i agree with everybody else who said somethign here. i like avesta agave falls my only complaint is its hard to get in and out of the complex so hard to give people directions. other than that really great price and maintenance

The property is great for the price, but I don't like that the only way in or out of the community is on a highway frontage road.

From the time I began inquiring about apartments In Austin I was impressed with this complex because they responded immediately to my request. They were most courteous, thorough, and professional throughout my entire process of application, arrival, moving in, and follow up. When I saw my original apartment I realized it was too small for my furniture and other possessions. They had a larger apartment available and the staff was most willing to move my things into the new apartment. This new apartment seems ideal. For a few days I was without access to my internet. The staff graciously let me use their internet in the office to access my email. I would recommend Avesta Agave Falls to anyone without reservation. Sr. Ann R. Pennington, SFCC

This is a great, safe, and affordable place to live that's right off of 183 and 290, so you're able to get anywhere you want to go. My biggest complaint is that sometimes it takes a couple of times to ask to get something done until it's finally done. For example, we have a bill adding $25 to our rent and we keep getting notices that it's due, but when we talk to the office about it they say they will take care of it. Not a big deal because we're not going to pay it, but kind of a hassle. Same thing happened with trying to get a new key for our mailbox, it took a couple of times to ask them but they finally did it. However, this isn't always the case. We have had a leaky toilet and bathtub and they came out and fixed it right away and correctly, which was awesome. And they are always friendly up at the office. Another small complaint is that the walls seem paper thin at times when people are playing their music outside, but Avesta does have a curfew at 10pm, so all you do is have to call in a noise complaint if you're tired. All in all, I really like this place.

I have been here for a few years and I am justed awed by Avestas' service. They have the best leasing staff and not to mention maintenance that shows up before you can hang up the phone! I would recommend any of the avesta communities to anybody who reads this but especially the agave falls location! thanks a lot guys I love it here!!!!! :)

I moved in three months ago and was waiting some time before actually giving a review. However, after three months I have no noise complaints, no problems, or no complaints overall. My apartment was more than I was expecting. I have had no maintenance requests, which speaks well of the conditions of the apartment and of the office staff. The office staff assisted me all through the process, from sending pictures, to responding in a timely manner to all my emails. The leasing office also has this spot where you can sit around and actually use the free wifi to do work. Overall the experience has been great and I am definitely considering Agave Falls as my new home.

I just moved in from out of state. My move has been very pleasant. The ladies at the office have been very helpful. They have told me how to get to the local stores. My apartment is not quite what I expected. It is very modern looking. They had said something about renovations. It looks great and even smelled good. I had a move in gift waiting for me. I was grateful for it as I had no energy for unloading my car after a long trip.

Avesta Agave Falls is a great place to live. I am excited about the new management company that took over this property. I love their leasing office staff. Thank you for caring about your residents!!
