The staff at Miller Creek are very helpful and really make you feel like you belong. If things break they are quick to get them fixed, however it seems like stuff breaks all the time, like the gates to enter to complex. Don't move in unless you like a family vibe in a complex. There is a wide variety of people who live here: elderly, children, college kids, etc. Miller creek offers a pool and a car wash station which is AWESOME. When we moved in in 2017 we felt very safe and comfortable. That has took a little decline since then, however we are still please but are now more cautious and skeptical of our surroundings like everywhere else in Memphis.

When I first came to Memphis Miller creek was my Dream complex, I couldn't move there but took a detour but finally got here, however, My overall verdict is still out there are some really good things and there are some opportunities, the community is also rapidly changing I am not sure if that will become a good thing or a bad thing.

There is a general atmosphere of respect to all neighbors, the price is competitive, but most importantly, we get great service from all our leasing agents in the front office. They are courteous, very open to questions or concerns at any time, and get answers and resolutions to issues in due time.

I really love living here, it's quiet and the staff is usually fantastic. It's super safe, and I have a garage right by my unit so parking is always easy. That said, they don't deal with issues very well. They don't communicate during the issues, but do a decent job if you stay on them, though it can take time (all three of my big issues took over a month to get resolved). The staff is super friendly, and there are usually things going on in the area, which is really nice.

The maintance department has been to fix my air conditioning 3 times and still broken. And after working 14 hour shift I come home to a hot house. The maintenance supervisor lives on the property yet told me I would have to sleep in an 80 degree home because I didn't call in soon enough. Which was around 10pm. I feel like for how much I pay and no more problems than I give the staff they would be apologetic or even accommodating but I experienced neither.

Simply put, It's been very good. Our apartment is very nice, comfortable, and fairly quiet. Office staff is exceptionally professional, polite, and responsive. The same can be said for the maintenance team.

Be aware! This apartment community is noisy and unsafe. although they have a pet restriction policy it is not enforced. there are numerous Rottweilers,, Pitt Bulls, and German Shepards in residence. This makes this complex unsafe for small children and scary for adults. Management never walks the premises to check out safety issues. there is even a drainage ditch missing a cap and the hole is large enough to fall into and sprain an ankle.. Now for the noisy part. Neighbors come and go at all hours. If you live above someone elses's garage that is an issue. If you complain about a noisy neighbor it seems nothing can be done. You might violate the equal- housing-law. In additon fed-ex planes fly over at 12 and again at 3 in the morning. I mean right over. Good luck sleeping.

Shelby and Chessie are wonderful! They truly go out of their way to accommodate your needs and are dolls! I am looking to transfer from out of state to TN and worked with them via email and phone prior to flying down to check out communities. Chessie was very informative about the area and pleasant; didn't have an unkind word to say about other communities but shared her insight with me in a professional and friendly manner at all times. Shelby was beyond patient with me after several emails of date changes, availabilities, community questions etc. and when we finally met for walkthroughs they were AWESOME! Outstanding customer service, thanks!

This is the first place I have lived in Memphis. When I first moved in it was great. The staff was were helpful. Within two weeks I spotted a spider crawling on my leg. Since that day I have consistently seen spiders. They tried to have someone come by and spray but the company they use is not so helpful. I have been here for three months and I have called numerous times to be put on the list to spray for my spider situation and I was not put on the consistently every two weeks list. The apartment complex did not handle this situation with urgency and they also would tell me that earliest they could have someone spray is two weeks. My safety was jeopardized. I am done with the unprofessionalism and done with this apartment complex. Do not be fooled by the newness of the apartment. Also, the rent does not justify the location. The complex states Miller Creek at Germantown however it has a memphis address. I broke my lease within 4 months of staying here. I would not reccomend staying here unless you are willing to live with spiders.

My wife and I moved to Miller Creek at Germantown in May 2013. We have LOVED living here. The pool is a great hangout spot in the summertime, and the Community Events have been a great way to meet people. The guys are usually in the Media Lounge for a big football or basketball game, and grilling out always draws a crowd of neighbors who enjoy potlucks. This is honestly the best experience we've had living in an apartment complex. It really feels like a community. The apartment itself is high quality and we enjoy the layout. The staff is great and always replies quickly to any questions or maintenance requests. We highly recommend Miller Creek at Germantown to anyone looking for an awesome apartment in the Memphis/Germantown/Collierville area.

Overall, this is a nice place to live - it's safe, quiet, and clean. We haven't had any trouble and have always received acceptable service when needed. My only complaint is the fit and finish of the unit, which was brand new when we moved in. Fixtures and building materials all seem of good quality and properly installed, however, there was virtually no attention given to detail. The painting was very sloppy - there were paint spatters on the bathroom tile from the baseboard, the ceiling was taped rather than edged, and all wall fixtures and door handles had paint spatter. Even the drywall cutouts for the shower heads were sloppy, with one bathroom having nearly an inch of cutout exposed around one side of the shower head. The tile in the bathrooms was not sealed, which means it will stain badly just from foot traffic, and cannot be cleaned easily. I can also feel debris (small lumps and bumps that will eventually wear through) under the carpet, where the subfloor was apparently not swept before the carpet was installed. The patio door was installed backwards - that's right, the door hinges are on the OUTSIDE - which is ridiculous considering this unit is ground-level and anyone with a screwdriver and hammer could remove the door from outside (all ground units I've looked at have this issue). Apparently the builder didn't even have enough sense to order a door that opened the intended way, and didn't care or was too ignorant to realize that the door was backwards when it was installed. That's just sloppy work. No excuse. All things considered, these things really don't matter as I am merely renting this unit, not purchasing it. Still, when something is billed as "luxury", I expect high quality finishing and attention to detail. The price of rent certainly warrants this expectation.

All in all, a very good place to stay. The maintenance crew have been the best I've ever seen at an apartment complex. Mike's response time and knowledge of how to fix any problem is priceless. However, the construction crews attention to detail was very slim. Small things like hooking up the dryer vent, waiting for the paint to dry before continuing work, etc, were clearly missed, at least in my apartment.

Too many dog poops around the lawn areas and parking lot of the building entrances. Occasionally observe owners letting dogs use the bathroom around entrance areas of buildings. Tenants not having dogs on leashes when coming up the stairways. Occasional music playing from the pool's speakers early in the mornings.
