Overall, I like the apartment. It is in a good location. Since the new management company took over they seem to be updating the property and offering more community activities. One feedback I would give is have more trash dispensers.

It's okay. Parking is scarce. If there is an issues there is not much flexibility even if you have to get out due to lack of heat and hot water . I still probably don't have heat. It is not worth the money in my opinion. Also the one dumpster which is very far and inconvenient.

I live here and can honestly say this is a very comfortable, quiet, and safe place to live. There are stores nearby, a gym on the property, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I feel very comfortable and secure living here and am truly happy with my choice!

the neighborhood is very nice and a family friendly atmosphere. parking is less than ideal but still enough for everyone. the staff are friendly and helpful. the community is in a good location easy to access stores and close to Pittsburgh!

My experience in this community has been mixed. The neighbors are friendly, but management has changed several times and there's been no consistency with rules, communication, or rates. It also feels like the company uses food trucks, candy, and ice cream events as a distraction, similar to the last company, instead of addressing real issues. Parking is a major problem ? there are rarely any spots when I get home, leaving me to park on the next street and walk in the rain, snow, or cold. There's a lot of potential here, but the follow-through has to match the promises.

The apartments are efficient. I like the washer and dryer are in the apartments. The office staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Its good they offer parking garages if you want one. I Like the extra security on the inside of the apartment.

It's fine. And average apt. Good lay out and in unit washer dryer. With all your basic amenities. Having the layout of many buildings versus one allows for less walls shared with neighbors and easy access to public transportation

As a recent renter, I feel 100% safe & at peace at the View. The maintenance crew is extremely fast and efficient. Maintenance orders are answered in a timely manner. Looking forward to seeing the changes in the pool area!

Great community, quiet and well maintained. Maintenance is prompt, professional and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Office staff also extremely helpful. Have recommended this community to family and friends.

Great community , big apartments, definitely has been improved in the last couple of years. The whole area is very safe and close to stores, mall, highway. The maintenance answers to the requests fast.

Great experience with the view! Easy to find when apartment searching and the process to set up a lease was very easy for myself and my roommate. The space we have is great for the price of our rent!

Good parking, lighting could be updated with more around as dark to walk at night but still safe. They cut down a lot of trees and that's sad. Pool is closed majority of season. $ for amenities high.

Very nice apartment but gym doesn't open until 6am which is very late. The pool could stay open later into September and the tennis courts are not functional at all. They should fix the tennis courts and basketball hoops

The new office staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. Landscaping is well maintained. Having a service elevator in the building would be beneficial for moving.

I've really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The overall environment is pleasant, and I appreciate the free access to the gym and swimming pool ? both are great amenities for staying active and relaxed. However, the maintenance could definitely be improved. Some of the older core infrastructure, like plumbing, flooring, and woodwork, shows signs of age and needs replacement or upgrades. For families, it would be wonderful to have a dedicated and well-equipped kids' play area. Currently, the basketball court is being used as a play area, which isn't ideal or fully safe for younger children. Overall, it's a good place to live with nice amenities, but a few infrastructure updates and better maintenance would make it an excellent community.

Management keeps changing and there is a lot of miscommunication. Paper work have been missed during this transition. And they demand for something that wasn't agreed by other management. It's so frustrating during this transition with all the missed communication

Everything looks good. Need better place for kids to play. Dont have any play area like slide or swing for kids to play. Need to check on car parking. On few days dont have spots to park the car and need to park far away from apartment.

Decent apartments but very expensive for a rental unit and the amenities like the tennis court are not upkept. I have been here for a year and the price of the apartment did not increase upon renewal.

I have not had any issues with the management or community. The only issues were with the neighbors and the overall way they treat the property. I believe lots of residents treat the property poorly and always leave trash everywhere. I also think people do not realize that other people live there and they do not keep in mind of other residents.

New management has taken over and has been very responsive and helpful. The rent is reasonable and there are many options for apartments to choose from. The gym and pool are kept clean. Parking can be difficult.

Little expensive but worthy, units has washer and dryer, each unit has nice view with patios..clean comman areas..prompt staff and good maintance staff. Nice zym and pool. Good neigbourhood and play area for kids.The new management doing great so far. Hope this will contiune...
