I have enjoyed my community so far. I moved from a house so this was a different experience for me. The neighbors are friendly and I love the amenities the community comes with. I would highly recommend this community to anyone I know that's looking for a great place to start living.

There are so many things we like about our community, however, there are several things we do not like. 1) Dog Excrement all over the place. 2) Card reader at Gate 2 leaning over. This problem has been ongoing for 2 years or more. 3) Our garbage is not picked up as often as we are paying for. 4) The levee behind building 7 has erroded and is ugly to look at. 5) The construction project next door causes dust, dirt and refuse to blow into the breezeway in Bldg 7, and it is not cleaned often enough

Leasing office is very unprofessional. The company does not stick to what they say. It's always something with this company. From day one I have been having problems from rent to air. They want you to pay this high rent for a low life style of living because I do not see them any different from other apartments I have stayed in since I really expected a difference moving here.

Miller Creek could be an amazing place like it was when we first moved in. The grounds were clean and professionally manicured. We didn't fear for our safety. Now there has been a homicide here. WOW..

The apartment are getting real getto someone broke into my work van I ask why we don't have the bar at the gate so just no anybody come in they said they never had a bar but it at the gate please update the security team and fix the gate please so 10 cars won't follow behind u when u go in the gate

Its a Nice, respectable community that's well kept up. Activities and necessary conveniences are close by. Staff is very helpful, the safety is very well considered, very secure area with great, close amenities.

Quiet community, conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, stores, and green areas. Short drive to reach the highway for trips further into the city. 24/7 fitness room and an outdoor pool for the warmer months.

The area is nice and you're in a good distance of everything but the pricing doesn't really match what you'd be getting in space. Then the upkeep is only good in certain areas. If I'm going for a walk on one side the apartments it's nice and clean, then on the other it's so much dog poop it smells terrible.

I had a great experience at Miller Creek. The staff was always very friendly and quick to help with anything I needed. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and I never had to submit any maintenance requests proving how great of a job they do maintaining their units.

Good community some rules they set are being followed but needs work. Gate access need better security when cars trailing you in. Need gate arm after first car come through to keep this down. And same on exit cause they wait for you to come out then enter.

Living here is scary. There have been multiple shootings & the gate usually does not work so any and everyone still has access to get in and sometimes it can even be hard for residents to get in because gate is so ineffective.

No info provided about the murder in the parking lot (day time in front of my window). It was swept away like it has never happened. My block (12) is extremely dirty. In addition, I don't dare to walk on the grass since it is full with dogs' poop. I'm working from home and can be anywhere in the USA (and most of the time I'm out of the States). In the last 2 + years the condition of the facility drop down but the cost jump up. I wonder if I need to stop being lazy and to look for a new location. Thanks - Eran Cypris

In the late year police has been in our complex 3 times. Last week they were at the apartment twice. The disturbance are always late at night or early morning. Police were on my floor this past Wednesday and woke everyone up with the K9 dogs and beating on the neighbor door to open up. This is getting ridiculous.

Community nice and clean would like if gate would work properly when it rains but otherwise gated community is a plus. Grounds are always clean and neighbors are clean and mind their business. Pet friendly and other amenities are a plus so far so good no negative comments.

It has progressively gone down over time. I used to feel safe there and I have been told multiple times after the man was murdered in February that they were putting up more lights and that has not happened and it has been almost a year.

One of the leasing agents is rude, I have had my package stolen, and the floors are really thin so it sounds like my upstairs neighbors are going to fall through the floor. Other than that it's great. Love the location and area. Love the apartment setup.

My experience was good until I transfer into my 3 bedroom apartment, once my 2 bedroom lease was up.I have tried to get in touch with corporate never got a respond back. I tried to pay my rent once I move into the 3 bedroom. They wouldn't take my rent they wanted me to pay my rent plus the damage ffees from the 2 bedroom which was total to be over 3k all in one month. Would not allow me a payment plan to pay the damage fees and would not allow me to pay my rent which is already 1742. Never been late on rent ever now I was looking at eviction. I was offer no help and I wish when my lease was up I just went ahead and move. My history with these apartments means nothing.

This is not it what I expected. Maintenance is terrible, the gate is always messed up. The fitness center needs new equipment. The community had nice people but I think it needs new management or a new team.

Great community to live in. Easy access to much needed venues (grocery store, restaurant, gym etc). Neighbors are friendly and the community is very easy going. I appreciate it being gated while having a pool too.

Experience is great but repairs, equipment inside the apartment, and appearance can be improved for the amount of rent charged. I have incomplete repairs and wanted something painted. nothing has been done yet.

No major issues. Pretty quiet for the most part. My main concern is the tailgating at the guest's gate. It has not been fixed in almost 2 years. I feel as though this is not really a gated community.

Horrible customer service from staff in general and a constant occurrence of community equipment not working (I.e. entrance gate and trash compactor). These two issues have made our experience none satisfactory.

I've throughly enjoyed my time here at Miller Creek. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. The front office ladies are always helpful. The floor plans of the apartments are very home like, makes you forget you're staying in a apartment! I would recommend miller creek to anyone.

Community is currently undergoing great renovations in 2021. The surrounding area is great as you are near Germantown, Collierville, and Hwy 385 to go anywhere quickly. The nearby apartments are definitely overpriced in comparison.
