I moved into this complex since February of 2018. This is my current feed back. I would definitively NOT recommend this place to anyone. Since moving here i have experienced a number of issues. The water is shut off at least once a week. The staff's unprofessional communication is pathetic. They will let you know of issues a couple of hours before hand. The pool is mostly green in color and not working most times. The city has come to close it down before several times. The washing rooms always have issues. Matchines dont work. Inside the apartment, its old. And poorly maintained. Cracks throughout flooring. Things always falling off like covers on cabinets. Reach problems. Anyway, do not move here if there is options. You will regret it deeply. Also they have broken in to one of my vehicles 3 times. Twice in 1 month. They have no surveillance. And corporate seems to care less about any issues. Theres also rat issues. And you can only imagine the way staff handles any concerns. They simply don't. These are just a few things. And ive only been here 5 months almost. Every single tenant i have spoken to says worse things about this place. You choose.

My girlfriend and I recently moved from Florida to Texas. I only had two weeks to find a place to live and get there, so we chose somewhere affordable and close to work. Since we wouldn't be able to see the place before signing a lease, we checked everything twice. We looked at all the pictures, google streetview, even a 3D walkthrough of our floor plan. Everything looked nice. Upon arrival we found out it's all a front. It looks like they maintain the areas facing the street and around the office more. When we got to the office to retrieve our keys to the apartment (after our lease had already started the day before) they told us our lease didn't start until the following day. Which was not true. Whoever we talked to for weeks and signed the lease with apparently failed to communicate or clarify with a single other staff member when our lease started. We were told that the apartment needed a new interior door and it wasn't fixed yet since they thought we were arriving on Friday not Thursday. Upon entering the apartment we were hit with a blast of hot air. The maintenance worker in the apartment working on the door told us they already knew about the issue and walked off. The busted in door was taken away but not fixed that day for some reason. The a/c unit inside was frozen over and their solution was to let it thaw and check on it later. To no surprise, it was too hot to sleep there the first night. Over 80 degrees inside the apartment. We were forced to stay in a hotel after we had already been paying rent for two days. The next day we were thankfully told we would be reimbursed for the hotel room (but not for the first two nights rent) and that the air would be fixed in a few hours after they replaced the entire unit outside. Amongst all the chaos of not being able to stay in the apartment the first night I either forgot to put my parking sticker on my car or wasn't given one. After finally staying in our apartment for the first night and my car being parked there for a single night without a sticker it was towed. The complex released my car but we had to uber over to the tow yard to retrieve my car. Before we moved I asked lots of questions to an employee about what the apartments are like on the inside, specific apartment views and interior features. I was told some of them were more recently "renovated" with new wood-style floors and new appliances. Well, they basically painted an old turd and called it new. And did a bad job of it. The new floors they put in are covered in splattered paint from the horrible molding paint job. They were incredibly dirty. The cabinets in every room are falling apart. The insides of them are dirty. There's bugs everywhere. Constant gnats and other bugs. We've called pest control once already but it didn't seem to do anything. We picked the specific apartment we did because this complex is right by the highway and we wanted one that faced the creek. They view IS nice, but the hill down to the creek is LITTERED with garbage. It's absolutely disgusting. The entire complex is littered with garbage. And after not having the apartment ready for two days of us paying right they still had the gall to tell us we owe and additional $100 that didn't show up on the rent payment website. They told us by putting it on an eviction notice that said we needed to leave by that night. The employee said she "put it on the wrong notice". Oops! Thanks for making us think we had to vacate the apartment over something that wasn't our fault. Over $100. And there was still no way to pay this mystery payment online. I have never seen an apartment complex care so little about upkeep. Usually I roll my eyes at bad reviews, as there's ALWAYS a few bad reviews for this complex, but they're all true. Do not live here. If you're considering it, drive through the complex. Take a look at all the trash. The overflowing garbage bins. The run down apartment buildings. I think it'll change your mind. And trust me, you do not want to deal with these careless employees. They come off very nice, but problem after problem starts to add up. Keep in mind I've only lived here for a little over a week.

At first everyone at the office was very welcoming and accommodating. Within our first weeks we noticed many bugs in the unit. This was extremely unsettling as we had just moved in. The AC stopped blowing cold air June 17. I called the office and left a voicemail June 18th since no one picked up after multiple tries. June 19th I called to follow up on my request and was told by the person that answered the phone "sorry I didn't check the voicemails" so I went without cold AC for a couple of days in the middle of June. Now I have a major water leak from the AC unit that is causing a danger to my electronics and can cause a slip.

