Moving in was fine except some things weren't done yet so it smelled a lot like paint and we couldn't use the bathrooms. There is a small insect problem as well. And the biggest issue is the wiring for Time Warner Cable. We have to have it all redone and that will take a little bit.

They assured us this was a one time occurrence. All the wiring was checked and replaced this year and your home must have been missed. They guaranteed it would be a top priority and resolved quickly.     SO FAR NOT GOOD. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED BEFORE I MOVED IN. THEY ASKED FOR MORE TIME WHILE THEY REMODEL MY APARTMENT. THE FLOORS ARE NICE, BUT THE CARPENTRY IS ATROCIOUS. I HOPE THEY FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE I AM PAYING RENT FOR AN INCOMPLETE APARTMENT.

      The office staff give you the run around about your maintenance requests. I was promised my cabinets would be in my apartment before I moved in and it's been 3 months. I ask frequently about my cabinets and they tell me a date but still don't show up.

        Avesta Agave Falls is a fantastic community with two well kept pools, friendly neighbors, ever helpful office staff, and amazingly responsive maintenance staff. I couldn't be happier. When I moved in everything was spotless and working perfectly.

          So far so good. It can be a little noisy because I'm at the front of the complex by the highway, so I can't really help that. You can hear when people are around you (climbing stairs, playing music, etc.), which can be irritating, but it's nothing excessive. The staff is super helpful and are willing to answer any questions. I haven't been here long, so I can't say that it's perfect, but so far I have no complaints.

              When I move in at here. At first was very nice but no anymore. Sorry but I'm very disappointed. But it is not the owners fault at all. It is the management fault,they don't know how to management. The apartments are great but no the management..

                It haves been pretty rough moving into this apartment first they turned me in this apartment without cabinet doors for the kitchen and restroom. The office also know the dishwasher wasn't working because the water wouldn't drain. They said they would have it replaced I had to get in to an argument with the office. Even when they got it changed it wouldn't drain the water I left it like that to not argue against. Later about a month from moving in the A/C was leaking water and ones again the A/C is leaking water. I feel bad for the people that I have referred. To many problems since moving in.

                        The worst apartments, insecure and the people from mantenency can come in when the apartments are alone and they checking in the drawers. The people in the office are despost and racist.

                          This has been the worst place I have ever moved into the staff is so horrible they are unprofessional and they are extremely rude and they can care less what you go through in these apartments several times did I get my car towed for no reason knowing I live here and even got my pass to park obviously I had to pay to get it out 4 times I tried talking to the manager Kimberly and she could have cared less what happened stuff is always breaking down in this apartment and even if I put a request online so many times nobody ever comes it takes them 3 weeks up to 1 month for them to actually come up here and look at the issue it seems that the online orders and even if I call the office they just ignore me the only way I can get their attention is by writing a horrible review and posting it on their Facebook website and that's the only way I am noticed by the manager not to mention she deletes my reviews on Facebook so nobody else can read what a horrible place this is the the reviews on Google are already horrible I got hit several times on the back of my car by this African American guy that I do not even know or ever had contact with and I let the office know and they did not do anything about it I let them know how there's always a guy what their music super high early in the morning in super late at night and they do nothing about it I can't wait to get out of here I seriously have not been so excited to leave a place so much like this time I only have 3 more months and I can't wait to get out of here I will never recommend anybody to rent a place here seriously they need to hire better staff and a new manager.

                              Water pressure is horrible no matter how many times is been fixed. Only during certain time of the day is the pressure efficient. Grounds not well maintain, community garbage is usually over flowing. Management is trying to improve condition

                                Acceptable thus far. Nothing I haven't already seen from growing up in Atlanta. Staff was excellent. Ana, Ashley and Kim are respectable and patience. Its affordable and livable. I like it, if you mind your business and stay out of other folks business then this place as normal as anywhere else in america.

                                  I humble myself with this community. Since new management has token over, we are not just pendants but family. It's completely unbelievable on how little time it took this new management to make our apartments an easier, more reliable, and family friendly place to live. Love it here. I have recommended these Avesta apartments to several of my friends and acquaintances. The experience so far has been the best and the staff is so pleasant. My children love being here, which is why we will continue living here.

                                    This is really a good place to live , staff is awesome , maintanance team is really quick, my only concern is that this complex is on freeway area. there is no noise at all , and it is considerably safe. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for their next apartment home.

                                            Not enough parking! Really loud neighbors drinking outside their unit, super loud music every weekend even after 12 am sometimes, trash everywhere on the parking areas, trash dumpers always full and makes the comunity look and smell bad.

                                              Very Bad Management. Crime is bad, murders, rapes, car and apartment break in's. No security. It's just a all out mess living at this property. They never ever, valued the customer let alone the long term tenants. Parking, was terrible never could get a parking place near my unit. To many illegal cars in the parking areas.

                                                The trash outside is terrible. Its almost embarrassing to have guests over because we have trash piling into the streets. There are raccoon's because of this. The fact that my car was broken into is a problem as well. The letter was thoughtful.

                                                  Horrible apartments and horrible staff! They will try to squeeze money out of you every chance they can get, hoping you won't notice. Very rude throughout the whole rental process and especially when leaving. We told them that we would not be renewing our lease with them because of a job transfer, but we gave them the proper documentation at 50 days not at 60 days PRIOR to end of lease. 10 DAY DIFFERENCE! They are still making us pay the difference of "breaking the lease without proper notice of renewal". This is all happening even though we moved out 2 weeks before the end of the lease (and paid fully for the month without hesitation). Which means they had plenty of time to flip the apartment. On top of it all, the apartments were not in a nice area, they were trashy and A MURDER occurred in the complex while living there. I do not recommend living with them and I hope that they get reported for their improper business ethics.
