The office staff is never anything but professional and friendly, and I've had no problems with this community. I always have a place to park (I don't have a reserved spot), the community is well-maintained and clean, and the staff does their best to keep things up to date and provide useful amenities. I would say this place has a great value for the space and location, and I've been very pleased living here for over a year and a half.

Trash situation trashy. Frequently piled up near dumpster. Not enough dumpsters for entire complex. Not convenient. Office staff not very helpful to move into another unit, seem judgemental. I guess I have to enter more words to make this work.

I've enjoyed three years at Sonterra so far. Its a quiet, clean and scenic community with an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. There are multiple floor plans to choose from, ample parking, two beautiful pools and regular community events.

This is a very nice complex, clean and nicely landscaped. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, attentive, and timely, and the residents are quiet. It's safe (I haven't heard of any security issues so far) and, it's in a convenient location. The surrounding community is also very nice. I really love living here

I haven't been at this community long but my experience here has been quite pleasant. It has that community feel with weekly community events and is just 10 minutes from Lake Travis so it's perfect for a little weekend staycation. This community is definitely "renew my lease" worthy!

This is a decent community that is slipping due to neglect or missplaced spending. We have a nice refurbished community center and fitness center but the grounds are being destroyed by cheep maintenance and leaf blowers. They have stripped all the top soil from many areas and every time they trim hedges they blow all the debris onto my patio. I took pictures and asked that it stop or I get cleanup help as I am disabled but nothing has changed. They blow the trash into the wooded areas instead of picking it up. You take care of the front of the offices and the rest is just a lick and a promise and after my years here, I can say the promise part is a lie. The office staff is polite and maintenance happens promptly but I have no idea how many times I have had trouble with my garbage disposal. After the last time they fixed it, it dumps water under the sink if I use it. I have asked for it to be replaced but that has not happened. I have purchased several for different homes over the years and this one is a piece of crap. I was supposed to get carpet cleaning if I resigned. Didn't happen. My carpet had to be cleaned and restretched before I would moved in, it needs to be trashed now and it is so loose I trip over it.

Love it here. Such a nice part of town. Really close to the lake and great hiking trails! The community is really nice as well. Always plenty of parking! The cookies in the lobby are delicious! My friends are always jealous when they hear what a great deal I'm getting there!

Overall the community is great, the location is wonderful. I love the maintenance staff and the office staff, they are friendly and very prompt. I would recommend Sonterra to friends and family, I am very satisfied with my apartment.

Sonterra apartments is the first place I moved into as a new resident in the area. The actual apartment is beautiful and I'm at so happy here. Not to mention how amazing the office staff have been to us. They answer every question we have and take care of us very well.

Having never lived in an apartment, I was worried of all the complaints my friends would tell me. But I've been extremely pleased with the friendliness and professionalism that is always received by staff. It's what keeps me here year after year. Community is great, any issues are addressed right away, and I never have noise complaints. Definitely worth the money.

We absolutely love our home here at Sonterra. It's such a beautiful complex. Our balcony backs up to the forest and the grounds are just beautiful. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive. Our apartment is just perfect for our needs.

It's not so bad. I think for what you pay for, it is reasonable. Throughout the years we have seen our fair share with staff; the maintenance guys are really great and efficient in their work (THAT is probably a reason we've stayed because Texas heat can be a NIGHTMARE and it's great to be able to rely on hard working staff that you know will take care of it right away). Some crummy things that stink is that it's on a preserve so we see a lot of snakes, LITERALLY, in our front door or entryway.

The maintenance and office staff have been wonderful! Overall, I don't feel that I am receiving the value for my apartment for what the rent amount is. The exterior needs to be painted. Restriction to enjoy some of the amenities because of construction and non operable access gates.

Overall not a bad place to live. They are quick to respond to all service requests and the staff and maintenance personnel are all very professional. It's a generally quiet complex. Never had a problem finding parking. Renewal rates have always been reasonable. The actual apartment is nice. Walls are pretty thick. I can hear when a neighbor slams the door or plays really loud music. But that's about it. If you're facing the parking lot you will hear all the noise from that.

Sonterra is a great place to live. The community is well maintained and the grounds are full of beautiful, mature trees and plants. The staff is helpful, professional, and very personable. My apartment is spacious, has an awesome view, a garage, upgraded appliances, and a great utility room. It is very quiet and safe here which is an absolute must for me. I am super happy that I found Sonterra!

Quiet community that puts the residents first. The location is close to a lot of places (groceries, mall, theaters, restaurants, etc.). The apartments are spacious and the common areas are nice. They also offer added services such as community exercise/training on specified days and a DVD library.

Overall I am very happy with this complex. The value is great and the size of the apartment is wonderful. We have met a few of our neighbors and everyone has always been very nice. The office and maintenance staff have been friendly and responded in a timely manner on any requests I've had. They host breakfast every Saturday in the clubhouse which my son just loves. A few of his friends from school are there so he gets a lot of joy seeing them at breakfast. Parking can get kind of tight at night, especially if you come home late but with that being said, any of the negatives haven't been bad enough to make me want to leave. I'd highly recommend this complex to any of my friends or family.

If you're looking for an apartment complex where owners and managers care about their residents you've come to the right place. The community is clean and well maintained. If you have service issues, they will be attended to promptly. Landscaping is beautiful and pool areas are kept clean. Good neighbors are also a plus. We hope you love Sonterra as much as we do.

The community is surrounded by a beautiful area. It is located in a great area to easily access shopping, events, etc. yet still be not be in a congested area. The staff is very friendly but being owned by a family trust many times leaves issues out of the staffs hands and this can leave one feeling unconnected. Improvements being made are an asset.

I like the community and the rent is reasonable at Sonterra. I have been here for three years and I have never had a problem. The one thing I would change would be to have more parking. I have two kids and it makes it a little difficult.

Awesome value & very nice staff. I love the location as we are in a reasonable distance from downtown, the domain as well as lake Travis. I love the spacious apartment I got for such a good deal. Maintenance staff is especially nice & care to make sure your issues are resolved.

Sonterra apartments in Austin is a wonderful place to come home to after a long day at work. We enjoy the garden and the forest surrounding our apartment. The Staff is always kind and helpful. Affordable cost.
