After 7 yrs here I don't have any major complaints. Yeah there is normal stuff that needs fixing, but it is always taken care of as soon as I put in my request. I wanna stay here as long as I can keep affording it. I use the gym, which is nice, and nothing is ever missing or broken. Again, after 7 yrs, the parking is tight, but I've never lived some where that they have a night manager to call or such an active tow company. The grounds are well kept and they have had all the same stuff since I moved in. Christ and Eden are extremely helpful, and are always there when you call not a machine.

Satisfied. Approximately 9 months at residence. Apartment and community are clean. Feel safe. Neighbors nice. Staff excellent. Worst part about residence is that garage is on exact opposite side of complex as apartment... requires carrying bicycles and other items upstairs and stored in apartment that would normally be kept in garage. Requires taking up a second parking space near apartment bc distance to garage is illogical for parking vehicle in certain instances.

Great apartment complex! Maintenance is fast, Christa and Eden in the front office are very nice. Our apartment layout is great, lots of counter and storage space and lots of natural light. This is the best apartment in the area for the rent.

Great location, extremely dog friendly, amenities are well kept, and management is extremely caring and helpful. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time at retreat at north bluff. They have made our relocation to Austin that much more enjoyable.

Right from the beginning I loved this place. The office staff always has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and is on a first name basis with what seems to be all the tenants. They are friendly and prompt with any issues or needs that arise, as well as maintenance. The location is perfect- it's definitely a retreat because it's easy to miss when driving by but a huge plus is how quiet it is given the location. Quick access to 35 and a lot of really good places to eat. I never had any noise complaints or any issues with other tenants, and living right by the swimming pool it was so nice to have them strictly enforce the 10pm swimming curfew. Facilities are very nice and well maintained, and a huge plus for dog owners is a very large dog park located on the property. Very dog friendly. I really don't have a complaint, parking is tight-ish if you're coming home later but I only had to park on the street 1 time in a little over a year and a half. Absolutely and highly recommend living here, would stay and re-lease but am needing to relocate for a new line of work. Highly doubt there are many communities as well kept and run as this one.

I felt really lucky to get into The Retreat at North Bluff because it is always leased up! It has been a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend living here. I always meet the nicest people at the pool and the management and maintenance team is always so helpful and considerate. I also love that the trash areas are lit so I always feel safe taking my trash out in the evenings.

I love the management in the office they are alot of help, and really nice. Also love the dog park and pool area for the summer time fun, also love the bbq areas. I have one neighbor that is always working on his car and makes loud noise early in the morning and late at night. cool suggestion a kids playground.

The complex parking is a mess. The spots are extremely small and there are tons of covered parking not being used. Also it some loud neighbors have moved in around us that the management is unaware about and we've been told there's not much they can do. The apartment is very dog friendly which is great and I have meet a few friendly people around.

The door to the entrance is broken, has been for a year. My concern that since we are a gated community, strangers should not have access and be able to walk into the complex without a key or code number

Honestly this place is perfect. The apartments are well put together and the floor plans are great and make sense. The washer and dryer are great.The grounds are pretty and well cared for. The staff are really nice and made the move super easy for us. We are going to be here for a while.

First speed bump on the west side of the grounds scratches the bottom of my car up like nobody's business. Roaches all over my apt. when I arrived. Exterminator visited 7/20/2016 and used my toilet w/o flushing. Still seeing lots of roaches. Other than that it's pretty cool, I understand these are first week-ish issues.

From putting in an application to lease and being a current resident, I can't say enough good things about this community. The office staff has always gone above and beyond their requirements to help me out with any issue I've ever had- they are great people and the most genuine management you'll find at any community. The grounds are well taken care of and they're very strict about enforcing curfew times in public areas. The complex is very peaceful and quiet at any given time and very dog friendly. The best place I've ever lived!

Best apt I ve ever rented in Auztin. Clean,polite,quick,resonable pricing. People friendly Ben Valentine always on top oc work before you even ask them. Christa is the best & always has a solition & time to listen. Eden is on top of her game too. Couldn't be happier
