I've had a very positive experience with Miller Creek! Issues and concerns are taken care of in a timely manner and everyone has been very professional and friendly. I would like for there to be reminders of noise level times for tenants especially since most of us are working from home I would like to have a peaceful sleep after 10 PM.

Very nice apartment units, consistent gate problems, and a degrading landscape. Maintenance staff has fixed every issue I've experienced very quickly and efficiently. Management and employees seem to have a lot of turnover in midst of the pandemic. The gate has a multitude of problems.

Not the best maintenance. One of the worst complexes customer service wise. There has only been 1 person who helps and then they leave and someone worse than the current staff is hired. Good people tend to leave and then they overcharge for utilities when I also pay my MLGW bill.

In the beginning I loved it here but now not so much. It seem like they approve anybody to move here. My neighbors over me fights and everything in the late hours and nothing has been done yet. Not cool for the amount of rent.

My overall experience in this community has been pretty good. Whenever I have had an issue it is always resolved in a timely manner. The staff is always nice and very professional. The upkeeping is also a plus.

We have had a reporting of a gun shots. We have had reportings of garage break ins. I myself have had my garage door handle broken off. We do have police that patrol but it's like if they're not here every single night, something is going to happen. The apartment was not up to par when we moved in as far as paint issues and being very dusty. You can hear the water from the bathroom upstairs come down the wall which is a nuisance.

Well I visited the Miller creek of Germantown a few years ago and feel in love with them and knew that I would be back and experience how it feels to live here and j came around in 2020 and finally made the decision to finally move in .

I hate the new trash system. I enjoy everything else. I don't know know why they changed it but it doesn't work well. The allotted time is when most are at work. Therefore I can't ever put my trash out without possibly getting charged. I also don't like have we must bring the bins into our home. It's unsanitary.

My first impression of this apartment community was overall good. There isn't a lot of crime and the location is great. The gym is very nice with lots of equipment. The rooms in your home are spacious and the closets are big. The maintenance team does a great job handling all issues promptly. I do feel that the communication from the front office could be a lot better. Their follow up is not the best. I won't say it's like that for everyone in the office but definitely from some. I've had to call them quite a few times to follow up on things they said they would call me about but never did. The walkways leading up to your apartment door should be cleaned more often. It collects a lot of debris and pet poop that the owners leave and not clean up after their dogs. The walls are very thin. I can hear just about everything going on in the apartment next to me and that makes it hard to get sleep if your neighbors are loud and stay up all night! I'm sure most apartments have some minor issues but this is just my personal experience. Overall, my experience here isn't bad. There are just a few improvements I would like to see to make this place great.

It's been ok. Cars have been broken into, and it gets pretty loud at times. Other than that good. Don't really like the new valet . trash cans. The vans should be larger and picked up on weekends too.

I like the apartment, but it appears to have been burnt in the past and some of the repairs were not made correctly. Perhaps as a result, I hear EVERYTHING in the apartment above me, EVER thing, it is absolutely miserable. I do not get sleep at night, I cannot focus during the day, it just never stops. Also, dog poop is a problem. People with pets rarely pick up after their pets. The overall apartment is nice and I like the location of the complex and the unit. The maint team is very responsive which is a huge plus.

They have potential to be a really good apartment complex. The major issue, that I am finding with other renters, they use more threats than actual enforcement. They threat to enforce the rules, but always fall short. We have residents that do not follow simple trash rules and make the complex look like a dump, they do not enforce pet stations and allow increments left by owners anywhere. Another major problem is the cleanliness of the apartments once we moved in. It was very bad. More like they hoped the last tenant cleaned enough to pass. Other tenants have told me the same thing. There is also a mold issue in my apartment followed by plenty of work orders to fix up the apartment. We are still adding work orders and we have been here for only a few months.

Everything from the inquiring to the actual move in was nothing less than exceptional. I love it here at Miller Creek. I couldn't have chosen a better place. I would like to see better parking for the residence. Maybe their guest can park in a designated area and also a few more handicap parking in front of building 7

Two drawbacks from this community: Neighbors smoking marijuana and having hallways and apartments smell of it. I'd like to have a smoke free community wjth the office being able to do to enforce it. Also, trash pick ups not adhering to the time given to residence

I do love several things about living here but there are some things that I dislike as well. The main thing, is I don't always feel safe simply because there needs to be more lighting in the parking lot. I have written corporate about it. I have to carry around a flashlight at night to walk my dog because it is so dark. I really would like this to change. Also, the new valet trash system is worse in my opinion. Having to take the can in and out of the apartment each time is a pain. It makes the hallways look worse not better.

Lots of fee hidden in a 60+ page lease. Most of which we don't use/want. (Ex. Trash fee, pest fee, security system fee). Dog poop everywhere(seriously don't go in the grass) front office staff seems helpful until you actually have an issue, then they get sassy and can't fix the problem. The place smells like weed all the time despite there being a specific drug policy in the lease.

It has not been the best. When I moved in the tub was painted and there were a number of other things wrong with my apt. The staff was slow to fix these issues but quick to take money that is not deserving of the space I live in.

Apartment interior amenities and appliances are modern, but bedrooms and living spaces are small. Community amenities are not well kept and are frequently non-functioning (e.g. flooded fitness room; printer in business cafe never has ink; exit gate often gets stuck). Front office representatives sometimes have poor customer service and experience technical difficulties when applying rent payments.

when I first moved here it was a family atmosphere now you have a lot of room9 and it seems that they're allowing anyone to move as long as they have a deposit so with that being said I am not satisfied with the Apartment complex now

I haven't had any major issues since moving in. Our upstairs neighbors are kind of noisy and clumsy because they are always dropping things, but nonetheless everything is great. My mom and I love taking walks around the community when it's not so warm outside . The pool is beautiful, and the water is a nice temperature. The grounds are very well kept as well, and I love the trash butler services .

I have never had a worse experience at an apartment complex. Miller Creek has been a true nightmare, I have been paying rent for 2 months now and not able to sleep in my apartment. I reported to the main office building that someone had been entering my apartment and moving things around. I was scared enough one night the police were called. After meeting with the office, they told me they would check their tapes to see who had access to my keys and then change my locks with me present for peace of mind. Next thing I knew I had my lcoks changed with me not there and after going to the office and being told nothing about the tapes and "I have no reason to feel unsafe" I gave up and moved into a friends and have continued paying rent through November without actually living in the complex because they would not let me out of my lease. The complex is unsafe, a pool shooting, meth lab explosion, police almost every night, and what I believe is a maintenance worker entering without permission. Truly a horrific experience and disturbing how binding the lease was that id have to pay THOUSANDS of dollars to get out of the lease just 3 months early. I havent slept in peace since this feeling of invasion.

I love the community, it has a lot to offer from yoga to private gym. The pool with the grill is very relaxing. The staff is very nice and maintenance always come in a timely manner. My apartment is very spacious.

In the beginning it was great now I feel Like they let anybody live her like they are taking section 8 vouchers. The people who live under us are so inconsiderate and ignorant. The apartment complex use to have a Facebook page to keep us updated on stuff that was happening and ever since that apartment in building 5 got raided they stop communicating with us.
