Great move in specials! Nice renovated apartments. Staff is very helpful, courteous and nice. Apartment complex is very clean and appealing. It is also close to alot of shopping stores. Pets are allowed which is always a plus. Nice pools, playground and gym.

The office staff was very helpful when I came in looking for an apartment and they answered all of my questions, however, when I moved in, the apartment was a bit dirty and the carpet was not clean yet, but overall, I am very happy to have moved into Avesta Agave Falls and I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Everything went smoothly with signing and the staff were all awesome. The only thing was I couldn't move in the day I was told because the floors weren't done yet and I wasn't told until the day before I was supposed to move in. To be fair I needed to move quickly so they accommodated me nicely. When I finally got into the i loved it. Overall and so far it's been great!!!

The office staff was very helpful and made sure my apartment was ready for me to move in on my move in date. I didn't have any problems with the staff at all. Great people to work with. Recommend to family and friens.

There are a few issues with the apartments, but nothing I would consider being on a level above minor. I've only lived here for a few months, so I can't act as if I've been here for years, but overall I can say I would recommend this location. I'm a big fan of good service. I have yet to come across a bad experience with the front office. Its not a bad place to spend some time at :)

Me parecen buen personal an estado mejorando para bien, me gusta el lugar esta bien ubicado de lugares como tiendas etc, q en poco tiempo estas al centro de austin y lugares padres cercanos se los recomiendo

The front office are a great help. But if you really want to get to know he apartments drive by at night and you will see. First impression is everyhing. Research your apartment before moving in the area

it's really good so far, a lot of families around, nice swimming pools, and a cute little gym. just the finding a parking spot really is an issue sometimes. they're super nice about giving visitor passes so that's a plus.

Been living here for 4 years now and havn't has any problema.Nice quiet community. Staff member great and aways help in the best they can. The parking has been getting full Up more often then years before. Other then that everything else os good.

Nicely renovated apartments that are cozy and well arranged. I am happy with the apartment. The staff is very helpful and did a great job getting me set up for lease. The staff has done their best to ensure I am happy and satisfied.

I haven't had a problem personally with the apt itself or the staff. They have always been helpful and very nice to any questions or concerns I've had. The only problem I've had is lack of parking spots available at night.

I moved in to this apartment complex in May and so far I have not had any complaints other than my work orders being displayed as "completed" when they are still not fixed. I do appreciate though how quickly the work orders were responded to once I placed them. I live on the first floor in a building that is in the front of the complex, so it is quite noisy with it being very close to 183 and 290, although that should be expected if you live in the front of the complex. It was a little off-putting going into the laundry facility and seeing the trash can overflowing with garbage, but when I went back in later on during the day, it was clean. Considering that I moved to this complex after a fire occurred at my previous apartment, the move in process was very smooth and I truly appreciate that aspect.

My stay here has been going good so far. I have kid's and they love it as well..I have not heard fighting.. Seem to be safe to have your kid's outside to play and never see a lot of ppl outside as well clean

The sqft was good and okay price for the apartment. Availability was great for me but the area is okay not bad. Good enough for now. So far it's been great living here and everyone seem very nice and polite.

The apartment is perfect for someone who just comes home and stays in. I have had no issues since moving here. There's trash everywhere, but the trash man comes every week. If you come home after 10 pm there won't be any nearby parking. The community is in a great location, central to North and South Austin and Manor. Since the apartments are old, the square feet is large. My 2-2 has plenty space for me and my two children.

Issues mostly deal with other occupants here at Avesta Agave Falls, not so much property management. The community has the opportunity to be amazing, but some occupants here are dragging down the property value.

Estoy super contenta con el servicio que me dieron en la officina la peimera ves Que vine. Marisol fue muy amable y muy pasiente iso Lo posible por alludarme. Me siento muy contenta con mi departamento todo muy vien en buenas condisiones, estoy en Un lugar muy calmado me siento segura. Gracias por su Alluda y sus servicios!

overall:affordable with some drawbacks. ground: dumpster often full with abandoned furniture. pet waste sometimes not picked up. plenty of lights. safety:more police presence than I expected. heard isolated gunshots or fireworks a couple times a year .. can't really tell the difference. Lots of kids live here though. occasionally suspected drunk driver after dark. probably not safe for biking. parking: hard to find after dark even for residents, despite enforced towing. location: on 183. bus stop 10 min walking away, walmart is 40 min walking. noise: a lot less music than I expected for a -------- community. almost always quiet. maintenance: frequent water shut offs. Sometimes an hour, sometimes for a whole 9-5 day and management would email the day before.. most of the time all laundry:machines work. cannot say the same for the gym. prompt service for small problems. no big problem yet. management: don't really remember them, come and go too fast to my memory. But they are nice to me. the old billing web site was confusing even to staff and management recently.switched to rent track. for some reason they stopped taking checks for rent.

It sucks!!! New manager and staff were doing a good job and have fallen off. Letting residents have up to 5 cars. Letting more then one family live in a unit. If you work at night this isn't the place for you. If you own pets or have children there is nothing here for them. If we had the money to move before our lease was up we would have moved out.

A very Pleasant Community with friendly people and a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. affordable rent and a convenient location. It seem to a pretty safe place to stay

This community has been great so far. The apartments themselves are super spacious and there is more than enough available parking. There is also a gym and the office staff has been very helpful since our move in.
