The apartments are really nice. Made back in 2011 they are still well maintained. Tall ceilings and large balconies. They have a wonderful dog park with tons of room for your little fur babies to get a full sprint on. The apartments are close to grocery stores like sprouts or HEB and has quick access to i35. They have a gated entry that isn't left open and they regularly have a pickup truck come through and tow people who aren't supposed to be parked in the complex. Overall I'm very happy with the move.

Friendly reliable staff. Management is in it for the long term and want to keep you happy. Maintenance goes above and beyond when issues happen. Parking can be a little tight, but that is a problem all over Austin.

Overall, it's been a good experience. The office staff are very friendly and approachable. The community is relatively quiet and easy. Parking is a difficult situation. The apartments for the most part are well kept.

The staff greeted me with open arms upon first meeting, and has been professional and responsive at every turn. I am going to love living here. The construction is solid, and the units well maintained. The appliances are of high quality, and the apartment is well insulated and the weather stripping makes it very energy efficient.

It was one of the easiest moving process, especially since moving sucks. I did pick this place based on the reviews, and I'm happy with it! Reading the other reviews I'm not too sure, but my ac vent and thermostat is on the wall too... where they should be,right? I'm in a smaller 1 bedroom, and all my stuff fits well, its cozy, and it comes with a washer and dryer! I'm not planning on spending my life here,but for a RENTAL, I dig it!

The staff is not friendly. The old woman that works there is very rude and the guy at the desk is shady and doesn't give you a direct answer to your questions. They don't seem to care about the tenants' problems. Also parking is terrible and limited. The parking spaces are too narrow, leaving open parking spaces but no room for the car to fit. A permit for covered parking is also way too expensive. My apartment was nice and clean though, except the layout is a little weird. Especially where the vent and the thermostat is located on the wall. There's actually a few poor structured choices they made in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall I love my apartment.

I moved here expecting great service after reading all the positive reviews. Should have known better not to believe everything I read on the internet. So far it has been very frustrating and disappointing. This place is fairly new, quiet, and seems safe. But the staffs are also very quiet when it comes up to following up with your maintenance requests. Yes they are friendly, but they just don't care enough to follow up with you. The covered parking spot they gave me, which I paid $40 a month for, is covered in piles of mud/dirt/rocks and the light that suppose to turn on at night for safety is broken. I reported this on move-in day and also submitted maintenance requests about issues with hot/cold water in my kitchen/bathroom faucets. Days went by and no one contacted me, nothing was done. I emailed/called the office for status update and both staffs responded with "I will check on it and let you know". Days went by and neither of them contacted me, nothing was done. When it comes up to maintenance and service, this is honestly the worst I have experienced. And I will have to put up with this for another year thanks to your hyped up positive reviews.

We have lived her for about a month and havent had any problems at all. The apartment is spaceous and really well kept around the property. The gym is a great size and always clean. The pool area is relaxing and we love the fire pit area.

Just moved in, but already feeling at home. Love the layout of the apartment and the calming feel of the complex. Ice maker was broken when entering and it was quickly addressed. Excited to see how wonderful this location can be.

Experience is great and it is affordable. I would like have extended pool hours for adults. We are not able to use the pool because of work hours and it is always crowded with kids during the regular hours.

The apartment community for the most part is pretty awesome. It's very dog friendly and has a great dog park. My dogs have yet to get tired of being walked around this place. The management team hosts really cute parties every few months. The pool is really nice for relaxing (although I do wish there was a hot tub.)

Great staff, great bedroom and bathroom sizes, the pool is never too packed. Plenty of areas to walk your dog plus the dog park (they could improve) and 2 bbq pit areas if grilling is your thing. Could have better parking.

I'm a very pleased with my decision to move here. I loved the appearance of the apt and community. It feels safe. It is quiet and clean. Any issues I had on move in date were addressed within a couple of hours to a couple of days, depending on severity.

Friendly staff, good value. The room was in pretty good shape when I moved in too. If I had to list negatives it would probably be the parking situation is slightly annoying, and my room really could have used new carpet. Everything else is fantastic so far though!

Great place, safe community, nice gym, and pool. Community staff is helpful. It is a pet friendly place. I think the structure of apartments are strong and sound proof. I haven't heard anyone in my building so far.

You can hear every conversation the neighbors are having, or if their dog barks at 6 a.m. (or any other time something passes by) like my neighbor's dog does. People who don't live here constantly come to use the pool and take up parking spaces. The staff is nice but overall it's too noisy.

Great amenities and friendly office staff. Everything is well manicured and maintained regularly. The residents are quiet and considerate and the location is excellent. Parking can be limited sometimes, but overall the experience has been excellent.
