The one problem I wish could be changed but I know can't are some of the people that are moving here. I've had close encounter with cops running criminals down close by my apt doing a bust. I've heard gunshots loud as day around 2 in the morning. People throwing trash in my garbage can that's been emptied. And then taking away partial payments which helps a lot of us single people. I have a upstairs person that stomps like Godzilla it's irritating but I knew to expect that moving in on a first floor. I smell weed being smoked loud as day sometimes. I'm just exhausted with Memphis in general.

    The worst apt living experience I've ever had... Extremely noisy upstairs neighbors child and adult running through the house since I've moved in..... constant fighting I've had to call the police several times the office has not resolved the problem. The breezeways are filthy because the valet trash company drags the trash and it should throughout the breezeways the tenants allow their pets to defecate and urinate at the bottom of the stairs.... My building smells like marijuana.... These used to be luxury apts not anymore

    No special experience. You live in one apartment Complex you've lived in them all. The rent goes up. The value goes down. The management changes. The rules are compromised. The parking is limited. Dog poop in the grass. This is not a complaint, just observation. Apartment living

      I have had nothing but issues since I moved into this community. From trash in the hallways, leaks in the apartments, bug/gnat issues and unruly neighbors. I have complained every month and put in a formal complaint every month since my move in day. The pool was open for almost a month and was never cleaned. I had to send a complaint about the water being murky and unusable. After that, a couple days later the pool was closed until the next inspection date which was TBD. However, that same day and a couple days after people were continuing to use the pool. This leads me to believe that people who do not live in the complex are freely accessing the pool since there are no gates or codes aside from the main gate when you enter the complex as a whole. There is a huge gnat problem throughout the buildings. They are truly everywhere. They even get into the fridge and the freezers. Every day I clean it out and end up with more dead at the bottom. A few people I know who live in other buildings have the same issue! There are ants everywhere outside and there are trash stains on every staircase. The complex has done nothing when it comes to noise, unruly neighbors and holding the tenants accountable. What I thought were luxury apartments have given me an experience FAR from that. I want to break my lease but they are forcing me to pay a buy out fee. This is so unfortunate because I've had so many issues. It's truly unfair and I wish I never moved into this complex. I wish I could just be let go from my lease and put in a 60 day notice to not have to deal with any of this anymore!

        Good at first, then the community stared to deteriorate, loud music at all hours in cars and pool area. Worker having no regard for residents starting work sometimes before 7:00 am. Gunshots under my apt hallway, swat teams three Apts down the hall. Took over three months to fix the gates in gated community where we pay for security. Confrontations in the gym over loud music because they're no rules. Can't wait to get out of here. I DONT FEEL SAFE!!!!

          In the beginning it was nice. Now the grounds are not maintained the breezeways are never cleaned the stairs outside are filthy. The air condition filters are the cheap blue ones and I have to ask for them to be changed constantly. Th gate was broken for months so the security you pay for with a gated community fell short for months. Over all my experience with the main team is very good as well as the office team. The amount of rent you all charge just doesn't go with the way the property is cared for.

            These apartment I have not had a problem with when there's an issue it is immediately resolved. It is quiet and well maintained. Security is not realty around during the night but there is always sheriffs riding around making it secure. The staff is fairly quick in resolving issues as well. Parking isn't a problem when it comes to parking near your apartment.

              The experience has been less than satisfactory from the beginning. Prior to signing my lease I was assured that I'd have a garage, and I even had a garage assignment on my account. When I signed my lease, I was told that I did not have a garage. Following this disappointment, I have been in a unit that consistently reeks of marijuana due to my neighbors' consistently smoking. The gate has been unusable for over 3 months. While staff is nice, they have not helped with any of these issues.

                The property is beautiful. However DOG ---- EVERWHERE is out of hand. Starting charging those dog owner fines. I hate walking outside. I have only been here 2 months. Now I hate I chose these apartments. Also the Marijuana smoking is ridiculous out of hand. I don't smoke but I get HIGH just by walking upstairs to my apartment. This complex is a joke...Dog Poop and DOPE smoking Out of control

                    Nice club house, gym, yoga room and grill areas. The apartments are new and really nice, the distributions is really well and the fire system alarm makes you feel safe at home and when your not. The administration and leasing staff are very friendly, kind and nice people that always help you if you need something, specially Victoria, she's really kind, respectful and nice person.

                      So far it's been good, however one of the biggest selling points for me to live in this community was for the gated aspect of it. They seem like they are in no rush to fix the gates and have not made any updates about it. Recently gunshots were heard at our apartment complex and the gate not functioning properly is worrisome.

                        For the rent to be the price ot is, management doesn't do it's part to ensure this property exudes the luxury atmosphere. There are multiple residents who smoke weed on property. Cigarette butter & leaves are continuously on the stairs and in the breezeway. Every other night, cars are being stolen from the property. With the gates broken, i just do not feel safe for me & my family. Just last week a resident was shot at because she witnessed someone attempting to steal a car. If things don't improve, I will be breaking my lease to move to a safer community.

                          Apartment hallways are extremely nasty because of the valet trash, in previous years the previous management had the hallways pressure washed twice a year, that no longer happens, but rent is raised each year. it is said that Miller Creek are luxury apartments but the gates are broken and have been for a at least a month now, it is sad that what could be a beautiful property isn't because of the above mentioned concerns.

                            Not the best experience. Trash management is terrible, pet waste all over, nearby construction dirt / debris?Forced to pay for services that I do not even use because I am not lazy or dirty, loud street noise?

                              I will be moving out of my apartment at the end of my lease. The stairways are very dirty. We don't have anyone to keep the stairways cleaned. I pay too much money to look like I live in the projects.

                                The community was great when I moved then it went downhill like most Memphis communities. We've had crime, a homicide and the tenants that live there just don't care about the property anymore. I'm looking forward to leaving and never looking back.

                                  It's not kept as clean as it should be. And the trash valet service is horrible. Maintenance doesn't answer all requests in a timely manner. I've had issues with my air conditioning and it was never properly fixed

Unfortunately due to neighbors, the property and quality of living in the community has gone down drastically as well as employees and customer service in the front office.                                       Initially, when I signed my lease my experience was somewhat unpleasant. The leasing agent was knowledgeable and did help along the way. My only complaint is how they waive fees but ultimately charge you for the fee. Then that same fee is credited later. It's too complicated if a move in fee OR application fee is waived just DONT charge me for it anywhere in the process. But overall, I've had a decent experience.

                                          Our apartment is nice but the staff makes every excuse in the book on why things are broken or cannot be handled in an effective manner. High staff turnover. No sense of urgency. They do nothing about noise complaints or disruptive neighbors. Trash is always in the community. Dog poop everywhere. Poor conflict, resolution and problem-solving amongst the staff.

                                              Well, I do like this area and the complex. Most of the issues come from the other residents living here. No respect for trash disposal, what the complex looks like between trash and their pets feces not being picked up outside. At one point you would end up having to walk around grassy areas because of all the feces. It was mentioned to the managers here that there's no reason to move from here and that I'd stay for all three years but they still decided to increase rent, trash valet (which is a waste of money)

                                                Overall my experience has been okay but sometimes the front office staff can be very rude and inattentive of questions when asked.