Very nice community. But the maintenance people need to be a little more professional when they enters someone's else's home. And cleaning after them selfs. One of the maintenance guys went to fix an ac unit and just left the old one there. It's been sitting there for over a week.

You can tell this place is not the newest, but it's damn good for the price. I've had very little problems in terms of maintenance needs and when I do need them, they're timely. Main office staff is friendly and communicates clearly. My apartment is spacious and just what I needed; though you can tell it's been painted over quite a few times. I would like some more recycling bins, but that's pretty much it. Others complain about parking and plumbing and AC problems but I've lucked out (knock on wood). I'm very happy here.

It is a Great Complex, Great Location whether your headed to ih35, or Manor or 183 or 290. Clean and Tidy, they take pride in finding the culprit in whos abandoning trash in the parking lot. Swimming Awesome! Would be Nice if Gym hours werent only during work office hours. Very Clean. Parking is Good.

I've been living here for two weeks and everything is very good. It is quiet, pleasant, and has a good environment for pets. If something changes, I'll let you know, as fast as I can. for now all very well.

Overall all it's ok. Some suggestions. Washer and dryers should be updated as well as method of payment. There is no use in the gym if you can only go during business hours, people have different schedules.

It is a beautiful community close to my workplace and downtown Austin with great amenities. The move in specials were a great help and the management team was one of the most professional teams I've ever worked with.

It's a very nice apartment complex, but the problem with the office being honest with what they promis is a problem, I don't know if it's about too many apartments or doesn't really care or they really can't do nothing about the problem, I honestly regret moving here , but again the apartment complex is nice and clean and i like that .

Good place to live and nice management. Love them! Definitely I will recommend a friend to live here,which I already did. I'm happy when they listen to a problem and try very hard too fix it. Easy to talk with the manager . Love you guys!

Think twice before moving into this apartment complex! There seems to be no concern for the residents of this complex. I recently had my car towed for “invalid parking permit.” The complex changed their permit system and neglected to inform me resulting in $200 fee to get my car out of the towing lot. They said they sent me an email, which I then showed management all the emails I received from them, and there is nothing about needing to update my permit. They then told me it was my fault that it got towed (even after I proved I never got the email). This place is super nice when you move in, but after a month or two they neglect you and do everything in their power to squeeze every bit of money they can out of you. “There hands are always tied” and can never help. They don’t even have any communication between them and renttrack (the online way to pay). So if you have and questions or think you have been charged too much - they can’t help you!! They even charge a $30 “convenience fee” to pay online even though that’s the only way you can pay. Again, they do everything in their power to squeeze as much money as they can from their poor blue collar residents. It’s very sad.

The office staff was helpful and extremely patient. So far the move in experience has been smooth. my neighbors seem friendly. maintenance try's to do up keep on the grounds. The parking seems to be difficult in the evenings but I have always managed to find a place to park.

The apartments weren't all they great in the beginning but over the past few months things have changed greatly. There are now parking permits per car making it easier to find parking they have a hub for when you order something online. & more security

Good only parking can be a big issue and visitors parking should not have a time frame there is no time frame in other apartment complexes, it should be like management said first come first serve, well that's my take on the parking

Very nice staff. Very helpful and a very quiet apartment complex. Service was very fast. Apartment has very nice kitchen and spacious rooms. Bathroom is really nice as well. Children school is really close to home and so are other places.

The pricing of the apartment for the size and location is very high. I've only been here a few days but my neighbors aren't loud and keep to themselves for the most part. Some people seem to hangout out on the property to greet others. Parking isn't that great. Not enough space after 6pm. Apt looks nice save for some splatters of paint on the floor and ants in my bathroom.

Great community, cleanliness could be better. Certain aspects of the apartments are a little old looking, but I like the fact that it's sort of vintage. The renovated apartments are nice but I like the older model better. Very spacious for the price.

Liz was great and it was a fairly simple process. When we got there it wasn't quite finished and ready to go, it would be another hour. When we got the keys and got inside we noticed a few things like dirty appliances and no air filter, as well as an ant problem. We've got everything put away now abd the lay out is great, my cats love it. But I can't seem to get rid of these ants attacking everything in my kitchen ?? a headache I isn't need while moving.
