This is a good place to live. My family is happy here. It's quiet and the kids have a lot of green areas to play and do sports. The swimming pool it's great for summer time. The gym is good too. There is a tennis court that needs to be renovated and a new playground for kids should be great.

Dog waste is everywhere . Nothing is done to solve this issue. Residents park in handicap spots leaving no spots for actual people using handicapped placards. Garbage compactor is often not working. Office staff's very condescending and not helpful.

I'm very happy with my apartment, Berger has taken excellent care of the grounds and their response to any service request has been immediate & successful. I would highly recommend renting here. Location is accessible to everything

I came in at a weird time. The complex's were just getting to the end of renovations and then switched management companies 2 times. Overall I think a lot of the changes have been positive and alot of improvements have been made in the past year. The community is family friendly, and super quiet despite it being so close to a main road.

Bad management and shoddy repairs

Horrible management and shoddy, cheap rooms along with nothing but swamplands and trash around the outside of the complex. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy to live at and they will charge you for every single thing to recoup the money on their ---- work.

Berger Communities are astoundingly accommodating. The staff truly enjoy their jobs and are focused on bringing the community together. The facility feels safe and ultimately I am very happy with the change of management. I most definitely would recommend this community to anyone wanting to experience Pittsburgh but still remain a nice distance away from the center city.

The current management is the most professional and efficient team this property has had. Work is completed in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and works hard to make improvements and address any concerns that may arise. The community is a also very conveniently located to shipping, parks, schools and downtown.

I have only had Berger as a property management for a few months but so far all has been great. The staff in the office is friendly and maintenance took care of my request within hours. Maintenance guy was very kind as well. I'm happy here and the service is light years better than our last property management.

Good community and apartments. Only thing is rent is on higher side and no parks for kids to play nearby. Play area needs renovations urgently. Other than very good maintenance and staff are very courteous, responsive and efficient

You will love it here. So many new upgrades and maintenance is awesome and always treliable. Highly recommend!! They always have time to help out with anything like paying your rent or help with doing something online. I had a problem and they helped me through everything and took there time with me. I am not familiar with the internet, but with there time and patience I am able to take of all my business on the portal now. They will go beyond to help you with any questions or needs.

We moved to The View Apartments at the end of 2025, so far it seems that we made a good decision, the layout of the apartment is nice and the location is very convenient. The only thing that I don't agree with is paying for water, although the water usage is split between the residents in the building, the water bill is still very high.

Rough start with old owners. Things seem to be getting much better with the new ones. Lack of close parking is an issue, and a place for kids required to play so they are not running between the cars doing damage with their bikes and scooters would be great.

Been a wonderful experience so far. It is a very peaceful apartment complex, the neighbors are friendly. It is close to road to connect to anywhere in town. Tried moving but not been able to find anywhere that beats it.

Great community but horrible at actually fixing issues regarding maintenance I have been trying to fix my shower since I moved in 3 months ago and I'm still having to argue with them over a 25$ fix when I pay 1500 a month

Staff is incredible at this location. Very easy to get ahold of and answer any questions. The new Management are working hard to renovate the apartments and the amenities are really nice. Its a perfect location, close to the city, and McKnight has anything you literally need right there.

I've never had an issue while living here, if i have any maintenance requests they're always handled quickly and professionally. I love the amenities as well, the pool in the summer is nice and the gym is nice year round.

Less then spectacular for the price. Other places at similar or less. Quiet, but definitely not worth the heafty price tag. The tennis basketball and volleyball court are run down. But is close to everything you need , and up off the main road.

Unit is clean, management is up front during rental process. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Rent payments are easy. Community is safe. Parking is sometimes a challenge depending on the location of the unit
