Best place I've lived since moving to Austin in 2007. I love it here! I've lived here for about 14 years. My neighbor's are friendly and the grounds are always kept up. Any time something isn't working properly, they respond quickly. I have no complaints. I do however wish that one of these years someone on the planet will invent a quiet leaf blower. ??

Retreat at North Bluff is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. My one bedroom apartment is a good size for a one bedroom. The grounds are pretty and very walkable. I like to walk around and speak to my neighbors because they're almost always friendly, just like Austin. The location of the complex is very convenient to shopping and my doctors. I have no desire to live anywhere else.

Top notch all the way, respectful friendly, helpful well done the apartment was exceptionally clean upon getting the keys not just clean. It looks like it was newly painted. The outside. Balcony was immaculate. The refrigerator was clean. The oven was clean well done. complex parking lots are clean. It's well lit. All of the tenants seem to be quiet friendly. There are a lot of dogs here, but the area is very clean. The dogs are always on leashes and like I said the amenities are wonderful. The gym is clean the business center always have candy and goodies in the lobby. It always smells nice. Good job.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the process of qualifying financially for the ADA apartment which was available. I felt they truly cared and wanted me as a resident. All premises, grounds and buildings were obviously well maintained. I felt every question was honestly answered. I trusted the office staff and felt welcomed.

Absolutely stunning! Upon arriving to our tour we took a spin around the complex and were blown away at how big and gorgeous it is! Succeeding afordable budget standards, maintaining a friendly and helpful staff make all in all an extremely wonderful top tier experience!

It's horrible living here with the dangerous folks and homeless people running amok. The leasing office refuses to help tenants and threats anyone who complains. So much that they're willing to defend themselves against truth

Everything was clean and well kept. Jeny was great at walking us through different units that were available and amenities. Units are very nice and perfect for what we wanted. Love that it is also gated and has a good dog park.

tytyty the complex has come along way over the past 6 years that ive been here. its great to have an awesome team working here. it's one of the best unknown places off of congress. there is a great community here and everyone really enjoys it. Love the community, neighbors are friendly and clean. The amenities are nice and always at the top standard. Parking is a major issue though, the first come first serve spots are so little. You can't not hit someone's car

Home Sweet Home

Living here truly feels like home sweet home every time I arrive from work. The grounds are always clean and the gates are consistently in good working order, which gives me peace of mind. I love that the dog park is huge and the neighbors are all so friendly Another big plus is the location, whenever I need to head downtown, my Uber ride is usually only around $10! The office staff is incredibly organized and communicates effectively, which makes everything stress-free. Maintenance is fast and knowledgeable and always offer helpful tips to keep things running smoothly

I love living at Retreat @ N. Bluff. Not only is the staff very nice they are very punctual rather it be by phone or by email. I love how fast maintenance addresses any maintenance issues fast and efficiently. I have lived at the complex going on two years and I am excited to renew for the 3rd year!

Living here has been a great experience. The recent updates on lighting and paint jobs have also made it look much more appealing. The only thing i have had an issue with is roaches. When i first moved in, there were some in the unit, but when i contacted the office about it, they helped resolve the issue quickly. Management had also been extremely helpful and nice

Personally, the apartments look very nice and for my partner and I, the space is extraordinary. I like to feel at home when I'm there and with him by my side. The limited parking would be the only bad thing, but we have adjusted little by little.
