment complex is livable, but the value for the expensive rent is not high. If you are looking for an apartment with lots of amenities, this could be the place for you. It's new construction is like every other new construction apartment building: illusory luxury features but thin walls, disconnected management, and a "one-size-fits-all" floor plan. The best part of the apartment is the location: walking to the grocery store and quick access to the highway are two great features. However, the highway at night is very loud with hotrod cars, the one-bedroom apartments are tiny, and the neighbors are rude and loud.

I just moved in to the apartment. The whole process was pretty seamless and the leasing office staff have been great. I love the location and choices for restaurants in the community. Very happy here.

Definitively convenient to shopping. Very high style and great amenities. Friendly staff. It's quiet and neighbors respect each other's areas. Enjoy the lil get together they have here with live entertainment and food.

Pay a lot for rent but the quality of work does not match up as well. Love the community overall . There is the smell of dog poop and pee in the halls. The walking areas and grass have a lot of dog excrement despite the bags provided. Feel like the community caters to pet owners rather than families.

Very friendly office staff. The building is in great condition and apartment amenities are very nice. I enjoy using the workout room and no problems with parking (other than the fee!). Very convenient to restaurants and Wegmans!

Overall very nice building. Nice pool, courtyard and covered parking garage. The gym is small and you may need to continue a membership elsewhere, but it is nice when there is space. Apartment staff are excellent and always willing to help. People mostly stick to themselves. Pricey for the space.

The new owners of The Point at KOP (Formerly Hanover Towncenter) have made a couple of nice upgrades and fixed a security issue with our parking garage. While we still have a few security issues, their actions thus far do show their willingness to make changes to keep residents as safe as possible. The communication from the staff is very good and the one issue I had during the transition was handled quickly. The community itself is beautiful. I only wish that the pool was larger and deeper.

Change of management recently to PANCO. There's been some growing pains, but they are responsive to criticism and will promptly respond to inquiries when asked. Overall, once they get their footing. Things should begin improving.

I've lived at Hanover properties for over 3 years now and they have always been top notch in regard to aesthetics, service and residents. I'm excited to see how PANCO takes over this complex and makes a few changes that other residents are looking for.

If this place had an official smell it would be WEED. It permeates the air 24/7. Hallways STINK! The stench comes through the vents filling the apartment with the smell of weed BEYOND disgusting. Management takes NO ownership...of anything. They are condescending and NOT helpful. Packages and mail are left outside of the mailboxes and package room, things go missing and are opened..management says not their issue. While the place looks decent it is all smoke (literally) and mirrors and the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors upstairs and next door. This is by far the worst place you could imagine to live unless you love the smell of weed then you have found your home. Ask the management about break-ins (one was two doors from me) and they pretend it never happened....the parking garage door was broken for weeks and unauthorized non-paying people park in the garage all of the time compromising safety and the ability to find a parking spot. BE warned this place is awful!

I've loved my time at Hanover and now the Point. The apartments are spacious, well taken care of. The team goes around and fixes up paint and lights in the hallways frequently. Really great team. Was a great experience as Hanover and so far great experience with Panco. Quiet and safety are two things that I see could be improved. But at the same time, it's more on changing behaviors of residents. You can hear your neighbors from all sides. Sometimes (unfortunately) sounds like an elephant lives above me. Sometimes I wake up to the noise of their TV. But it's just people living their lives. Its sad I can hear everything but doesn't interrupt my well being so it's not a big deal. With regard to safety, again it's more on changing behavior of the residents. Certain cases, I've seen residents let someone in the garage or the front door without that person living here. People will put cardboard under a locked door to keep it open - maybe they're going back and forth but regardless, it's unsafe as it is now unlocked and allows anyone to walk right in. This past weekend , someone left broken glass all over the floor. This can be unsafe for the kids going through hall, residents, their pets etc.. The only reason I gave the grounds 4 instead of 5 stars is again because of the residents. Frequently, I'll go into the trash room and trash is left all over the place. In the past week, I walked in and saw half eaten McDonalds just thrown all over the floor by the door. Again, this isn't a reflection on the staff, its the residents. A shame residents don't care. Not sure if it's even possible to fix. But bottom line, I would recommend The Point to a friend , am happy with the new team and changes they implemented so far. Looking forward to living here for a long time!

I’m relocating from out of state, and a local friend recommended I look in the Town Center area of King of Prussia. Of all the places I saw, this one was the best. Everyone in the office was so nice and accommodating. In some of the other communities, you can’t just walk in. At Hanover Town Center I popped it after lunch and immediately was taken on tour. It was hot and that pool is tempting. High-end finishes and massive closets. Love the island in the one bedroom. Ready to make my move!

Just toured and it’s great. My friend and I are looking for a place together and the apartments are exactly what we’re looking for. No ond has to compromise for a smaller bedroom, bathroom or closet. It was nice to see people grilling by the pool. Makes you feel like it’s a comfortable place to live. We met Asia, Bianca, and Kaylin and all of them were super friendly.

My wife and I recently sold our home of 20 years and began searching for something new. With the current market, we’ve been forced to consider apartment living again, something we haven’t done since college. The Hanover was the first place that didn’t make us feel like we were moving back in a college dorm. The ladies working on the office were warm and welcoming and really showed us the benefit of apartment living. The grounds are spectacular and nicer than some 5 star resorts we’ve stayed at. The actual apartments offer many options from interior layout to cabinet color. It’s right near some great restaurants and seems like the perfect place for us to transition.

We're very excited to enjoy summers by this gorgeous pool. Everyone we met in the building has been very nice, there is a true sense of community here. The office does a nice job hosting different types of events so you can meet your neighbors and enjoy the amenity areas. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. This was the easiest move we've ever had, and we've never been happier!
