Beautiful Apartments Inside and Out!

Living at Miller Creek Apartments has been a really great experience. From the moment I moved in, everything just felt easy and welcoming. The community is peaceful and well-kept, which makes it really nice to come home to every day. The apartments are spacious, clean, and laid out really well. You can tell they take good care of the property and stay on top of everything. The management team has been awesome and is always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful whenever I need anything. Maintenance requests are handled fast, which makes a big difference. The location is another big plus. It’s close to shopping, food, and main roads, but still quiet enough that it doesn’t feel busy or noisy. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living at Miller Creek Apartments. It feels safe, comfortable, and well taken care of, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

    I have had to get my dryer fixed multiple times, dog poop covers the complex, there's a smoke smell in most of the buildings. The gates closing off the complex rarely work. They are either open 24/7 or the code does not work.

      I love my home, especially since we are under new management. However, I would like to see less pet waste on the grounds. The grounds are always kept nicely. The breeze ways could use some improvement .

        I've had a great experience living at this apartment community. The office team and management are always professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They genuinely care about the residents and do their best to address concerns quickly. Maintenance has also been excellent. Work orders are handled promptly, and the team is knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough when completing repairs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment.

          I enjoy the quiet community. Landscaping in front of the complex is nice but is minimal around buildings in the complex. Landscaping at my building looks horrible. Shrubs overturned, leaves everywhere. Not maintained. There are large dark and dirty stains by all apartment doors due to the garbage cans. This makes the apartment building look dirty. The stains on the concrete makes me not want to invite friends over because the building looks very run down. The outside stairs need to be painted. The apartment building needs to be power washed. Dust and dirt build up. I had to wash the outside of my windows because they were so dirty I could barely see out of them. A pipe recently broke. There is caked mud in the parking lot. Again, no proper clean up and it makes the complex look run down. I like living here due to the location, but I do not plan to renew my lease due to the poor upkeep and appearance of the buildings and grounds.

            I like living here for the most part. I live on the 1st floor so the downside to that is that you may have a noisy neighbor. I have had a few problems with this while living here but it's tolerable now. I smell marijuana smoke sometimes in and outside my apartment even though it's supposed to be a non- smoking apartment complex. Valet Trash is inconsistent with pick up trash most of the time despite countless reports I made to them regarding this.

              I have truly enjoyed living here over the past few months. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive, which has made settling in so easy. The maintenance team deserves special recognition as well, they are prompt, respectful, and always helpful. One of the things I appreciate most is how safe I feel living here. As a woman who sometimes comes home late, that peace of mind means everything, and it does not go unnoticed. This community has been a wonderful place to call home, and I am very grateful for the care and effort the entire team puts into creating such a positive living environment.

                        For the most part, the overall experience is satisfactory. The maintenance team responds timely. I also like the community news info that the management team continually provides to residents. The only downfall is the trash pickup service. I don't like how unsightly it looks when you come home to see trash stacked outside apartments and sometimes the leftover trash debris is left in the walkways for days. The walkway in my building is severely stained from the years of trash removal service and pressure washing did not remove any of the stains. The walkway diminishes the overall aesthetic quality of the apartment although the landscaping is well kept. The trash issue makes the apartment seem low grade even though the apartment units look nice from an external viewpoint.

                            Unfortunately, my experience so far has not been very positive. It is often difficult to reach the front desk, as calls frequently go unanswered, and on several occasions the office has been locked when I've tried to visit in person. When I have been able to enter, the staff did not greet or offer assistance, which left me feeling unwelcome until I initiated the conversation. Additionally, shortly after moving in, we experienced a bug issue. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, only one was addressed. Since moving in this past April, the overall experience over the past few months has been disappointing.

                              Overall my experience hasn't been the best. My unit has have several issues from the laundry units, to plagues, and even outlets that are not working, I've been trying to put a ticket to solve those issues but at some point you get tired of submitting so many tickets and problems keep arising in the apartment.

                                Good afternoon, I'd like to express some concerns regarding the amenities. The pool is only accessible during office hours, which makes it difficult for residents with full-time jobs to enjoy it. Additionally, the gas grills are still not functioning, and grilling on the patio isn't an option. One of the main reasons I chose to move into these apartments was for the advertised amenities. Could you please look into getting the grills repaired as soon as possible? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

                                    The community itself is beautiful. However, we have had a couple of issues with trash pickups being off schedule. Also, some noise problems with neighbors. On the other hand, we haven't had any other issues while living within the community.

                                      So far it's okay. Beside you can hear your neighbors every move it's okay. I wish that we can work on a better gate system because I've had people tell me one gate not working. People should clean up behind themselves. Our staircase should get water pressure every one in a while because of the trash people leave things behind.

                                          I love these apartments as far as maintenance goes and how quiet the community is. I plan to live here for a while honestly if can get my rent to stop increasing every renewal as I already pay a lot. What I will say that I am not a fan of are the employee's attitudes in the front office. Very stand off-ish and rude whenever I have encountered them. The old staff was not like that. They were very attentive and respectful and you could tell they loved their job the way they answered questions and was happy to help. IRTLIVING should try to find more people like that. If you are looking for an awesome community and have the $$$ this is a great place to reside. I also LOVE THE GYM AND YOGA ROOM.

                                                Maintenance is better than most. Quick and efficient. Clean complex. Safe. Noisy neighbors sometimes but that's expected with apartments. I would like for the personal gate codes to fixed instead of having a general code for the main gate. That was a big part of me deciding to choose these apartments
