I have enjoyed living here the past 9 months but my biggest complaint is that the gate is down for guests to be buzzed in at least 8 times a week. it seems like as soon as they reset the gate a few hours later the gate is not working again. I have issues with my baby sitter not being able to get in or when i have a family member or friend come by i have to drive down and let them in with my gate key card. It is not 100% of the time but it is a big upset.

The office staff doesn't know how to deal with the public. They get angry when they should be trying to help the tenants. I have had several encounters with the staff, none of whom can relate to a upset tenant.

Twice I called courtesy officer due to a neighbor's late night noise but no action was taken. But overall experience is very good. Love the location. I'm making good use of BBQ grill area and free coffee.

It was great until Eric and his crew left. I don't think the tenants are being looked at. They appear to let any and everybody in to these apartments. So many tenants have dogs that exceed the weight stayed on lease, there is Great Dane, several pit bulls. I was walking my 0 pound puppy and was approached by a guy with a pit bull that wasn't on a leash. Needless to say I was scared for the safety of my puppy and self. I also have requested handicap spaces for the back at least 3 times and have yet to get t done. I have have double knee surgery and have difficulty walking at times. There's a least 50 or more parking spots and only 1 handicap space. The staff respond like you're getting on your their nerves. I also had to call multiple times to get mold out of my apartment. I have decided I will not be renewing my lease.

Everything has been great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The maintenance department is wonderful. Every single maintenance person is so kind. They respond very quickly. I have had nothing but great things while living here.

An abomination. Police are here daily for anything between murder to vandalism. The management is helpless to stop because they’ve let it get to far. Every neighbor I know is counting the days till lease is up like a prison sentence. Live in fear daily and carry gun with me to walk dog. The pool is to filthy to get in and pool area is like a prison yard. The natives start the festivities around 3 and by 7 the police show up to break up fights or drunken arguments. The maintenance is a joke at best. When it rain hard water comes in the apartment when management was told, they acted like it was just part of it…. The trash area looks like something out of a intercity movie. The people that live here have no respect for anything or anybody and is not afraid to let you know. Drug dealers peddling around on their beach cruisers making delivery’s. Don’t know why we have gates, the problem is on the inside of the gate. If you are thinking of moving here…. DONT!!!!!!!!!!

This apartment complex is UNSAFE. We have had 3 shootings here in 3 months. The staff simply says that "shootings are happening everywhere." First of all, that's not true. Secondly, it's a way of invalidating what I'm saying to them. Absolutely unprofessional. The staff is nasty when you try to explain to them that we have a gun, drug, and theft problem here. They literally started talking to someone else when I tried to explain to them that my car had been broken into over the weekend. They did not care and were rude. Also, if your neighbors smoke and it is coming into your apartment, it is also not the management's problem and they will ignore you. I truly have no idea how this apartment complex has anywhere near 5 stars. Run away. This is not "Germantown." They are able to put that in their name by a technicality. This is MEMPHIS and this is absolutely the hood. Do not move in here.

I do not feel safe in these apartments. There have been 3 shootings in the 3 months that I've lived here. The most recent shooting (February 12, 2021) resulted in one of residents being shot to death in broad daylight (2pm) -- you can find the report online. In other words, this is NOT Germantown, despite what the name says. This is Memphis on Winchester Road, which is a road that is known for violent crime. When I tried to talk to the staff about not feeling safe, they simply told me that it's not their responsibility to make residents feel safe. So, there will be no extra effort for security, no additional cameras, and gates are being left wide open for gang bangers to come in here (just in case they don't already live here). If you want to live in gangster's paradise, this is the place for you. Looks can be deceiving and I can tell you... They fooled me. Pull the police reports. Also, this apartment has left us buried under snow for a week. No plows, no salt, and attitude when you call the office to ask about those things. Honestly, this has been a nightmare and I wish I would have asked more locals about this area. I recommend you go to the REAL GERMANTOWN (CITY OF GERMANTOWN) or Collierville...or literally anywhere else outside of Memphis.

I really don't have an experience in the community. I've lived in other luxury styled apartments and felt like there was really a benefit here I don't see it. The grass parts always have dog poo. There will be dog poo on the stairs for Days maybe even a week before it is removed. None of the amenities are accessible.

When I first moved over here it was amazing I didn't have any problems now I don't have issues BUT I don't like my upstairs neighbors and the community that previously moved next to me above me They have parties and it's very disturbing unfortunately I won't be renewing the least for 2021 I love the leasing agents in the office but I can't stay another year

For the most part the neighbors in my building are respectful and quiet, thats the best thing about my apartment. However I feel like the buildings could be maintained better. They can use a good power wash and replace lighting. I live near the "garden" area and alot of the residents do not pick up after their dogs. Especially a larger breed of dog. It's starting to smell and look horrible out there. I moved from Nashville for work so I needed a quick place to settle in at and this is the only reason why I moved in this facility. I wish I would have toured the place instead of just trusting their online presence. Over all, not bad of place but I would have passed before committing to it if I had seen it in person. Plus lots of issues with my apartment. Like when I hand wash my dishes, the dishwasher fills with water. Have spoken to multiple maintenance people and they basically just reset the breaker and it drains. It temporarily gets fixed, not resolved.

The community is not massive and it feels comfortable and safe enough to move about. The apartments are spacious and rent comparable to others communities. Maintenance does excellent work and are very professional. The office staff are engaging and knowledgeable.

I moved here from the Pacific Northwest having only seen these apartments online and spoken with staff by phone. The process of moving to a different state and area of the country is very difficult but my experience with Miller Creek management and staff made it a little easier. They were very helpful with the whole process even going as far as helping make sure I had a bed upon arrival because the moving truck wouldn't arrive for 3 weeks after my actual move-in. There were a few bumps because nothing and no place is perfect but they are very helpful and willing in a very professional manner to do what they are able.

The move in process was disorganized. Haven't been here very long, but everything else seems to be going well. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any problems in the apartment. The trash process is inconsistent and they pick up earlier than they are supposed to. There is a lot of dog poop around the grounds.

When my husband and I first moved into the apartments we completely loved it. Now, since last summer of 2020 the apartments have changed tremendously. Shots are being fired from guns outside of our home and also people lit erring throughout the complex. I would love for things to go back to normal so we can all trust that we are safe in our own home.

Overall my experience has been good. The management team is helpful and courteous. However, I wish it had better upkeep in the hallways. I have water bugs in my house more than I care to have, the gym equipment lacks repairs, and the hallways are dusty, and dingy. Having said that the most bothersome experience living here is the lighting within the complex, and signage for identifying the buildings (I've lost many packages). They should be placed where people can see them upon entry. Thanks for asking.

Overall is good but I have some major safety concerns. There have been a lot of shootings, people's tires being stolen. I also discovered that we are in un incorporated Germantown so a Shelby county sheriff, who are about 25 minutes away, have to respond to any issues. There needs to be a security or cop patrolling every night.
