The response time for maintenance is great. I can't complain about that. The quality of the apartments is very poor. The outside is very dirty looking and there's always dog poop or trash all around. Inside the apartments there is no wood. It's this peel and stick type of floor that lifts when it gets wet. I think the rent should be lowered considering all the poor quality of the apartments and the cleanliness.

    So far it has been good. My flooring keeps coming up and I've had to get it replaced and it's coming up again. Besides that I've had no problems. The stair case could be cleaned a little more & my unit was also having trouble with the lights being on at night. It's pretty dark through the stairs.

      I moved to Miller Creek in the spring of 2018 and there has definitely been ebbs and flows with the quality of living here. Leading up to Covid, the outside of the property was really well kept and the quality of residents were different. Post covid there has been constant situations were residents are loud or there are belongings are outside because residents have been evicted. The grounds aren't as well kept and there is constantly dog poop everywhere. Also the gates are always broken and the public street lighting throughout the property are dark. On the other hand, the inside of your apartment is really nice. The marble countertops are nice and the closet space is large. If you have nice neighbors below or above you, the living space is really nice.

Regarding any lights, maintenance does complete a weekly light audit, some street lights belong to MGLW and when identified, we do contact them to get a technician out. Any other lights within the community we do address them. The gates have since been repaired and we appreciate your patience while we worked with outside vendors to get the work completed.         Been pretty poor. Apartment was a disaster when I moved in. I haven't received answers on questions and still don't have a key fob for the gate after 4 months. Was charged for a late fee on rental payment and have a history of paying when I get the payment email, they missed email and I was late 1 day, no reimbursement. I am new to the area but they are very unforgiving. Property is portly maintained, needs power washing regularly and they don't, landscaping is poor and 1 of 2 main gates has been broken for months so anyone can enter

          Just okay. The main door that leads to the 3rd floor is not working properly. I put I. A request to repair the because it's closes with a loud bang/slam all day long. But whatever the did to repair the door didn't work

            Renewal your lease ..

            Do not try to renew your lease . They will not let you renew. I was told two months in advance my apartment had been leased out. Well ,I tried to get an apartment from another property two months in advance and I was told that was too far in advance and they couldn’t hold the apartment that long. Not at Miller Creek they will hold apartments for their friends and family members.

              We have enjoyed our stay here. The office staff (despite the turnovers) have always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance concerns are addressed with reasonable compliance most of the time. We would like some of the upgrades.

                My experience here has gone pretty well. However, there are things that concern me. Number one, the entrance gate is always open all the time. It has not been fixed and almost 6 months. Nor has there been any communication about when it will be fixed. Over time, the neighbors have changed and their has been an increase in lack of parking spaces. Many cars are inaudible or look ghastly. I would like to see the breezeways cleaned more than once or twice a year. They look heinous. Other than that, my experience here has been quite pleasant.

                  My experience started out wonderful. All my need were met all my questions where answered in the BEGINNING. Soon as I signed the lease everything one thing after another. Never can get no one 1? on the phone to handle business. It's all ways some each month being added to the rent and all they say is third party. Not good business

                    I have lived in several apartments in several states, and the process was standard. I absolutely love the location of my apartment eventhough I completed the entire process from another city. There have been a few issues recently. There was a problem with trash pick up which was addressed after a week (Thank God). The other issue has not been resolved as of yet, and it is going on a month. My alarm system has not worked properly recently, and hopefully the new appointment on July 18th will solve that problem. Since these services are an extra charge, I feel that when an extended amount of time for servicing should be credited for the next month's payment. The reply was, "that's why you have renter's insurance". That still doesn't seem right.

                      For one it's is a great community theres always peace and quietness here. I love the way the app. Set up is everything is right there just a click away.                         It started off quiet and safe. I have witnessed several disturbances that required the sheriff department and a shootout and car race on the street near my unit. I feel like I pay too much to feel like I'm living in the ------!

                          So far not very good. Boise from neighboring apartments has been a problem since I have moved here. And my car has been broken into and I haven't been here six months, not to mention my neighbor's car has also been burglarized. The exit gate has been malfunctioning for over a month and stays open, and is probably how anybody can get in and out of the property to do anything they please.

                            The apartments are nice. There are some improvements needed. Such as updated painting, stairs pressure washed, a stair master. So far it has been good. You should be able to opt of valet trash if you want to.

                              needs more security---i had 2 vehicles with windows being shattered and broken into 2 wks ago-----mgmt knows their is an issue but does nothing to change the situation---same with gym and pool---cant enjoy it-----kids and thugs hanging out---non resident people----again, mgmt knows this--but simply calls the police out.. rolling security would prevent or at least decrease all this.

                                  Customer service and maintenance is top tier. Neighbors aren't as courteous as you'd like but for the most part I'll give the experience a 7 out of 10. Complaints aren't resolved as expected but I do understand the legal process.

                                    On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this complex a 5. The grounds are not properly kept, I can walk pass the same trash in my hallway or the parking lot for 10 days straight. Dog poop is everywhere because people don't clean up after their dogs. You must always go in the office is there is problem that you need addressed quickly. Everyone in the office is not as knowledgeable or helpful as I would like them to be.

                                      Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Everyone has been really friendly. Only thing is sometimes the complex smells of marijuana. Walk into the apartment and you can smell it from the vents. Also trash laying in front of my apartment.

                                                This is by far the apartment community I have ever lived in. The staff is exceptionally professional and detailed oriented on every aspect that is included in the safety and upkeep of living. Maintenance is top rated with the urgency and dedication as their top priority. The community has amenities that compliment families, local vendors , schools and our furry friends. I would not choose any other place to live. They're the best. Top Rated and Highly Recommended.
