Its a wonderful place if

Its a wonderful place but it would be better if the staff picked the phone up but it looks like they dont realy care for you once you sign the lease every night 15 homeless people jump the fence & they will steal your gas dont worry about calling the po pos,they are useless & want the management to fine the tenant responsible for anything, lots of abandoned automobiles, they been sitting there for years,yet no available parking they will tow your vehicle? But not those with expired tags, they do respond immediately in case of fire,& most fires here have been set intentionally, but over all its a really good place? I will give it 5 stars because maintenance is realy great & the swinging pool is open year round, they need to remove those vehicles before i delete this or up grade the ratings, also get it in writing that you a new tenant will get a working telephone number because most tenants moved because they never pick the phone

So far so good. I want the water in the shower to get hot faster, but I am happy it does get hot. I like Agave Falls. I'm in love with the fitness room as well as the coke machine. Agave Falls is just how I like it, a working community who is quite at the same time.

Mostly safe and calm but gates need to work all the time. Parking is not very accessible because it seems like there is more cars than parking spaces. The dog park and pools usually are available to all

Saved 2 very near drowning kids. 1st Apt was in Bldg destroyed by fire. 2005 robbed at gun point in parking lot. Most people wish that we would have had washer dryer connections. Lots of fun at pool!

The apartment is labeled a 1 bedroom but it is the size of a studio just with a door separating the bedroom from the living room. I spend almost $1,200 a month for roaches and mice in my apartment as well as trash being all over the place outside because no one puts their trash in the dumpster, the washer and dryers don't work half the time, I don't have hot water a majority of the time, and even after asking for the kitchen light to be fixed they just replace the bulb and don't fix the flickering.

Fairly quite, attempts to keep complex clean are done. Neighbor that kept throwing his cigarettes butt's around my apartment has left. Too many questions and surveys are front gate is opened alot when should be closed

almost everything is great except for the parking. they over booked the parking spaces and we have to park far away in the offices and in the visitor spaces. that's ridiculous. another thing is that the doors rarely work.

Rent goes up yet they don't fix anything or replace anything when you renew lease no parkin after certain hours some ppl treat it like it's their own private drive way. Tried to renew my lease to get into two BR for some reason they keep losing my paper work never been put on list
