A great deal for Austin. Nice, high ceilings, and decent amenities. Office staff seem nice and responsive. Parking is a little tight, but not terrible. Could be better insulated, and bigger fridge. But, overall we would highly recommend!

For almost a years Retreat at bluff is my home. I love everything about this apartment. My biggest regret is my neighbor. She is awake all night, working around without any destination. This make me and my girlfriend to vacate the master bedroom and take refuge in the second bedroom. The worst is the staff don't believe me, they told me call us to come and listen to the noise. After calling them three time I am tired of it, only a crazy human being would walking around the apartment at 3am without any destination.

The management team is wonderful at the Retreat at North Bluff! The quality of service for admin and maintenance requests is top notch. With so many options in Austin, it gives me peace of mind to live somewhere with an excellent team that I trust.

Cool small, safe apartment complex with interesting modern industrial architecture. Well maintained, thoughtful floor plans, with the "Austin vibe," that is getting harder and harder to find. Friendly, competent staff. I have been very happy here!

Awesome staff!! I've been here two years and love the convenience, quality and affordability The Retreat offers. The Retreat is convenient to many of Austin's social bars, restaurants, etc. which is a huge plus. All maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner as well. Love the Retreat!

Been living here for about a week and find it to be a nice, secluded from the rat race, quite, well kept apartment complex. Very satisfied. No problems finding parking in front of my apartment, and got a location near the pool area that has complementary grilles and seating for cookouts.

Amenities are great. Floor plans are spacious. Only complaint is that the walls are so thin. There seems to be no insulation whatsoever. Conversations can be heard through the doors and walls. I've lived at many apartment complexes over the years and I have to say that this place has such thin walls, I'm afraid to play music or even use my surround sound speakers.

The community is fairly new, so you most likely not have any significant issues with your apartment. And whenever you do, the management, in my experience, has always been prompt in addressing them to my satisfaction. The only issue I have, and it is a minor one, is the parking situation. Some of the parking spaces are very small. So if you park in any of those you car will get dings from other residents swinging their doors open. If you are concerned about this I recommend you consider getting assigned covered parking. All in all I have had a positive experience living in this community.

The staff at the Retreat at North Bluff Apartments have made me feel right at home, especially in completing my needs, repairs, and requests to make my home life very pleasant here. I have been very pleased with everything here.

I am very happy to live here. The management is great and the apartments are beautiful. We have already had one service request which was handled right away. The only thing I would change would be the location. I prefer to be a bit closer to nicer shopping although there is a grocery store which I can walk to from my apartment which is nice.

Retreat at North Bluff is a fresh feeling apartment complex with up to date amenities and architecture. It is in a safe neighborhood and a good value. There is plenty of storage space and a cute patio. It even comes with a big new washer and dryer.

North Bluff is very quiet and convenient. Newer apartment in Austin, the fixtures are nice, along with a nice, long list of amenities. Limited parking a downer, especially if trying to park after 9pm, but at least the spaces are big enough to fit a car, unlike other places I have seen. The office staff remembers your name and are always willing to help. Have been please with my time here.

I've really enjoyed my time here. The staff will bend over backwards for you as long as you're a respectful tennant. I'm sure we'll spend a lot of time here. There's a great sense of community. Parking could be improved but same goes for most apartments.

I've only been living in this complex for a couple of weeks, but so far I am enjoying it. My one bedroom (one of the smaller floorplans) is spacious, especially the closet. The apartment was clean and in good condition when I moved in. The complex has good sidewalks and lighting. The community is gated and small, so I feel safe walking through the complex by myself at night. I'm a woman, so safety was a significant factor in my choosing this complex. That, and the low rent. It's a steal in this area, and for Austin in general. The apartments have washers and dyers in each unit which is great. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and best friend live in the complex as well (they lived here before I moved in), and Eden always remembers our names (even mine before I became a resident). I haven't submitted a maintenance request yet, but they seem pretty responsive. I am very happy with this complex!

The apartment complex is a nice and quiet community. The office staff is nice and works its tenants. The office has chosen to not get Google fiber at this time and has consistently raised rent during each renewal period, because of these reasons I will be moving out at the end of my rental period.

I love living here... the staff is always so courteous and they always make me feel welcome with any concerns, their response is quick too. I have noticed in the evenings that lights are out in the stairwell walkways, which I'm sure is hard to keep up with, so many lightbulbs but other than that... life here is awesome! Thanks!

Water bugs infested apartment for several months. Carpet wet for 5 or 6 days straight leading to black spots IN the carpet (probably mold.) Mold on window. Car towed WITH parking sticker in the correct spot. Received $50 gift card for that..

Its been a great place to live, everything is comfortable and its a good space. The parking situation is horrible and I have been towed from my own covered spot. In my opinion the tow company should focus on regular spots and only tow from covered spots when called to do so.

Great apartment and at the most affordable price that you will find in Austin for a one bedroom with all appliances included. 8-10 minute drive from South Congress and easy access to I-35. Appartements are right off of Congress so it's a straight shot to downtown!

This is not a luxury apartment complex in the least. The wear and tear and neglect is obvious. Just cheap and shabby inside. Apartments not cleaned properly before move in. An apartment was just leased where a tenant died and was not even painted. Dumpsters are disgusting.

Christa and her team do a great job on the whole of managing 250+ units and the grounds. My apartment concerns are addressed quickly. The dog park doesn't seem to be as much of a priority -- and I won't blame Christa for that, it may well be management is not allowing enough maintenance dollars to the dog park specifically. THIS IS ONE OF THE COMMUNITY'S MOST IMPORTANT DRAWS TO TENANTS WITH DOGS -- TAKE BETTER CARE OF IT!

Safe and gated community. Good management. Spacious. It's been great so far and hopefully continues that way. The sink is great and having two sinks in the bathroom even better. The study is so spacious it's basically a guest room in itself.
